I remebered this hotel as well maintained with good service, however, to my great dissapointmemnt this hotel has good time long behind. I booked a lake view room while received low quality, not well cleaned, with heavy smoking smell and no lake view to be seeen and was told this is last room available in the hotel. I needed a friend to translate from english to chinese my message to the receptionist. He wanted to give me a beter room next day, but how come when i booked for one day? When I wanted to book for another day at the reception he said using a tranlator that it is impossible and I have to book online.

Excellent service for all staff, good breakfast with variety choice, room cleanness and comfortable, will absolutely come back .

Perfect place to stay in. The staff was very professional and friendly. The room was well equipped and we could see the lake and the sea. The restaurant on the first floor served very good chinese food. Good choice for breakfast. I recommend this hotel.

No Internet. Work noise. Shower can't dry.

第一次來廈門旅遊，廈門是個美麗的海濱城市，廈門人熱情好客，街道乾淨整潔，但最讓我滿意的就是入住了廈門濱北頤豪酒店，超四星級的標準，在攜程上做了好久的功課，最終選擇了這裏，真是沒讓我失望，大廳建築風格典雅大方，有下午茶吧讓你放鬆心情，來一杯咖啡，品嚐點小食感受酒店的愜意，帶孩子旅遊，辦理入住時主動給我們升級了家庭房，房間很大，很乾凈，還給孩子提供了免費的早餐，真是服務到位，一個電話，需要的東西都給送到房間來，早餐很棒，各式菜餚都很美味，吃的好飽，住三天，等下次有機會再來廈門還選擇這裏，真是強烈推薦！

第1次來廈門，做了 N多的攻略還是選擇了這家酒店，服務是真的很好，無論在什麼位置遇上工作人員都會問好，並主動提供幫助，印象比較深刻的是前台小哥哥，熱情有效率；房間裝修很古典，能看出有年代感，馬桶沖水不太順；酒店位置在行政區內，酒店門口就是地鐵站，交通很便利的；感謝小姐姐送的小食品❤

剛開始訂的商務大床房，在辦理入住時，前台陳小姐特別好，還幫我免費升級成了湖景大床房。 很舒服的房間，酒店的工作人員態度都特別好。 地理位置也特別優越，出門就是地鐵站，附近也有很多餐廳和咖啡店。 推薦！！！

特別感謝黃經理夜裡幫忙，本人忘記帶卸粧油、洗面奶，黃經理特別慷慨的贈送了自己一瓶新的洗面奶，讓我不勝感激，對這家酒店的管理、工作人員的愛心特別刮目相看。在繁花入眼的酒店行業裏，能超出自己的工作範圍想方設法為顧客解決實際問題的工作人員，實屬不多。這次入住第二次，依舊給我暖心的感覺，非常好的酒店，值得五星推薦。

幸虧沒有被評價裏的差評誤導，酒店各方面都遠超預期。入住之前很早和酒店溝通，因為是長者入住，每個人一間房，五天，所以酒店説會給升級房間，另外做相應的考慮安排。入住當天房間全都預訂滿了，我想應該不會給升級了，沒想到他們不但升級而且還升級了好幾檔。説真的，很多時候酒店對這種提前的諮詢就是敷衍一下不會當回事，沒想到他們這麼認真的對待，我很感動。這麼多年從來沒評論過任何酒店，這次必須要給他們一個大大的贊，真的是專業的酒店服務。前台姓徐的姑娘禮貌周到負責，很好的協調幫助了入住事宜。小姑娘不是那種常見的虛情假意的微笑服務，是真的用心在工作，真誠周到，酒店整體除了稍微老點以外，其他方面都沒什麼可挑剔的，真的是太棒了👏
