This was a wonderful property in Assisi. It is a great location for walking around and seeing the sights. I loved thay they had some childrens toys outside to play with for my daughter!

At night you could see the beauty of Assisi from the backyard of the apar**ent. Quiet and out of the way this place is a treasure find. Hopefully, the kitchen will be stocked a little more with things like olive oil, and that the breakfast would be part of the stay. Comfortable beds. They speak Italian, but we google translated well, and there was an english speaker on property.. We would go back!!!

This would be an easier place to stay for Italians because of the language barrier. Even though it's a BNB, breakfast didn't come with our stay. It has a kitchen but it's not well equipped. We had a two bedroom, but the bathrooms were tiny and the space was cramped for . Now that4 adults. Now that I got out what might not be a good fit for all, let me say that our hostess was very gracious, the grounds are beautiful, and at night you have an incredible view of San Francesco Basilica. It is out of the way for those who want a car, but a very short drive to Assisi historic district. Overall a very nice place to stay with a few limitations.

We love our stay here and we definitely recommend the place. Clean, quiet and out of all movement in the center.
We walked from here to the center of Assisi, very easy, safe and pleasant walk. Max 10 min.
We had breakfast during our staying, and we love it!
The persons that attended us were very special, we feel welcomed, and we plan to come back.

Trovato per caso alla ricerca di un posto carino dove soggiornare nei pressi di Assisi ci siamo trovati in un autentico gioiellino incastonato nella pianura sotto il paese. Posizione perfetta in quanto in 15' a piedi (su percorso interamente pedonale) e in 3 minuti in auto si raggiunge il centro di Assisi, in 3 minuti si raggiunge la superstrada che permette di spostarsi celermente in tutta la regione. L'alloggio è stato confortevole, ben riscaldato, dotato di tutte le comodità. Cucina con buono spazio per muoversi e cucinare. Silenzioso di notte e con materassi comodi. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato!
