The most wonderful stay. A totally relaxing experience. The rooms were fantastic and the location, right on the beach, was even better. Food was tasty, and the huge variety of drinks available was great. Maybe ordered one too many... Staff were great too, couldn't do enough for you. Will definitely return!

It’s all about the fantastic beach location at Venus and the incredibly hard working and friendly staff. We had a superb week there, lazing every day on our reserved sunbeds and far too often ordering a beer or 2 with Calemari, which typically arrived seconds after ordering it. I think it was Mario and Kostas who were so friendly and efficient at service, supported by a great team of girls at the beach bar. The star of the show for us was Fortina, who was available at the Venus kiosk and was able to book/help/advise on anything we cared to discuss with her, no strings attached. A wonderful person. The room was superb. Best shower I’ve experienced in Greece. Bed was huge. Cleaner changed linen and towels every day and so room was always clean and tidy. She was a lovely lady too. Breakfast at the beach bar every morning, next to the waves rolling in, set the relaxing tone every day. We really enjoyed the fresh fruit salad served with the European breakfast, normally served within 5 minutes of ordering. On the downside we found the Tavernas of Tsilivi a little too commercial for our liking, serving pasta and pizza etc. We struggled to find that authentic family run joint that we have been used to on other Greek islands. But I guess Tsilivi is a biggish resort these days so we shouldn’t have been surprised. But all in all we highly recommend the Venus, with its beautiful well kept gardens and trees and unique beach location. Cannot praise the staff highly enough. And apologies to those whose names I have misspelt! Paul and Anna.

The location, rooms and staff are absolutely amazing. Just 50m. from the beautiful sandy beach, comfortable rooms with a really good breakfast at the beachbar. Luxury beachbeds front row available for free. With one push on the button the staff is there to make sure your stay is everything you wish to be. I would highly recommend Venus Resort and thank the staff for their efforts.

When we arrived at Venus and saw the room I must admit I wasn’t overly impressed, the round bed which dominates the room , the wash basin is in the bedroom with you ? Nowhere other than a low shelve underneath to put toiletries on , personally I like that stuff out of the way in the bathroom . Also no drawers to put underware /T shirts We didn’t find the bed comfortable at all , we would rather had had a regular double bed and more room . The location is brilliant, couldn’t ask for more , sunbeds are reserved for you , and the beach is a few steps away from your room , what’s not to like ? The maid was lovely , as were all the girls that worked at the beach bar always more than helpful . Downside was the breakfast after a couple of days you really don’t want a fry up again. A short walk up the road and you’re where all the restaurants are , plenty to choose from , we had some really nice meals . I can honestly say although I have a few complaints it wouldn’t put me off coming back again, as they were minor.

Positiv: Super freundlicher Empfang obwohl wir uns bei der Ankunft nachts verspätet haben. Das Frühstück wird in der Strandbar eingenommen. Das Mediterranean Breakfast war eines der besten Frühstücke auf unserem 3 wöchigen Griechenland-Roadtrip (siehe Foto). Mega lecker ! Sauberes Zimmer. Die Lage des Hotels war ok. Es gibt einen sehr großen kostenfreien Parkplatz am Hotel. Negativ: Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Ich kann mir allerdings nicht vorstellen, dass man auch aus nur einem der Zimmer mehr als 2cm Meer sieht. Das ist doch dreist übertrieben. Keinerlei Haken für Handtücher (wir haben unseren eigenen Klebehaken angebracht), kaum Ablagefläche. Doppelzimmer sehr unpraktisch aufgeteilt. Insgesamt ist das Zimmer sehr auf optischen Chic ausgerichtet und wenig auf Praktikabilität. ACHTUNG: Frühstück gibt es erst ab 9 Uhr. Wer also unternehmungslustig ist, ist hier total fehl am Platz. Das Meer ist hier sehr flach und steinig. Wir sind Wasserratten, waren hier aber nur einmal bis zu den Knien im Wasser. Am Strand gibt es so ca. 20 Reihen Liegestühle hintereinander. Auch das ist nicht gerade unsere Vorstellung von Urlaub.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 11 notti in questo piccolo resort direttamente nel lido Venus di Tsilivi. Il resort è nuovo, tenuto benissimo, con sole 6 stanze moderne e dotate di ogni confort. Bagno con grande doccia, lavabo, wc separato, letto rotondo (che effettivamente occupa un po' troppo spazio). Televisione Led e ottima luminosità. Bel terrazzino esterno con tavolino e stendino. Praticamente sempre all'ombra. Pulizie quotidiane con cambio biancheria effettuato molto spesso. La donna delle pulizie sempre carina. Teli mare gratuiti così come la spiaggia (convenzionata). Ottima accoglienza anche da parte della ragazza all'ingresso del lido. Aria condizionata disponibile e ben funzionante. Abbiamo avuto acqua fredda un giorno e si sono subito attivati per il ripristino. Un problema con la chiave della stanza (difficoltà ad aprire e chiudere, come se si stesse rompendo la serratura) che però non è mai stato risolto. Altra pecca è la colazione si compresa, ma con sole 4 scelte di colazione all'inglese (abbiamo mangiato un paio di volte poi siamo andati altrove e bevevamo solamente un caffè). La colazione è servita al bar della spiaggia. Nel complesso approvo la scelta ovviamente per la comodità di avere la spiaggia (bella) praticamente in stanza e di poterci andare alle 7 di mattina senza che ci fosse nessuno ed utilizzarla nei giorni di relax quando non ci si spostava. Il prezzo pagato, nonostante la qualità dei servizi, è comunque eccessivo. Lo posso consigliare. PS: di sera la location è molto suggestiva, con diversi giochi di luce e praticamente in solitudine.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier im Venus Resort. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht und freundlich. Die Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet, die Matratzen sind eher weich, hier könnte man nachbessern. Leider war das Hauptrestaurant, aufgrund Personalengpass geschlossen. Im Beach Restaurant waren die Snacks sehr gut und der Kaffee ist wirklich top. Das Frühstück am Strand ist natürlich genial, der Nescafé der hier serviert wird ist einzig nicht zu empfehlen, besser einen a la carte bestellen.

Siamo stati un paio di volte tutti molto gentili bel posto ottimo ristorante servizio top sotto l'ombrellone,vicino c'è anche possibilità di affitto barche. Posto tenuto bene ottimi servizi ideale per famiglie ci ritorneremo sicuramente
