5-Star Hotels in Kaafu Atoll, Maldives

Villa Nautica was an excellent choice. Only 15 minutes by speed boat from the airport. Lots of activities to choose from and very friendly staff!

We chose the ocean water villa to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The positive side, the resort provided a lovely small cake for the occasion, arranged a photo session with a photographer and the food and drinks were delicious. The resort itself was spotless, and our host (Osama) was excellent, addressing all of our questions and a great guy! Major downside was the lack of privacy; the key reason we booked the ocean water villa was for privacy. Despite the website stating that drones are not allowed, drones were consistently used throughout the resort. One drone came within a few meters of our room and recorded us on the balcony and inside the room, clearly violating our privacy (see pictures, can't upload videos). I called the front desk who said they will let security know & later that day , another drone was hovering near the beach, recording the area again. I spoke to one of the workers, who said they would inform the front desk, but I could see the drone operator from the other side of the venue and resort staff stood nearby without taking any action for breach the rule. The frequent drone usage really compromised the privacy, especially in the premium rooms and was quite loud. I would recommend opting for a more basic room or venue if privacy is important to you. I understand that the resort is beautiful and drone footage captures it wonderfully, but the resort should consider allowing recording only at specific times and in designated areas, under supervision, to ensure privacy is respected and not compromised. That said, aside from the drone issue, the resort is lovely and conveniently close to the airport.

I was very happy during my stay at Sheraton Full Moon Maldives. It was my first time in the Maldives and was very impressed from the moment I stepped out of the transfer speedboat to the hotel. I got upgraded to the water villa and the service was beyond unexpected. We had dinner at Sea Salt on the first night and it was incrsdible amazing. I would really reccommend the place to those who are looking for the right place to stay in the Maldives.

We went to the resort for our Honeymoon, it was amazing our stay at Coco Bodu Hithi, the island just beautiful and incredibly romantic. We originally booked a Water Villa but upon arrival, we were upgraded to an Escape Water Villa (a lovely surprise). The bed was huge and had the softest sheets imaginable, the view from our bedroom overlooking the ocean was divine, the indoor bathtub was two was amazing and we loved our own private pool. The villa over water is perfect, a few meters snorkeling we found baby sharks, rays, lots of different fishes and turtles. The breakfast is very wide and the service was fabulous, unfortunately in November the weather is not so good, but we had very sunny days. Thanks to all staff for everything. We would recommend this hotel to other families and will definitely stay again when we return to the Maldives.

the island is small but we we see variety of fish ,small shark, Manta Ray, we went snorkeling along the trench, fish groups there! despite the coral are dead, the ocean is beatiful, relatively clean and limpid; people there friendly, service good and efficient, breakfust also delivious and sorts covers a wide range of food; sedfood is seldom; others are very good, also the pizza very tasty. the island is suit for me since it is my first time come to maldives, when we come for annual leave within Christmas and New year days; the hotel arrange us at very calm place, I even saw the captain of an airplane in uniform one day night for 1day stay at my neighbor next door; I like Malahini very much! the lovely people , the seashore view, the sky when at night the twlinking stars so near when you look up. i will be back beatiful Maldives!

I decided to travel during the National Day holiday and chose this hotel. The hotel provides speedboat transfers, which makes it easy to choose flights. The island is well-equipped, and the gym, water entertainment, dining, and water houses are all beyond my expectations. I recommend this hotel.

I visited Maldives for the second time and took a short trip to Velassaru with my 3-year-old baby. I had another wonderful time. Hygiene: I stayed in a sand house for 2 nights. Every day, the staff would take the initiative to ask if it was cleaned. The guy cleaned very carefully. I like his work attitude. Facilities: Because of the rainy season, the wind and waves were very strong. I originally planned to experience the Japanese restaurant Teppanyaki, haha, but it was closed on Sunday night. I didn’t make an appointment at other restaurants and couldn’t eat. I could only have a buffet dinner in the main restaurant. I want to praise Velassaru’s buffet. I personally feel it is still very good. It is more suitable for my taste than the previous one in Xiya Family. Haha, I didn’t get to eat the ice cream twice a day around the island. At that time, the children were either sleeping or digging in the sand, and they didn’t give me a chance to eat at all. Environment: The lagoon is super beautiful. It rained a little before going to the island and I was worried that the whole journey would be rainy. Fortunately, it was sunny the next day, and the photos were also very good, haha. Service: The staff on the island are very enthusiastic. They will say hello and tease the children when they meet.

