I didn't intend to stay here, I confused this hotel with the seafront Leonardo Royal, and I was told by a taxi driver that it's a common mistake. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It has a bright reception area with a bar , restaurant, and breakfast area. There are also a few toiletteries and snacks available to buy. The staff are efficient. My room was on the fifth floor with a view across the town. The room was very clean with a first-rate bed, largish tv., Espresso machine, a well stocked hospitality tray , slippers, toiletteries, a Mini fridge and a safe , although you are advised to leave valuable items in the reception. I slept well, I didn't really hear any noise from inside or outside. The televisions have restricted sound.There are key cards that not only open room doors but are required to call the lifts on the ground floor. There is a small selection of food available, pizzas steaks , pasta, fish and chips, and other pub favourites. Breakfast is taken in the extended restaurant , there is a great selection to most guests, continental cold cuts, fruits, yoghurt, porridge, cereals, pastries, smoothies, etc. Guests can set themselves up for the day. The seafront is approximately 15 minutes walk away, the quickest route, and it's downhill . The railway station is literally just around the corner, so this is also a good spot for those delegates attending conferences in the hotel. Overall , I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to others.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at e8ight n Brighton, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the size and luxury of this charming BnB. Despite passing by countless times without giving it a second thought, stepping inside revealed a hidden gem that I had been missing out on all this time. The first thing that struck me was the spaciousness of the accommodation. The rooms were generously sized, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings added a touch of elegance and sophistication, creating a truly luxurious ambiance. The amenities provided were top-notch, further enhancing the overall experience. From the plush bedding to the well-appointed bathrooms, every aspect of the stay was carefully thought out to ensure maximum comfort and convenience for guests. The location of e8ight n Brighton was also a highlight. Situated in a prime spot, it offered easy access to all the attractions and amenities that Brighton has to offer. Whether you're looking to explore the vibrant city or simply unwind by the seaside, this BnB serves as the perfect base for your adventures. Overall, my stay at e8ight n Brighton exceeded all expectations. I left feeling rejuvenated and inspired, with a newfound appreciation for this hidden gem. I highly recommend this BnB to anyone looking for a truly memorable and luxurious experience in Brighton.

Check in was clean and error free, and friendly. Room was clean, pillows and blankets were clean, amenities available and convenient. Food service was excellent with lots of options including gluten free. Location was the best. Would highly recommend for others wanting a solid place to take a family.

Nice hotel in good location next to the Brighton Dome and short walk to The Lanes and the seafront. Our initial room wasn't great - v.small and some electrical issues and nowhere to work from with a laptop - the hotel was fully booked but the management kindly offered us an upgrade to the suite at a preferred rate which was gratefully accepted and went the extra mile to install a desk and chair which made things so much easier on our 5 night stay. Great coffee shop on the premises is a bonus. I get the feeling they were short staffed on the cleaning front, which i won't complain about as it seems to be a common problem across the UK. Overall a good comfortable stay and the suite was a good size with round bed, bath and walk in shower. A panoramic view provides plenty of light into the room. nice. Thank you

The outside of the hotel is very scruffy, but this is because it is in the process of being refurbished. The rooms themselves were excellent, clean , modern (although the see through toilet door is a bit kinky in room 4.) Although being warned of the step inside the passageway to room 4 my wife tripped up it and the light needs improving or warning tape put on the step. We had to bring the date forward of our visit due to the impending death of a near relative and was very disappointed in having to pay a surcharge of £48.00 per room for the convenience of doing this although we believe the hotel did not have any reservations for these rooms, so could have waived the surcharge. We did not have occasion to eat at the hotel excepting for breakfast which was excellent.

The services were great. Staff members were very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast. We enjoyed the leisure facilities. They don’t rent a lock for the lockers in the changing room, but wasn’t a big deal. The free wifi did not work in my room. They tried to fix it but didn’t work. That didn’t ruin my stay anyways. My only little suggestion is that it would have been more convenient if there were some shelves or small stools in the bathroom. The bathroom was very spacious but there wasn’t much space to put your own stuff other than just on the floor.

Was a wonderful stay. Marta took care of me during my stay and offered exceptional customer service and best experience. Would stay here again any day. Wait staff at the bar were lovely too, very welcoming.
