"The coffee beans at the hotel's coffee bar are a bit too bitter; I recommend adding sugar. The lobby entrance is actually on the second floor, and guests staying on the third floor are advised to take the elevator from the second-floor hallway, as the elevator next to the lobby requires walking up another flight of stairs to reach the third floor. The room renovation is good, but the compressor noise from the heater is too frequent and loud, which is not a reasonably acceptable noise source and somewhat affects sleep quality."

"I was pretty disgusted to see the N word written in dust on the window in our suite. The food was overpriced and was definitely nothing special. Didn't matter after dinner though; there's no microwave to reheat left overs, and with how cold our room was, our food got cold and hard pretty fast. The wallpaper is coming off the wall, the hooks are coming out of the wall, we had the heat on friday-sunday but could never get it up past 68 degrees despite it being on for days. The water got shut off while we were there, parking was crowded/limited. We booked a room for 5, only to be put in a room with only 2 beds and told they couldn't provide us with a cot because of fire hazards; after complaining that I'm not putting my child on the very used/old carpet, they upgraded our room to include a couch for my 3rd child. The pool required a reservation but they didn't check reservations and the pool was over crowded. I was REALLY uncomfortable with how secluded I was from everyone when going to the locker room... it felt like the perfect spot for someone to catch a woman or child off guard. Everything is very old or outdated or broken in one way or another, and everything was VERY overpriced. If they want to claim they're a resort and charge resort prices, they need to start looking like a resort. Next time we need a weekend getaway, we'll be going to Denali instead!"

"We stayed here for two people. Instead of staying in the main building, we went outside once or went to the annex via the connecting corridor on the second floor. It was an apartment-type building and cost about 6,000 yen per person per night. For this price, the room was adequate. The only drawback was that the inside was completely visible from the corridor outside through the gap in the curtains."

"I was quite scared when I checked in on the first day because I saw the reviews online were not very good and it was indeed a bit noisy when I went to sleep at night. When I checked out, I found that the service staff were very thoughtful and patient, breaking the traditional view. "Environment: I thought being near the lake would be quiet, but it's actually on the road, so the traffic noise is quite loud. There's a lake (pond) in the back. It's relatively close to the airport. Facilities: The highlight is the taxidermy in the lobby, which children will love. The downside is that it's quite dated, and the rooms and hallways have a stale smell that permeates them. If you don't like that, choose this hotel with caution. The bathtub drains faster than it fills, which can cause your feet to get soaked. The tap on the bathtub faucet is broken (it won't turn), and the cold water pours down the shower head onto your body. Has no one reported these issues? Are the daily maintenance staff unaware of them? There's a shared microwave on the third floor. Rooms have mini-refrigerators and safes. The hallways are incredibly long, making walking around frustrating. Cleanliness: There was hair on the edge of the bathtub. Service: A $22 resort fee is added upon arrival. Breakfast is discounted by $10 per day (not per person), but the selection is average and I didn't have time, so I skipped it. Several bottles of water were provided upon check-in. The skincare lotion on the counter expires in December 2023, and I'm moving in in July 2025! All in all, it's not worth it at this price."
