The hotel is close to the airport, so the noice from flights can be bothersome for someone who is light sleeper like my husband. Also, I did not know that if i book through trip.com, i don’t get to enjoy my hilton honors benefits, which is surprising. I do generally book through agency for business travel and this is never a problem

Great location, sufficiently amenities, however, for the price we paid, we were expecting a higher standard. Staff were friendly enough, however there was a delay in checking out but it was due more to a computer issue than a staff issue.

很好的酒店，周邊飯店很多，還有一個小公園，the whole foods，非常方便，酒店似乎有去機場的shuttle，不過我們沒用，所以不太確定，打車去機場的話大約40分鐘；唯一就是不提供一次性拖鞋，很不方便

來開世界銀行年會，華盛頓市區中心四星房價飆漲至700美金每晚，所以選擇住在了silver spring，沒想到這裏特別的方便，離大型的購物中心和奧特萊斯很近，而且酒店設施很好，早餐非常棒。

TTamu酒店管理很不錯，員工也熱情。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒服。酒店位置非常便利，左側有一個大型超市，晚上10點關門，酒店綠化樹叢有一條石子小路直通，不用繞到正門，價格也比正門馬路對面的711便宜，不過711勝在24小時營業。酒店離地鐵站超級近，出門就能看到。酒店地下停車場收費25美元一天，比起開車去DC停車要便宜許多。地鐵站twinbrook站上車，如果是去DC玩一整天，建議買一張15.5刀（2刀是交通卡的費用，這卡是不退的，當作旅遊紀念品也挺好）的one day pass，可以無限次坐公交。地鐵單程6.75刀，晚上9點以後2刀。公交車2刀。DC有一個環線旅遊circulator是1美刀，不過如果你沒有零錢或沒有交通卡的話，司機都不會讓你投幣。如果衹是玩半天的話，建議不用買one day pass，每次單獨購車票更划算。

TTamuThe room was very nice. When I checked in I asked about parking. They said I could go around the corner and park, it is connected to the hotel, and it would cost $29 for the night. When I left the hotel and tried to get out of the parking lot, the cost is $69! I drove around to ask about this problem, the girl at the front desk had no idea. She took my email address and said the manager would contact me when he arrived. It has been 24 hours and I have not heard from the manager. Obviously I’m not very important to this hotel so I will never stay there again. They lied to me when I checked in and then never responded to my complaint. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew I was going to be charged $69 parking for one night! Stay somewhere else.

TTamuIt was our first time visiting Baltimore as a family, and thanks to this hotel, we left with only great memories. The hotel was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Right outside the hotel, we could ride bikes along the river and take morning walks—it was the perfect spot to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Baltimore!

TTamuAir conditioning in the room was awful, barely worked at all. Food at the hotel restaurant wasn’t great, especially for the price. Only real good thing about this place is the location, close to Camden yards and M&T bank stadium.

TTamuThe Hotel Indigo in Baltimore is one that provides comfort, access to quality restaurants that represent diverse cuisines, and customer service with personality and a smile. The food menu is sufficient and the bartenders are well versed in creating whatever cocktails you may enjoy. The rooms are quiet, the water pressure is strong, and the cost is competitive. I stayed 2 nights and when I checked out late, the hotel had no issue with it. I was able to walk from the Penn Station to the hotel with no difficulties.

TTamuI stayed in this hotel last year while forgot my ring in the room, the housekeeping team led by Cathy Walter helped me out by not only found my ring but also put lots of efforts in try get it back to me in another city. With my last min schedule change I left the country without being able to take the ring. Amazing that Cathy kept my ring for 6 months untill I return to US stayed in this hotel this week that see my ring right at check in at front desk. This is the best service and help a traveller out when needed. Great job for Cathy and team!

TTamuThe good news is, the rooftop restaurant is very nice with beautiful views, a lively bar and imaginative cocktails plus good food. The hotel room we had was a bit run down. The tub didn’t drain properly, the makeup mirror was smudged, the pillowcase had a hole, and the room just seemed tired. It needed a chair. Other than the bed, there wasn’t any place to sit. I think there’s hotel needs a refresher.
