A long-term tenant occupies the ground floor apartment and uses the parking space on the left as you pull up to the house. Tenant has separate entrance and completely separate living area.If you are looking for nice accommodations in a beautiful location this place is perfect for your family or friends to gather. Please note, although the apartment is spacious, the limit is six guests (children under 2 yrs. old in addition to the six guests are welcome). The home is not new construction, and although we have done some remodeling everything is not brand new.
