This hotel is highly recommended, even for discerning international guests. We felt very comfortable throughout and would have liked to have stayed longer. Very friendly and well-trained staff, exceptionally good cuisine and a very nice, clean and well-kept area. The sea view villas are top quality and very well equipped. We had a problem extending our booking and the very friendly General Manager took care of it personally and solved the problem quickly, easily and to our complete satisfaction. Thanks a lot for this! There really isn't anything to complain about here at the Hotel Amiana, which is why we give it 5 stars, which we rarely award otherwise! A great highlight of our Vietnam trip! A big thank you to the entire staff, you guys are great! ;)

It was our second visit to the Alma resort following the first visit in April. In our first visit, we have stayed 4 days in the Alma resort, and we had great time and really liked the memories of that time, so we visited again. and it was really good choice.☺️ When we checked in at the reception, the staff welcomed us very kindly and professionally. Her name is 🩵’KIM MI’💙and she was really really kind. 🥰She helped us check in with careful consideration and smile, saying thank you for our revisit. Also, we really liked the room, and thanks to this, we were able to start our journey in the Alma resort in a really good mood.😆 When we visited, it was not busy season, so there were not so many people swimming compared to the dry season (April). So we swam so much. Even the main pool, which used to be so crowded, was also very comfortable to enjoy swimming and beautiful scenery. Also we went to the water park in the resort that I had not been to in the first visit, and many slides and flowing water pool were also good for adults to play with, and all the staff were kind.^^ We enjoyed breakfast at LA CASA. We can’t go to the pizza buffet this time due to the schedule, but LA CASA is our favorite restaurant among many other resorts because of its lovely mood and good dining.☺️ Even if it wasn't as impressive as the first visit including the ocean front pool villa, the second visit to Alma resort was also very successful. So we will go to the Alma again in the next month‼️😆🩵I hope the weather also will be fine. Thank you.😊

Had a great time at Havana hotel. kindness of staff and service. Allow me to use beach parasol, swimming pool, and sauna even after checking out. Food was also good to my family at least. Direct turnel between hotel and beach without accross the road. But one sorry point for me who like sauna is that there is no hot bath but only with cold bath. Of course, wed and dry sauna are good.

A very nice hotel and amenities. During first night, some hiccups over shower screen door but the counter leader, Thanh was fast enough to arrange necessary check and change of room. Even though I tried ro be a little bit difficult, Thanh was always on a smile to address concern. Thumbs up to the organisation for having Thanh as their employee. Thanh deserved to be praised and rewarded by the hotel organisation for good service attitude. Room were clean and big. Amenities are good too. Staff are always ready to help as our dad has difficulty walking, the security guard and bell boy there will always rush forward to help and hold our dad when walking up the hotel front entrance stairs. All of the hotel bell boy and security guards deserve to be praised and rewarded by the organisation too. Thank you! We will be back again.

Excellent hotel with rooftop views on level 40. The elevators are a bit confusing and wish they had told me beforehand or display some signage. Good breakfast, quiet but easy access to everything. Amazing to have smoke free room and smoke free hotel policy!! But they need to make checkout faster and more efficient - was asked to wait for 10 mins just to check out!!!

The main benefit is definitely the location, it's not far from the the downtown of Nha Trang, so in comparison to other resorts, here you can order a taxi and get to the city center within 10-20 minutes. The resort itself is great, everything is new and clean, very scenic view from the lobby, the staff is polite and caring. Breakfasts are tasty. The terrirory (beach and alleys) is not big, but on the other hand the resort has two swimming pools, so it was easy enough to find a sun lounger even during busy hours. I would recommend this type of vacation experience for families with children, as imho for couples and lone travellers this kind of resort would be a little bit boring and for the families with kids all conditions are provided: children can enjoy the swimming pool and parents can chill under the sun.

