Reasonable price staying in Karuizawa and the location is very good

Very helpful staff and relaxing vibe, nice breakfast in terms of food choices and quality.

Clean and well equipped room. Private bath place is so good. Free coffee and tea.

Location is fair. The room is not as pretty as expected. Food is good anyways.

Nice hotel with 2private hot spring with 24 hrs services We checked in quite late but called the reception before. When we checked in, they already printed all form and guest information to make our check in smooth Breakfast is ok but if not included in the package, it would be but overpriced. The roomm is clean and spacious.

next time i will go to stay this hotel again , the room is very comfortable and clean

The property is very charming and the photos shown are true to actual. Location is a bit far from the station so best to arrange the shuttle bus service or take a cab. Room is neat and cosy and the private onsen is a nice bonus. Breakfast is lovely and the fresh vegetables were amazing however the dinner was a let down as it wasn’t served in the restaurant. Instead we were provided with a voucher for redemption at the bar. The food is just average, beef was not very fresh, and your clothes and hair reek of smell after dinner as they cook the food right at the bar.

房間餐廳都非常乾淨 酒店小清新風格，早餐也很符合親子胃口。打車從輕井澤車站過去單程10分鐘。走路去雲場池1公里。前台可以租電動自行車騎行去幾公里之外的教堂。還有泡湯項目哦哦！前台預約自己的私湯時間就行了

老式建築🏘️有特色還有温泉♨️.價格適中.周邊環境幽靜宜人.可能是舊建築就兩層樓.沒有電梯🛗.行李上下是自己扛.房間地毯好舊的。不抽煙還硬要給一個吸煙房.我們提出換不抽煙房.還要再加錢.當時預訂時候也沒有選擇是否吸煙房.這一點蠻敗興致的.語言又溝通不來.心裏不舒服！

第二次入住，性價比高，早餐自助餐是我在日本酒店吃過最好的，另設有私人風呂時段，早上退房有shuttle bus 送去JR站，酒店步行至雲場池約15min

酒店距輕井沢站步程約35分鐘，check out後予约有車送回車站，酒店環境優美，早餐全是自家蔬菜自家製作，非常美味和多樣化。

意外地比想像中好，晚餐很好吃。

酒店離車駅有一段距離，乘座的士大約1300日元左右，酒店外觀很美不論早上還是晚上都非常之美，員工笑容非常之親切友善，而且英語能力很好👍房間很大很舒適還有露天私人風侶可以預約時間，過去的時候很冷晚上泡溫泉很舒服😊晚上很寧靜隔音設備很好，每達地方都是悉心佈置非常之美，附近有大型超市還有輕井澤有名的丸山咖啡店，步行都是大約20分鐘，酒店也有車安排接送房客到車站，下次再來輕井澤渡假也會選擇這間酒店而且很值得推介給身邊的朋友。

房間整理乾淨，前台服務熱情，設施也很完善，泡湯等服務的環境也很令人滿意😌值得一提的是外部環境和服務大廳的設置很好看，非常適合打卡拍照
