It started at check-in. This was our second stay here and it appears things have gotten worse since our first stay. One thing tnat didn't change was the scam this hotel tries to run on foreign guests. The disrespectful receptionist told us they don't work with ********** and had no reservation for us. After an hour and a long conversation with the E-commerce manager (whom I am convinced is the head of this shoddy scam) they miraculously found our reservation. The first room they tried to put us in had a smell of something dead so we requested to move. The second room was not much better but at least no stench. The towels were discolored, the room full of mosquitoes and the water only came upon our request. I was in the middle of a shower with soap in my eyes and the water went off. I had to step out, dry off and call the front desk. Upon my complaint, the receptionist informed me that we have to request the water to be turned on when we want to bath. She said she would turn it in. I waited 20 minutes, still no water. I called the front desk back and the line was busy for some time. It was around noon. I dressed up and walked outside to the receptionist to find no one there and the phone was off the hook. By this time I was livid. I asked to speak to the manager and it was immediately obvious that even the managers of this property do not care. She was rude and abruptly told me "check out is 11am". As if to tell me to leave. This place is a real disgrace to Ghana.