Good palace. But weather is so bad time January  And my son was sick at children's pool  But they don't pay hospital money 😭

This is a brand new hotel with all villa, inside the room is very very clean, bed is comfortable, faculties in the house are new (without kitchenware), but there is a little problem is you will find some little flies inside the villa (because of the drainage system problem), also outside the villa are quite dusty, I don't find mosquitoes around (maybe is not the season) , but honestly, hotel have to improve all the public areas cleanliness, swimming pools are very big, the beach sands are the white and fine but with many trash (hotel already have staff pick up the trash everyday but still many), staff are very friendly but have to improve more English, Cam Ranh is a new developing resort area with many hotels resort along the beach (few kilometers long, still building many resorts) , 5mins drive away from the airport (private taxi cost around: 80,000/way), 35mins drive away from city center (private taxi cost around: 300,000/way), there is a street ”Cau Moi” 10mins drive away from hotel with some seafood restaurants (many local people goes, need to compare the prices)

We really enjoyed our stay during the holiday season at Panama Nha Trang! This hotel has a great location right next to the beach of Nha Trang and is located in a predominant tourist area. They do a great job of welcoming you into the hotel and offering you a lemon tea as they check you in and bring your stuff up. Staff are very friendly as well. One thing that I did not anticipate and that I felt was not clearly expressed to me prior to booking was paying the $50/500k deposit. You do receive your money back upon check-out but that was an unexpected fee -especially when they only take cash. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and modern. The hotel has 30 floors with a great rooftop view on the top deck with pool, and a breakfast buffet on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was quite nice quite a variety of options including dim sum, freshly cooked brunch items, and classic Western breakfast items such as pancakes and eggs. The hotel caters to a lot of tour groups so you can expect busloads of tourists from overseas as well. I really appreciate the supportive staff when we visited. Unfortunately during our visit, we got scammed by the taxi drivers in the area and he was trying to get us to agree to a drive to the airport. The staff were incredibly supportive in helping us get away from him and we felt really protected from the upsetting experience. We absolutely recommend this hotel again for the staff that goes above and beyond!!

Pros: -Prime location -View of our room -New building, so everything seems clean and neat -Service is great -AC works perfectly -Smart TV with access to YouTube -Bathtub with ocean view -Comfy bed -Pool, sauna & gym Cons: -Lots of Chinese tour group travellers, it gets busy/noisy during the breakfast. Hence, the food is primarily focused on those target group

Ok for the relatively cheap price, small things like a toilet that sometimes refused to work, an ac that seemed to heat up at night, a spa with a cold jacuzzi and a steam room with very little steam. Staff were all very nice and to be fair it is good value for money.

My 3rd time in Vietnam and the hospitality of the staff here is the best! Starting from the reception area, to the housekeeping, and the breakfast crew. Everyone is smiling and are happy to serve the guests. For the room, I requested for a high floor but didn’t get one (but it’s understandable because of the holiday season - I hope I get it next time :) ) but the ocean view is still great. Room is well maintained and clean. But the star of the hotel is really the service. So I’d like to give a kudos to the lady and guy who helped me during check in (forgot their names unfortunately), and Paul and Linh who helped me during check out. Amazing service!

The hotel is very nice. Breakfast is amazing, with so many options available, both Asian and Western. Facilities are perfect and kids love the pools, slides and waterpark. It would be the perfect resort and destination if they offered some more affordable prices for food and beverage options. There is nothing around to eat out, so you are captive and need to buy their overpriced meals . All the staff is super nice and attentive, just to mention one, Lam was paying attention to details all the time and made a difference in taking care of me and my family!

Even after my trip, I keep thinking about Anamandala... It feels like I'm in a dream or another world. The garden is so pretty and mysterious. I applied for the airport pick-up service and it was delayed by an hour, but they greeted me with a smile. I was touched. However, I don't recommend the dinner seafood buffet because the taste is not good compared to the price. The breakfast was also really good. The restaurant is large and it's not crowded like other hotels, so you can enjoy your time leisurely. The aaa you eat in the morning is really sweet. The mango yogurt is delicious.

My experience at the hotel was extremely wonderful. The environment is perfect, very pleasant, and super well maintained. The hotel facilities are very clean, all the staff are very friendly, saying “Good morning” when you meet them halfway or always ready to offer you the best service. The beach is small but super well looked after and very clean… there is no rubbish on the ground. Just shells! The hotel has two swimming pools with very beautiful views, two restaurants with very good food options!!! Wonderful breakfast with lots of bread and fruit options! Not to mention the kindness of the team to serve you a complimentary soft drink and fruit every day so you can enjoy the beach and pool but feel at home! The rooms are quite spacious, well maintained and extremely clean every day. The spa is incredible with many care options so you can relax and enjoy your vacation without leaving the hotel. Remember to ask the hotel about the best season to enjoy sea water, as it is very clean and light blue ❤️🥹

