Amazing hotel. Spacious and connecting room. Plenty of eateries to choose from. Walking distance to Tugu Station and Malioboro Street. But twice blackout for a short period. Good spread of breakfast. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back to stay here. Thank you.

Room was okay but not very okay because trip.com purchase through 3rd party tiket.com and did not pass the room we choose non-smoking, so we ended up with room for a smoker and same level for all room for smoking. Hotel did a good gesture after we make a call to Mr. Bagus to solve this matter as hotel was full house to make sure our room comfortable, the housekeeping did change our sheet, and everything in bed also spray our room with perfume to make smoke odor gone. I was hopeless actually because the 3rd party was tiket.com local travel agent online which wasn't reliable like traveloka they are the same. But trip.com already apologize for the mistake and offer us as gesture a goodwill for their mistake, so I won't take any further action or complain as the hotel management already tried their best solved our problem. Thank you. I hope this never happen again in the future, they need double check and make sure their agreement with 3rd party is gone through very well and no mistake happen again

Everything was well functioning. Early check in was easy. Even they gave me upgraded room. They also provided prayer mat in every room.

The room is good for its price. Situated at the back of Ambarrukmo Plaza, Yogya’s one of the top end mall, the Victoria hotel is a great choose for me and my friend while we exploring the city. First of all, the price is very affordable, and at this price range, the benefit that I got from what the hotel is offering is worth it. Unlike many other hotel at its price range, the room is not cramped. It is well maintained that I don’t feel like I’m in some sort of budget hotel or anything. Amenities provided are also complete, they have indoor one time use slippers, one time use toothbrush, shower gel and shampoo. My room is the Deluxe and is suppose to face the pool, but it is quite in the front so my view is someone else’s property, I had to peek and press my cheek to the window to see the pool from my room. The deluxe room is also come with large glass window on the bathroom wall that face inside. They are great for couple, but luckily, it has shutter so it also great for family and friends. These two are what distinguish the deluxe and superior room. Overall, I am very satisfied with my visit and would definitely choose Victoria hotel again in the future for my stay.

Sadly swimming pool was under works . Gym was small Overall for cleanliness it was immaculate  And the staff were eager to assist at all times. Very friendly atmosphere. Breakfast spread was good but I wish they had espresso or cappuccino etc .  Black coffee was good  And a number of other choices like ginger drink etc.  definitely will come back again  Five stars for the staff.

Satisfied with Artotel at jalan Kaliurang Jogjakarta. We managed to get additional one hotel room, although it is quite expensive. We love the welcome drink Secang tea :) Room facility is good, including welcome cakes :) Breakfast choices were also good & nice.

Location is good. Beside a small mall and also near to 1 of the popular restaurants. Room is quite spacious and clean.. but the air con was a bit hard to control - too cold if we on the fan even to the lowest; seemed like no ventilation when we off the fan. The comforter was not very thick so it was still freezing for us when we had the fan on. But overall still a good stay.

This is my 1st time stay at El hotel recommend by my best friend,since she also stay there with family. The hotel is atill new ,location and design are nice and strategist,the most i like is serounding by food ,shop and walking distance to famoust Malioboro street. My memerorable moment are at the lounge cafe ,when i do surprised bday celebration for my father,the staff's are very fantastic and helpful with my last minute request they can deliver good and happy moment. The breakfast spread also good specially when you dining on weekend the restaurant have javanese music (Gamelan) so make the atmosfer more local jogyakarta. I will stay again on my future to visit Jogyakarta. Welldone El Hotel please keep the good work and work out something with ur AC on the room ya specially towards balcony,the room must all cold 😉😊. If you’re looking for a luxurious experience, this might not be the best fit, but for a short, peaceful trip, it does the job well. The dining options were decent but not remarkable. We stayed on level 5 and king suite and it was very spacious and comes with a sofa bed and a kitchen sink. The local front desk was helpful and got us a driver for the day.their breakfast is really good, we paid extras for both days. There are changes to the local section daily and the overall variety is well planned. There is also a small pool on the rooftop as well as bar and massage. We enjoyed our stay

It's an upscale hotel. The staff are very welcoming and nice of them to upgrade us to Deluxe Premiere Double room. Bed is very comfortable and air conditioning is good (esp. for the hot weather). Cleanliness can be improved (eg toilet). Our room is right in front of the lift but we were not being disturbed by noises. Breakfast spread is good! Quite a few eateries around the hotel. Otherwise, taking Grab taxi to places is convenient and reasonable fares.

Not worth for 3 star hotel. the room is old. Bed linen has stain. Smell, and toilet have mold, need to renovation. 5th Floor is dirty also have a big hole on the wall, the just put jobs picture to cover that hold.

I had good stay as my room was well kempt, and windows were directly lighten up by the sunlight. However, in terms of amenities, i noticed that there was no iron and iron board. The refrigerator was broken as well and there was a conmecting door to the other room which i find it odd. Anyway, this experience did not affect me because of the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff. I appreciate them contacting me to ask if they can clean as was in DND mode. Overall, i will still book again in this hotel for another opportunity of business travel

Stay for two night at this hotel. Staffs were great. The room is not big, but enough. The cleanliness of the room was below expectation. There were stains on the bedsheet, and they didn't change the bedsheet for the next day. The sink was dirty, they didn't clean it enough. There were black spots in the sink that could easily come off if they rub it with sponge.

Good service but the breakfast not quite good, and the room price was little bit too pricey on that day.

The facilities are really good... The cleanliness is good.. When you are in the room, you don't feel like going anywhere

The breakfast was also delicious.. although they don't provide bottled mineral water, there are dispensers in each corner of the room hallway to refill at any time. It's just that the bathroom shower area has a bad slope so the remaining shower water still pools and makes the floor slippery. Several times my child slipped while taking a shower. And also the parking lot is narrow. The rest is all ok.. thx Grand Keisha hopefully I can go there again another time..

I always enjoyed my stay at Innside. Clean and spacious room, attractive contemporary design, good hospitality, varied breakfast menu. However, it is a bit distant from shops and restos, we have lotte mart behind the hotel within walking distance, though. And if we order food or things online, it also reaches us in a short time.

Had a pleasant stay. Good location. Friendly and helpful staffs. We were mesmerized by the view of Mount Merapi from our room. Wil surely stay here again the next time we visit Yogyakarta. Thank you.

Comfortable stay, room was adequate and fresh. We enjoy our stay and breakfast is delicious. We like the design, bed, pillow and even bathroom are clean. Will be back again if visiting this city. One more thing hotel near mall and walkable

The room was nice and clean, but when I checked in I got a room that smelled of cigarettes, even though I had ordered a non-smoking one. Every time I order Crombolini it's always not available :( I've ordered it twice on different days, it still says it's not available

I Booked 2 bed Room for 3d2n at the end of 2023 … i enjoy while staying here the room is Wide Enough parking Space many and There is kfc in front of hotel ..i wish i could be there someday
