From the front desk clerks to the housekeepers, staff needs more training. This is a pretty pricy hotel & I don’t think that the price point aligns with the customer service. When I checked in, I was looking for the card I wanted to use for accidentals. A staff member was practically rushing me & he made a comment & said, “It’s just $50” as if I wasn’t aware. That was rude.
My second issue was with the housekeeping. They have come in my room twice while I was sleeping. Management compensated me for the inconvenience, but then they did it again.(Twice after I had a privacy sign on the door) Even after I called down & told them my stay was extended, they knocked & came right in even though I yelled & asked them not to come in.
Then they attempted to charge me for an entire night instead of just charging me for the $50 deposit.
When I arrived back to the hotel, none of the keys worked. They weren’t programmed correctly. Once I finally got in the room, I tried to use the coffee pot & it didn’t work. The hotel is practically empty & it took them over an hour and a half to bring a new one.
They are very slow with resolving any problem.