Hope the manager will see this comments below and improve the service of some staff. Globally speaking, the hotel has a fantastic view and very good taste of design. Every where you go, you will be amazed by the view. The breakfast is not rich, but it is very exquisite. The plate is exquisite, and the taste is good, which makes us very satisfied. What surprises me most is the service attitude of the employees here. I must say that most of the employees are friendly, and all the cleaning staff you meet on the road will take the initiative to say hello to you. However, the staff at the reception and the restaurant always have poker faces. They gathered at the reception desk to chat and turned a blind eye to the passing guests. An employee named Becky met us on the road and quickly turned around and pretended not to know us. The staff of the restaurant are very busy. You don't need to expect time to read the bill in the dim light, however you will be urged to sign quickly and leave. Also when you check out, it is difficult for you to expect Becky to ask how you feel. She just wants you to sign the bill quickly and leave. She always gives me a condescending attitude. I don't understand where her arrogance comes from. Generally speaking, the beautiful scenery, architectural design and food here are worth the price, but the supporting services can't keep up. Especially considering that there is no airport shuttle bus, and there is only one shuttle bus to the city every day, I think there can be other more cost-effective, especially service options.

Look no further, this is the most delightful Vietnamese beach resort. The resort was nearly at capacity, we were told, yet it felt so secluded! The design is beyond compare, every detail is just perfect. All the staff was just so warm and welcoming: special thanks to Joe and Ny for making our special birthday getaway so memorable. I'm a spa snob and I thought with daily spa trea**ents included in your spa, they would be perfunctory, but I was wrong. The service and relaxation in the spa was divine, and the choices of services was a great variety. Don't miss the warm bamboo massage! I would recommend this resort to anyone, but especially those looking for a relaxing, quiet spa-focused holiday. Perfect for honeymooners or a girl's trip

The territory is clean, well-kept. The sea, the beach are wonderful. The cocktails are tasteless, they don't know how to make them. Their assortment is 3 cocktails, they pour the same thing, it's impossible to drink. The rooms are good. The pastries are terrible, there's nothing to choose from. There seems to be a lot of food, but there's nothing to eat. We must give credit to the Fobo soup that they pour. Very tasty. The rest - nothing special.

I booked room with ocean view, the view is fantastic. However air-conditioning did not work well, the temp. wasn’t stable. Besides, some hotel staff were perfunctory, lack of smile. Generally, it’s so so, inferior to other Radisson hotels I used to stay before.

New and modern hotel. Pros: 1. Spacious room, good sound insulation, has everything you need: kettle, tea set, refrigerator, safe, water replenished every day, 2 bottles, shampoos, conditioners, toothbrushes, hairdryer (powerful), slippers, bathrobes. Everything is new, the mattress and pillows are comfortable, the bed sheets are snow-white, the towels are soft and fluffy. Wi-Fi is normal except during peak hours. Large flat Smart TV with YouTube. 2. Cleaning and change of towels daily, bed sheets every 2-3 days. It’s convenient that the do not disturb button next to the bed turns on the red indicator at the entrance. They clean well, they try very hard, but sometimes they forget about the balcony and under the bed. 3. The hotel area itself is clean and well-groomed, there are two large swimming pools of different depths, there are beautiful areas for photos, as well as several playgrounds, a small water park for kids and a children's room with trampolines and slides in the hotel itself. 4. The staff is responsive, the guys from the reception are trying to help, all the employees from the cleaners to the gardeners are polite, smiling and welcoming. 5. The first line, the beach is sand, there were no big waves, there is a net with buoys in the sea, there are children's vests, a lifeguard is on duty, beach towels are given out near the pool. 6. Food on weekends (the hotel is very busy) varied and fresh, Vietnamese and European cuisine, delicious desserts. Minuses: 1. There is nothing nearby, the hotel has a free transfer once a day to Nha Trang. 2. The hotel has not yet been completed, there is no noisy work in it, but another hotel is being built nearby. 3. Food, some days there was simply no choice, very little fruit and desserts, sometimes it was not tasty, there was a stale mess. 4. Beach, in the afternoon there is garbage in the sea and on the shore: plastic bags, bottles, boards, they don’t clean everything up right away. Not enough foot shower. 5.Complete lack of animation. I recommend the hotel to those who like a quiet all-inclusive holiday, I hope they will complete the construction, eliminate the shortcomings and we will come back here again!

