great place to stay. Affordable, a short barefoot walk to the beach, and friendly Maria on reception. Great pool, but the breakfast down the road is not so great. Not the hotels fault, but superior alternatives are even closer.

Really nice stay at this hotel, very friendly host, close to everything, brilliant and cosy breakfast. We stayed in room 5, which had 2 terrace overlooking the pool which was great as we traveled as a family. The terrace is not clean daily- which I think it should be. same with the pool area. But rooms were cleaned every day, and it was done very nice and as expected. The shower had very little pressure so it was quite hard rinsing the shampoo and conditioner out. Overall a good stay and lovely for the good price.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There were cockroaches and ants in the room. The shower tray had a hole in it and they’d just fixed it by pouring cement in it and of the four runners keeping the glass door on only one was connected, the glass was hanging off in quite a dangerous state. The plug points showed signs of burning and some were hanging loose. The room was quite dark as you couldn’t open the window because the shutters wouldn’t open as there was a tree blocking it from opening more than a few inches. If the curtains were pulled the air con was compromise because it was too close to the curtain and the flap couldn’t open. On voicing all the complaints to the girl on reception, she said she just worked there and would tell the owner, we were there for 9 days and had no contact from the owner, even after returning twice to the receptionist. My partner sat on one of the chairs in reception and the chair gave way, he is of average build, wood bits everywhere and him at 75yrs flat on his back and this was after hurting his back before we travelled so the last thing he needed. Despite them saying safety deposit boxes are available, there wasn’t one in the room and when asking at reception I was told there were some in reception which were on full view in a public area and that the receptionist said they weren’t safe as most were broken. Breakfast was down the road at Santana, the hot breakfast there was cold every day as they had no burners to keep the pans warm. I would recommend giving this hotel a wide berth, stay somewhere else, ANYWHERE else.

Cockroaches Unkempt and no response to our concerns - cleaner left embarrassed and receptionist useless. Owner had problems right through covid period. Shower door hanging off and damaged shower cubicle floor. Will never return.

Very nice location! Friendly personnel. Cosy rooms with private terrace - we loved it! Very comfortable beds. The bathroom is extremely small and basic but ok for a short vacation stay. Showers would need more water supply/pressure but this was ok for our week’s stay. Breakfast buffet in a nearby beach club directly on the beach - wonderful!! Nice and quiet beach in September with many restaurants and a few shops.

Très belle piscine, chaude. Appartement vieillissant, fauteuil cassé, pas assez de vaisselle et ustensiles. Frigo cassé pas retiré de la chambre . Proximité de la plage bien situé. Ainsi que qqles commerces (vêtements et supérette). Petit dej compris au Santana (type buffet)

Cette hôtel fait du surbooking, vous reserver une suite junior ,et 1 jour avant vous dit que suite à un cas covid ,il va vous reloger ailleurs le temps de désinfecter la suite . Lordque nous arrivons ,la réceptionniste n 'est pas au courant ,apres un appel a la direction ,,elle nous emmene dans un autre hôtel et nous laisse sans mot . Au bout de deux jours nous retournons a Antonina le matin ,la on nous dit que notre chambre n 'est pas prête car le ménage n as pas encore été fait suite au départ des personnes avant ,la femme de ménage nous dit non il ni a pas eu de covid . Dans l autre hotel nous avons eu une chambre familiale, pas de piscine ,pas de jardin . Ce monsieur ne veut pas nous dédommager de la différence de prestation . De très mauvaises foi. Je ne recommande pas les gens malhonnêtes.

2 jours avant reception d un mail ,nous disant que notre chambre ne serait pas prête car cas covid donc desinfectation durant 2 jours mais que nous aurons une chambre dans un autre hôtel. A nôtre arrivée,,a l acceuil étonnement de la réceptionniste, qui nous accompagne plus loin dans un autre hôtel pas la même, pas de jardin pas de piscine et a la place d'une suite junior nous avons une chambre familial d une autre époque. Deux jours après nous voulons récupéré notre chambre pour le dernier jour ,la même réceptionniste nous dit qu elle n' est pas prête, les personnes ne sont pas partis, la femme de menage passant par la fait la gaffe de nous dire qu il ni a pas eu de covid. Nous demandons a parler au directeur ,nous lui demandons un remboursement de différence au vu des prestations ,il a refusé, il fait du surbooking et se moque des gens .alors je dis a fuir.je lance une procedure sur hotel .com.

Pluspunten: -goede ligging vlakbij het strand -mooi, proper en groot zwembad -ruime kamers, gezellig terras -elke ruimte heeft zijn airco -proper, elke dag verse handdoeken en om de 2 dagen verse lakens Minpunten: -te duur in vergelijking met andere verblijven -dringend aan renovatie toe -badkamer met douche maar zonder douchecabine -’s morgens geen warm water -kitchenette met weinig gerief -veel te harde bedden -te weinig ligbedden, dringend aan vernieuwing toe -ontbijt in Santana Beach Club: te duur voor weinig kwaliteit
