In addition, the air conditioner in the room was too noisy and the wind speed could not be adjusted. In the end, I had to turn off the air conditioner, but the sound of the waves was loud again, and I didn't sleep well the whole night.

Amazing resort location with large cosy and beautiful rooms. Highly recommend for holidays. Food is expensive though.

And it's really close to the gate of Yala Park. It only takes 10 minutes for an off-road vehicle to pick you up in the morning! The hotel is composed of small wooden houses, which are very suitable for local conditions. The hotel faces a large lake. You can see many birds and even crocodiles without going on safari🐊 The outdoor swimming pool faces the lake, shaded by green trees, and is not too sunny, which is especially relaxing

I highly recommend this hotel. Although it is a certain distance from Yala Park, the hotel is very well designed, with lake views, clean and tidy, a large swimming pool, various birds in the garden, squirrels jumping around, turtles in the pond, and we also saw lizards of all sizes, they are very timid and very cute. We stayed for two days and enjoyed it very much. If you also like to get close to nature, you can't go wrong with this hotel.

We stayed here in June when it’s low season so it’s not crowded. Staff was super friendly and the pool size is huge facing the sea. In June the waves are really rough so can’t go swim in the ocean. Breakfast and Dinner was amazing, hotel restaurant manager and staff’s service was exceptional. Our room was facing the sea so we get to wake up seeing the ocean. Room was very clean, the only thing is there are lots of spider babies around the sink and closet, also some tiny ants around, everything else is really good. We will definitely come again!!

We visited during off-season, so there were very few other guests. The first morning we had an unusual ”set” breakfast, which was understandable as no buffet was offered when there were so few guests. Water pressure/temperature was unstable and there was a weird pulsating noise in the bathroom. On the positive side, the staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. It's a lovely estate in absolute terms and stunning in relative terms. Very near the trendy fort area, which is worth a visit. Overall pleased.

We had a fantastic stay at the Marriott and extended for two days as it was too difficult to leave the place;) the service is over the top, great amenities with a great pool and even better beach. The in-house catering offers a really good sushi place but we appreciated the little food area next to the hotel as well. All in all the best spot to relax but also do great activities such as surfing and turtle swimming. The only negative thing if I have to name one is the kids club: it is really not a nice place (and smelled). No wonder there are hardly no children there and mine didn’t want to stay there either. But we came for the pool anyways …

The infinity pool of Bawa architecture is a wonderful hotel. Many of the customers seemed to be from Sri Lanka. Excellent hotel, we have been to many places and have something to compare with. Breakfasts are great, you choose from the menu and it was included in our stay. Rooms with a beautiful view of the ocean, pool, spa with excellent massage (you need to book a day in advance). There is a Japanese restaurant on the roof with a gorgeous view. Live music from Wednesday to Sunday! We highly recommend this hotel. Friendly and attentive staff. Internet WiFi worked great. The beach is private, sun loungers and towels are provided by the hotel for free, there are waves like almost everywhere in Sri Lanka with small children it may not be very comfortable to swim.

The all-inclusive price is particularly refreshing. You can eat or drink whenever you want. However, the hotel is relatively old and the swimming pool closes early, only at 7 or 8 p.m.

However, after visiting the other rooms in the manor, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the glass house I chose was one of the most desirable residences in the whole manor. The glass house design cleverly uses natural light to create a bright and transparent sense of space. The walls of the room are almost entirely made of glass, which not only makes the interior and exterior landscapes perfectly connected, but also makes people feel close to nature. In the morning, when the first ray of sunlight gently shines into the room, it feels like awakening in the arms of nature. Although the room is mainly made of glass, there is no expected high temperature or poor sound insulation. Instead, the environment here is unusually quiet, providing me with an ideal place to rest. The design of the glass house is simple and stylish, focusing on practicality and comfort, which perfectly reflects the design concept of Bava - the building and the surrounding environment are harmoniously symbiotic, creating a peaceful and peaceful atmosphere. Very nice quality of hotel. Most staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, especially restaurant staff and a very helpful guy called Malindu. Other staff, like house keeping, need further training and should aim to provide better service for a hotel of this quality.

Perfect location, not so far to Yala National Park and with a nice lake view. Amazing swimming pool and English breakfast too. The rooms are a bit old and not renoviated but the staff there was very amazing and always helpful. Thank you

Amazing experience. One of the best hotels we've stayed at. The food is incredible, my wife is gluten free and has coeliac, therefore, she becomes very sick if she's eats food containing gluten. The head of the restaurant, I believe his name was Dilshan (apologize if this is wrong) was outstanding, he went out of his way to go through all the meals with my stating which ones were gluten free and even provided a plate of desserts which he got the chef to make specifically for her. Such a kind hearted gentleman. The service was phenomenal as per the other Jetwings we have stayed at. We will definitely be back.

They even arranged for a sumptuous breakfast on the potion of our room. The spears was amazing. There is train track between the hotel and the beach, which was very new to us and amusing. Just added to the charm. The beach was very quiet and beautiful. The people at reception were a little bit uptight but surely nothing that we indians cannot manage. Over all a memorable experience. It's just average. There may not be any fast-food hotels in China. I just made do with it for a one-day stay. The mineral water in the room is in large glass bottles. I don't know what kind of water it is. There is no supermarket nearby. I just drank it. There are impurities in the water. I'm not satisfied with it as a whole. There was no breakfast in the morning.
