酒店房间大宽敞 有的房间重新装修过 不错 但是头两二天我们住的房间很旧 The rooms were very different. some are newly renovated, some are older. we stayed in the older room first, was not very comfortable, we later changing to the newer room which was much better. the breakfast was good.

The environment is very good, the facilities seem to be old, but it has a flavor. Most of the hanging paintings are oil paintings created by local painters, not printed pictures. When the night is not busy, the manager will play a few Egyptian-style piano songs for everyone with interest, and I can feel that Exodus is a country with accumulation. In addition to the struggle, many are elegant and indifferent. This is Egypt and its people.

Please make sure you have been given the correct passport on checkout . We have just left and were given wrong passports . At airport realised the mistake. Could have been a disaster . Luckily my friend was able to get across town to swap !! It is a long way out of Cairo … good for the Pyramids .. but nothing else surrounds it . Shuttle to the mall not till 8 pm at night

Great experience and unforgettable time in amazing Ramadan atmosphere.. Our friend's gathering on iftar at yiur beautiful hotel was a great opportunity to relax and enjoy delicious and reach menu followed by a real enjoyaand entertainment time in the outdoor setup among beautiful different guests who interacted with the musical band 😀🥰👏👌⚘️🎉🎊

We were a group of reuniting school friends and we had one of the most memorable experiences during our Iftar and after in the open air area with the nice music. The food was great, service was outstanding, the staff was warmly welcoming and on their toes with a smile demonstrating happiness to several us. Thank you Helnan Dream Management and staff for giving us this experience, it was my first time there, and won’t be the last.

Was a smooth stay with friendly staff room was spacious and clean and food quality was excellent, they, provide free shuttle bus to a huge mall near by all brands, cinemas avalaible, so I recommend this hotel and it will be very near the GEM when it opens.

Delicious food! The dolma was exceptional, and the oriental grill was bursting with flavor. The staff were both professional and warm, the entertainment was genuinely moving, and the cozy ambiance made for a truly relaxing and joyful experience. Highly recommended for a secluded and peaceful retreat

The saty was great in Egypt ingeneral. I will come again for this country and especially for Helnan DreamLand hotel because Every thing was comfortable and amazing . And I Want to send many thanks for the staff as a whole (Restaurant, Reception and HK), and I want to thank Wael and Farah from Reception Due to their Efforts and profftionaliry. Very good and clean place all the staff are experienced and a professional I advise visitors to Giza to stay at the hotel nice view outside of window beautiful pool area Great hospitality breakfast was good Facilities were usefull and easy accessed

Reading the reviews of this hotel worried me. I stayed here on a tour so I wasn’t given a choice. I am so glad the bad reviews are incorrect. The Helnan is a beautiful, large hotel. The grounds are stunning and well kept. The interior of the hotel is clean. Great WiFi. I only had breakfast here and there was plenty of choice. All well presented. And excellent coffee! My room was palatial. The bed was enormous, and very comfortable. There was a kettle and some sachets of coffee provided, along with two bottles of water per day. The bathroom was clean but had seen better days. Nevertheless the shower was powerful and plentiful toiletries were provided. The only thing lacking for me was a robe and slippers which I would usually expect in a hotel of this type. I don’t expect to return to Cairo but if I did, I would happily stay here again.
