Just got home from a week's ski-ing. Cannot fault this hotel for their service. Nothing is too much trouble. Food is outstanding with themed nights from a full roast dinner to an Oriental banquet. Bar is not too big and not too small with a vast array of spirits. A log fire welcomes you after a day on the slopes and Thursday night is live music night. Rooms are clean and a generous size. Will happily return next year to see Graham, Maria, Pete and the rest of the staff. Thank you all for a fantastic holiday. Jane & Gary x

Great basic hotel, good buffet style breakfast and rooms very clean. Didnt really see any staff only on checkin which was just a case of being given keys and we just left our keys on the desk when we left. On the downside there is no lift so you do have to carry your cases up the stairs and the cleaning products that are used in the rooms are very strong, so it was a case of as soon as you got in our room we had to open the windows !!! Our daughter had a room at the front which was very noisy with with people coming from various bars etc and returning guests walking to their rooms in ski boots. If your looking for a cheap and cheerful place to stay this hotel is ideal. Minutes from the main gondola and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

What a fantastic hotel. Great location - 2 mins walk from ski gondola with storage at the back of the hotel. Staff are fantastic, friendly and so helpful. I was on a half board basis and food was really nice. 3rd time staying here and will book again for next year. Highly recommend it.

Habitación acogedora, cama cómoda y con varias almohadas para que puedas elegir la que más te convenga. Temperatura agradable. Aseo completo, buena presión de agua y temperatura perfecta. El desayuno era buffet y tenía una gran variedad de productos.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, personal muy profesional y muy atentos. Excelente buffet libre y muy variado. La estancia fue cómoda, las habitaciones pequeñas. Facilitaron los horarios de las comidas y del desayuno, incluso mucho antes de los horarios que tenían para abrir el comedor para desayunar. Recomendable.

La habitación individual es horrible, ducha diminuta, sucia y sin esoació para moverse. La cortina sucia y aguantada con aros reciclados de madera. Se caía por momentos. El baño era aprte de la habitación sin ninguna separación. Enchufes rotos al lado de la ducha y si se slaia agua de la ducha, q así pasaba, dormias con el charco.

Cependant la porte d entrée de la chambre 202 claque donc il a fallu mettre une serviette pour la bloquer
La baignoire ou il manquait le bouchon afin de prendre un bain

Horrible sale nous avons du repartir sans dormir car nous etions en couple et il n'y avait qu'un couchage 78€ a la poubelle