It's far from Nha Trang city, so it's for those who want to relax and enjoy the sea. And there are all the facilities to have fun. Three meals are served buffet style, with different side dishes every day, so you can't help but want to eat a variety of things. As expected of Vietnam. The bread is delicious. Alcohol is free, so you can drink to your heart's content at the pool bar. Activities are almost free to participate in, and you can enjoy them all day. I wanted to participate in the karaoke competition😭 I really recommend it for those who want to relax at the hotel! Most of the guests were from Korea, China, and Russia. There were no Japanese people😅😅

First of all, the hotel is very remote, 30 kilometers away from Nha Trang, and there are almost no restaurants and shops around. If you are not prepared, you will be passive, but there is Grab nearby to order takeout; Second, the room and environment are super good, and the villa is also very comfortable, especially suitable for a family vacation; Third. Almost all people here are Koreans, and there are almost no Chinese and foreigners, so be mentally prepared; Fourth. The restaurant is very expensive and not delicious at all. You can only rely on a free breakfast for the whole day.

I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel room is generally clean, except there is a bit of dust on the floor. The room is spacious, with a balcony that has part of the sea view which is nice. The bed is comfy. I went there on weekdays so there are not many people around the facilities. I really enjoyed the pool without the crowd. Nice beach view. The gym has enough equipments, which are well maintained for work out. There is a wide variety of good quality of food to choose for breakfast. However, outside food and drinks are not allowed, so be prepared to spend money in the restaurants which the price is pretty expensive compared to the city of Nha Trang. The location is a bit far from the city, and the hotel also porvides free shuttle bus to and from the city. Overall, it's a relaxing experience which I could spend alone time at this resort.

The location is a bit far away. The service is ok. However, the room is full of small dry shells (from tree outside?) near the glass towards the balcony. The biggest issue is the loss of direction to the room. The signs pointing to the rooms aren’t immediately clear ending up going in a merry-go-around manner. The fridge was not powered up when checked in. There were 2 bottles of water that were complimentary but other 2 larger bottles that were not and 2 cans of pepsi scattering on the table. The bathroom was spacey and clean though.

Check-in, buggy staff, and lifeguards were friendly. I really liked the accommodation and main pool breakfast. but When checking out, the staff kept chatting with other staff members while checking out. I didn't feel focused In the end, after checking out, I realized that the wrong payment was made. I contacted Trip.com and was upset and a little annoyed during the trip. Trip.com solves the problem quickly. I can now focus on my trip again Everything was good, but the solution to the problem was disappointing.

Nha Trang's best value resort! 🏢 Nha Trang flights often arrive early in the morning ㅠㅠ So I often stay 0.5 nights near Cam Ranh Airport. The Arena Cam Ranh Resort is the closest resort to Nha Trang Airport and is famous for being a good resort for staying 0.5 nights! However, to fully enjoy this place, I recommend staying 1 to 1.5 nights. 🥳 🤭 📌Why I recommend The Arena Cam Ranh! ✈️ It's close to the airport, so you can rest well and enjoy your travel schedule without any problems. 🏝️ The facilities are great. The private beach, Coral Beach, boasts an emerald sea color that reminds me of the Maldives. With two large swimming pools, a kids' club, and a playground, you won't get bored even if you stay at the resort all day. I recommend this Nha Trang resort that boasts the best value for money⭐️

The hotel facilities are really very beautiful and the staff were also very struggling to speak English with us. The food was not the best but would be called normal- well. In general we enjoyed the stay.

Good mark: Good location, beautiful beach, ok view, comfortable and convenient room design Bad points: Check in took too long, it took exactly 30 minutes to wait to check in while observing at that time there were only 2 or 3 people waiting to check in. I have never waited so long to check in. Guests want to arrive early and check in early to change clothes and enjoy the amenities. Going out but doing so takes too much time. I was very upset when I went to the receptionist to ask twice and still didn't see the receptionist finish processing it. The third time I asked, it was done, but the receptionist forgot to call me back to get the room key :( Even so, there was no apology, like it was obvious? I feel like my time is not respected. important. Unfortunately, this minus point subtracts many good points from the resort, so overall I rate it 2 stars
