IIven ChenExcellent location at the heart of downtown. However it’s a bit dated. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby all within walking distance. Will stay again if visit anchorage again.

Room was spacious and reasonably comfortable.
Breakfast was OK.
Sofa bed was a bit too saggy.
Overall, good and will consider again when needing a room in the area.

TTamuBooked and paid in full online. They have our credit card on file. Didn’t expect they want to charge extra money for room deposit. No problem we can handle the additional payment except Their machine didn’t work scanning my Apple Pay. The older lady was rude and told us we couldn’t stay. That was not our fault. It really hurts! they should fix their machine problem first rather than blaming customer. Finally the younger staff on training figured out how to charge my Apple Card by keying in the numbers. Overall check in was not as friendly and professional as it should be. Breakfast was okay, oatmeal was not done correctly super dry, a simple fix is adding a bit water , yet no one cared. Eggs are not real , artificial eggs. Just a bit disappointed.
Rooms are warm and bathrooms is clean.

TTamuHotel was very clean, conveniently located next to a bicycle rental that's very cheap to explore the area. Lake was beautiful as well.

XXthemadgeniusLovely Hotel great spot to be in the center of Anchorage and is close to the freeway, just be careful parking is not attached, the staff early early Feb 14th was so helpful lovely and kind 3 girls(posted their names on the yelp review)
