TTamuThe accommodations did not even come close to the pictures online. the pictures are for the highest cost units off the lobby. Although they claim they are renovating their units for moderate and low-cost rooms, they are very old and like staying in a jail cell. Windows didn't open or were fixed closed. No ventilation from the outside. units open to small exterior corridor with no view of anything but a wall. the breakfast was typical, bagels, waffle maker, toast, cold cereal, hot cereal packets, hard boiled eggs, yogurt. Room was clean, door keys didn't always work, bed was comfortable. Shuttle to airport and float plane area was very useful but only runs on the hour and half hour.

TTamuBooked and paid in full online. They have our credit card on file. Didn’t expect they want to charge extra money for room deposit. No problem we can handle the additional payment except Their machine didn’t work scanning my Apple Pay. The older lady was rude and told us we couldn’t stay. That was not our fault. It really hurts! they should fix their machine problem first rather than blaming customer. Finally the younger staff on training figured out how to charge my Apple Card by keying in the numbers. Overall check in was not as friendly and professional as it should be. Breakfast was okay, oatmeal was not done correctly super dry, a simple fix is adding a bit water , yet no one cared. Eggs are not real , artificial eggs. Just a bit disappointed.
Rooms are warm and bathrooms is clean.

TTamu房間大小剛好合適，衞生也還行吧，給的是一樓的邊上的房間，大概也是促銷房間吧，因為我就住一晚就算了，酒店後面是河，可以去釣魚的地方，沿河兩岸走走看看當地的釣魚文化也很有意義，離市中心約走20多分鐘左右的上坡路比較不方便點，但是離火車站很近，而且酒店有免費接送服務，這個服務真的很不錯，也是我訂這家酒店的原因之一
