25-30 minutes walk to Metro station and major shopping mall like 苏州吴江万象汇but it is close to the location of my company, it was convenient to take DiDi to others places, therefore it was not an issue for me at all. Polite, friendly and helpful receptionists. Clean and spacious room. Is one of my most satisfied hotel stay in China.

Room was spacious and clean. They also provide washcloths which is a rarity in China. Staff is very friendly.

環境：這次為了看蘇州灣大劇院的演唱會定在了離大劇院不遠的酒店，步行1公里不到就可以到達，周圍滴滴打車也比較方便，地面和地下有免費停車。服務：在預訂好酒店時候就接到了酒店的來電，詢問對客房的要求，並且都知酒店是南北朝向最後我選擇了事業比較寬闊的面朝奧特萊斯的房間。前台的小姐姐們服務態度很好，會耐心的為你解答幾乎所有的問題。衹是小小建議一下，在收取客人訊息的時候要注意保護私隱。設施：這次住的是大床房，作為基礎房型來講，房間的面積非常可觀，走路完全不會束手束腳，並且有USB插座，沙發表面也是比較乾淨的。衞生：整體的衞生很不錯，可能是窗簾材質的問題，感覺舊舊的皺皺的。早餐雖然檔口不多，但是食物還是相對比較豐富的，水果很新鮮，其中有一道酸菜白木耳牛肉丸非常好吃。

性價比極高，乾淨衞生且服務特別好的酒店，對面就是砂之船奧萊，地理位置也很不錯，周邊吃飯逛街喝酒玩樂都很便利，值得一提的還是酒店的服務，在入住的酒店裡這家算是很不錯的，所有需求都很快速的反應，立馬會幫助解決問題，體驗特別好。

酒店位置好，對面是砂之船奧萊及水秀天地，吃飯能就近解決。離太湖約幾百米，步行10-15可達太湖邊，那裡有蘇州灣博物館及大劇院。酒店早飯比較豐富，前台小劉、小馮服務熱情。可能是節假日，房間打掃不夠及時。

出差訂的，設施：還可以衞生：很好環境：不錯服務：挺好的家人們，必須安利給你們！位置絕佳，周邊美食、景點一應俱全，出行超方便。一進大堂，裝修精緻大氣，前台辦理入住迅速，服務人員熱情貼心。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪軟硬適中，晚上睡得超香。設施也很齊全，智能馬桶、高速WiFi，還有免費的迷你吧，處處都是驚喜。早餐種類豐富，中西餐都有，味道也不錯。這次入住體驗滿分，下次來這邊還選這家！
