Good place of stay if you’re doing Disney as it has frequent shuttle bus.  Loved the complimentary drinks at the welcome lounge.  Kids will enjoy the sweet stuffs. Breakfast is ok. And Lawson is a life saver,  you can buy food there if you arrive late from airport.

Love this hotel. Stayed here as I was going for 2-days of Disney parks. It’s got a Disney shop in here! Nearby the Disney rail. There’s even a convenient store in the hotel. Love that I got daily replenishment of the amenities like shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Most hotels no longer have this benefit. Love the convenience of the shuttle busses to go to Maihama station and the bayside station, it is a life saviour after a whole day of Disney in the sun. However it will be great if the hotel had shuttle busses that takes you directly to Disneysea. Here’s my opinion: the hotel is slightly dated but well maintained. The room looks comfy and not as dated as some of the hotels nearby. It is more affordable than Hilton and it’s like literally opposite. There are 2 Lawsons in Hilton if you need more supper variety. View from the room is amazing. You can see the Bay Area and Hilton and Toy Story hotel :) Will 100% stay here again when I go to Tokyo disney resorts.

Great hotel directly across from the monorail so easy to get everywhere. Our room had a view over DisneySea and we could see some of Fantasy Springs. Rooms are huge (American size) which was a welcome break from the tiny rooms we experienced in the rest of Japan. Small convenience store in the hotel as well which was useful as well to pick up some small items.

It is now my 4th stay here at Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. I like to visit Japan every few months and Hyatt Tokyo Bay is such a great location. There is a free shuttle bus to the station and the Disneyland and Disney Sea stops almost every hour. The staff are incredibly helpful as soon as I enter the Hotel. Greeted nicely and promptly. Check in is very quick and all questions are answered right away. The staff speak English well. There is a money exchange machine in the lobby which is useful for when I need quick cash. Just being greeted by cleaning staff and lobby staff when I walk around is great to see and very comforting. The location feels very local compared to downtown Tokyo. There are a few convenience stores around the area with some shopping centers and local department stores in the area. Some are a 15-20 min walk but you can take some buses that are scheduled at certain times. If you can research what is around the area and the bus schedules, you will not have any issues if you think that this location is too far from the city center. I found that there are Buses from major downtown stations that bring you directly to Tokyo Bay as well. I have not had any issues getting back to my hotel when it gets late. The room is always impressive and I always get a smile whenever I return. There is free water, coffee, tea and other amenities available. I really appreciate that they include an Iron and Ironing board. Something I’ve noticed not available in some other Hotel chains that cost much more. The Bathroom is impressive as well. Hyatt Tokyo Bay set the standard for me and I always see myself comparing other hotel chains to Hyatt Tokyo Bay whenever I stay elsewhere. Roof deck is amazing. Gym is very nice, clean and convenient. Hotel restaurant is amazing. I cannot say enough about this Hotel. Bravo,Bravo, Bravo Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. Will always be a staple stay in my Tokyo Travel itinerary.

Location was not too bad, very close to the monorail (walking distance). Room and toilet was super huge and comfortable though the design is a bit dated. If can look past this then the hotel is actually a great stay.

My family and I liked to stay in this hotel. The personel is polite and rooms are clean. They have different foods to choose from . Perfect place to stay with kids. also you can see Fudzi if the weather is clean.

There is an exclusive bus that goes directly to the entrance of Disney. It is very convenient. The space on the second floor is very comfortable and suitable for young people. There is also an airport bus that can be reserved. Please ask at the counter to help make a reservation. There is also a convenience supermarket on the first floor where you can buy it. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The room is very large, which is impressive in Tokyo. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the bathtub is a standard bathtub. After a day of walking, taking a bath is very refreshing. Although it is far from the popular area in Tokyo Bay, there is a subway station under the hotel, and you can go there from the corridor. It only takes more than 40 minutes to get to Asakusa, Shibuya, etc., which is very convenient! Opposite is AEON, which is very friendly for people who eat fruits every day! The hotel has a shuttle bus to Disneyland, which has many flights and is very convenient! The breakfast is satisfactory and enough! Needless to say, there is no problem with the service in Japan!

We had a super nice night here. The hotel staff were super nice. They knew our luggage was damaged and tried their best to help us deal with it. They also comforted our mood and did everything they could to give us wonderful memories of the trip. In fact, they don't need to do anything, but they take the initiative to help guests. The service is great. Everything they did really gave us deep and beautiful memories during the trip! And the outlet is less than 5 minutes' walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. There are also many restaurants nearby, and it takes about 7 or 8 minutes to get to Aeon Mall. However, our time this time was short and we were unable to visit many places. Must come again next time.

Staff were very helpful with absolutely any and every question I had (and I had many). The buffet dinner was great and I got a packed breakfast the next morning since I left too early for the breakfast buffet (my own booking mistake) The location and shuttle bus from and to Narita airport are fantastic if you want a hassle free in and out with a comfortable stay after a long travel.

The room is quite spacious (compared to other Japanese hotels), and the sea view from the high floor is quite wide. I took a nice photo of the sunset. It is very close to the exhibition hall and the seaside Makuhari Station, and can be reached on foot. The breakfast is quite rich. The overall experience is quite good

The hotel is a luxury brand of JAL. The location is okay, you can get there by taking a monorail from JR Chiba Station. The lobby of the hotel is luxurious and elegantly decorated, but the ordinary rooms are still very small. The hotel has a hot spring bath, which guests can use for free. The service is also very good! However, the hotel check-in time is after 3 pm, and the check-out time is before 10 am, which is not reasonable!

The room for two people with breakfast is more than 3k. Let's talk about the service first. There will be three service staff to help us with our luggage (we do have a lot of luggage). The overall service is very thorough and meticulous. Breakfast: There is really no need to experience it. It is just a box of pre-made side dishes. The hot spring water boiled tofu has no taste. The cost performance is super low🤦♀️. The quality of the pickled tuna is not much better. It's really better to go out and eat eel rice Room: Compared with the crowded Tokyo hotel, the area is indeed spacious, but it is worth complaining that the damp room is not ventilated. For us, it is a waste of money. My husband and I both have eczema from sleeping on damp sheets. It's particularly uncomfortable. As soon as you enter the elevator on the fourth floor, there is a smell of humidity and smell in the bathhouse, and there is also a smell in the room. The humidity causes the quilt to smell. Facilities: You can experience the bathhouse on the first floor. It is hot water with black rock effect (actually, it is said to have this effect by putting a few pieces of black rocks in hot water). It is very clean and there are few people. The skin care products are all Sekkisei, which is very good. Supplies: This Dyson hair dryer really saved me! We used it to blow the quilt with quick drying and high air volume! Otherwise, we would have suffered a lot this night! Each room has this Dyson, and the yukatas are also very nice. They also gave us a small basket 🧺 to put things. Next to it is Shinshoji Temple, which is very big and can't be visited in an hour. Behind it is Naritasan Park. This street is really beautiful and you can take pictures. The location is really good. It costs about 200 RMB to take a taxi to Narita.
