I am writing this Google review to save all from getting into the trap of this place/ lady owner Dakshata (Fraud). I made the unfortunate decision to book 5 AC rooms here for my family. Before booking the rooms, the lady was very polite and welcoming, but once we gave her 50% advance she showed her real face. Where on earth, we have to pay for car parking, heated water, seating in the garden, and using AC during the day after booking the rooms? When we requested AC during the night, she provided us with a heater instead, saying AC is not allowed below 30°C. In the worst case, if you book these rooms or reading this review after booking these rooms, I strongly suggest clicking the photos of all the things like, room tiles, flush, glasses, bulbs even flowers in the garden, because this lady charged me for above everything saying your kid have broken the flush, flowers, bulbs, glass. And the Tiles, yes ‘Tiles’. How can a 2 year old kid break the tile, how can a kid of 2 ft tall can break the bulb which is on the 8 ft. We were so frustrated by this lady that we paid the remaining amount and booked another room. We were so harassed by this fraud lady, that we were thinking of calling the Police. I am giving 1 star to this place because Tripadvisor doesn’t have the option of 0 star. I suggest staying on the beach or even in a tent but if you do not want to harass your family then don't even visit her place.
