The Room was ok. However, the bathroom was often dirty, what not really the fault of the staff is but because of people not being considered of the shared bathroom.

Just right for the price. Unsanitary toilet.

Very easy access and a great location. The room is well-equipped and the beds are very comfortable. I recommend this place. The cleanliness rating is for the bathroom, but that was to be expected considering it's shared.

The door is not soundproof, you can hear the noise in other people's rooms 😂 The wall partitions are a little better. Room 401 actually has to climb 6 floors, there is no elevator, and the stairs are narrow and two people can't fit side by side. Hair dryers are not available on every floor, which is not very convenient. This can really be improved. The quilt in the room is actually a blanket and not very thick. The heating in the room needs to be turned on in winter. It is very close to the cuatro Caminos subway, and it is very fast to get off at the opera, 6 stops from the Royal Palace of Madrid. It is very convenient to eat and drink around. McDonald's, Burger King, Carrefour supermarket, Turkish kebab, etc.

The receptionist Mikow, a guy from Cuba, is very polite, solves problems quickly, and patiently made everything easy for our check-in. What I didn't like is that the ad doesn't say that the hotel has 5 floors and they are all with stairs. To get to the first floor we had to climb three stairs. The bathroom didn't have shampoo and conditioner as it said. But the location is very good for the price.

I was very surprised by the price/quality ratio of this hostel. Metro/shops are within walking distance. Your own room is a big plus. The bathroom and toilet are clean. Therefore, if you have a limited budget and you are alone - feel free to choose this place!

Terrible... my experience in this place was terrible. The walls of the rooms are so thin that you can hear absolutely everything from the other rooms, so it is impossible to rest. The building has five floors without an elevator. All the doors make a noise when they open and close, there is no gel in the bathrooms, not even for your hands. My experience was very bad. It is not a place to rest and/or be calm.
