It is more like a boutique hotel. The rooms are quite clean and spacious. The staff was helpful all the time, although the pool was not clean as I would expect, also no western breakfast aside from the toast with butter and jam, and no proper latte or cappuccino. I was unfortunate for having the workers next to my room, because they were building another hotel. But once their duty was over, it was quite silent and calm. It is close to the night market, just 15-20 minutes waking distance and 10 minutes away to the theater. There are several options around for food, tourist agencies and spas. Overall, I had a nice stay!

Such a pleasant stay! It’s a really nice and modern hotel! Really peaceful and quiet around. The pool was amazing with a nice view. Our room had its own terrace with a table and chairs outside and the location was close to the touristic places. The breakfast was mostly Chinese, not too many options to choose from but I think it’s understandable since the hotel its not really big.

We had a really nice and relaxing stay at Xishuangbanna. The location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance to the night market. Within the city center, the hotel provides a shuttle. The receptionists were all very friendly and we felt really comfortable.

The landline phone beeped several times for no reason in the middle of the night, seriously affecting my sleep. The sound of water flowing was also very clear, and the footsteps in the corridor were very audible.

The room is quiet, clean and comfortable. I am satisfied with the warm service at the front desk and will stay here again next time.

The hotel is next to Gaozhuang, with good privacy and not noisy at night. The swimming pool faces the outside of Gaozhuang and has a high platform, so you don’t have to worry about being embarrassed by the crowds when swimming, and the view is very wide. In particular, the hotel front desk service was very good and helped to upgrade the room type. We came in the evening and they booked afternoon tea for us the next day. It was my birthday on the day I checked in, and the front desk noticed it. Because the kitchen was off work, they said they would cook longevity noodles the next day. Then I went out for a while, and when I came back, the front desk had already ordered a cake for the room. It was a little surprise in life, and the service was really amazing, it was worth it.

The hotel is not big, but very exquisite. The front desk was serious and responsible, and they contacted us when something was lost. Xiaoyu in the restaurant took the initiative to heat up the rice noodles for us. Rongdu afternoon tea was also good, and you could get a free drink when you checked in.

If other hotels outsource their pick-up service, they will clearly inform guests that the pick-up personnel are not hotel employees, but are only there to help contact the vehicle. However, there is no such marking in the hotel's service description, which can easily lead to misunderstanding. On the way to the station, the driver told us that the hotel has a shuttle bus that can take you to any location in Gaozhuang. In addition, he claimed to be a staff member in charge of the hotel's tourism business. If we had any needs such as chartering a car or purchasing tickets for attractions, we could contact him. He even asked me to add his WeChat. At that time, I thought the hotel service was very thoughtful and comprehensive. But later I found out that these promises were not fulfilled at all, and the so-called shuttle bus and tourist services were all fake, which made me feel cheated. If the hotel can clearly inform the guests of these situations in advance, explain the identity of the pick-up driver and the authenticity of the relevant services, it can avoid a lot of unnecessary trouble and misunderstandings and make the guests' experience more perfect. Overall, this hotel has performed well in many aspects, and the service attitude of the staff and the overall environment of the hotel are worthy of praise. But this small problem caused by the pick-up service did affect my stay experience, so after much thought, I gave this hotel a score of 4.9. I hope the hotel can pay attention to this issue and make improvements. We stayed in Banna for 4 nights in 3 rooms. We chose Yunjian Hotel. The room is comfortable and the environment is beautiful, especially the quiet location in Gaozhuang. The location is very suitable for us as it is within walking distance to the Xingguang Night Market. The free afternoon tea is also very thoughtful☺️