Ma Dai returned without looking at the sea, which is true. Vallo Island is a newly opened island, which is a 45-minute speedboat ride from the airport. The island is all-inclusive including food, drink and fun. Let's talk about the room types, there are sand houses, swimming pool sand houses, water houses, swimming pool water houses, I can guarantee that you will be stunned when you enter the house, because it is so great! The room is large and the facilities are good. The waiter cleans it very clean. The mini bar is replenished twice a day. There are various snacks, chocolates, coffee, tea and drinks. The water house is really good, the room facilities and services are top-notch. There is a piece of glass on the floor inside the room to see the sea below. Each water house has a small pool of infinity, perfect for taking pictures. The sea is also very clear, there are many coral reefs, and there are many fish. You can see a lot from the room, and the snorkeling equipment hotel is free. The beach here seems to be very good, but it is a pity that I only stayed for one night and didn't go. There are two restaurants on the island, one Japanese restaurant needs an appointment, the other western restaurant does not need to make an appointment, and the production is not bad, but it is relatively simple, basically a main course of 20-30 dollars. Reservations are available as early as possible, and other meals can be ordered at the restaurant. Breakfast must be praised, the butler can be sent to the room, sitting on the terrace looking at the beautiful sea, leisurely to eat. There are many stars in the evening, very beautiful. Overall, an island with good value for money, not far from Male, the airport transportation fee of 130 dollars a room is slightly more expensive. The island is relatively small. After walking for 15 minutes, it is recommended to play for 2-3 days. It is boring to live again. The island is beautiful.

We are ********* married couple , it's ours first time to take vacation for 5 nights in Maldives,also ours first time to buy Resort with Trip.com... not from travel Agency near my home.We buy tickets direct from Airline.Every things going perfectly..First,I have to say 謝謝 trip.com .very fast response to friendly phone service to check out and confirm resort received my full payment ,we will buy trip again with trip.com. they have better price than others and reliable phone service! We usually buy from booking.com.but service with phone and fast response.trip.com.much better. FOR Resorts. Oblu Sangeli..They have good employees.working with truly friendly to customers.big smile. treat us very nice.not because we are *********, speak Chinese , Asian or any reason treat us not same with European customers like other place.it shows Oblu Sangeli Choose nice employees.with big heart.The food in Sangeli buffet was ok.good enough.not the best.but we no need to eat or drink too much.because we choose all inclusive.we paid also for happy employee to treated us nice and employed take care resort environment.We are happy to walk down to ocean.no need to diving already can see beautiful fishes.for people like me scared of sharks or deep water.you may come to Only service hope Resort improve.. service for gifts .must improve.if resorts want some nice customers coming back.must touch their heart and needs..no need give 3 candles meals,but want give nice shoes customers alread wear.or give papper name card not good material of Resort name card to put on luggage! .. 3 candles dinner meals to us very nice.but we refused .we know more expensive but not what we want..better to give free flip flops.put flower on bath foam..No do same gifts.if Resort try to touch customers ,We gave tip for thank you.never for buy service.because we paid for service within all inclusive..However.喜歡白色沙灘，喜歡看魚又害怕潛水的人，可以來這裡，水很淺就有珊瑚礁魚群 .非常棒的地方,可以盡情享受的飲食，音樂，環境，服務的人員非常友善.不會要求給小費，但是我們還是建議要給小費，因為謝謝人家，除了工作，還特別的真誠當朋友，小費只是給他們買飲料或是小禮物，尤其是對那些辛苦工作，對待我們是除了工作外，你能感受到的真心，不是為了小費，也不是盡責在工作而已的，當我們是朋友的聊天還有提供很棒的服務.
