1 booked 2 classic rooms. At the reception, they upgraded my rooms to superior/deluxe rooms at high floors. Service are good and fast. Every needs will be taken care quickly and seriously. The washtafel has a little problem, after they fix it, the manager send a box of cookies to apologize. Bottled water I must say is free flow, cause I got 8 bottles for the first night, and 12 bottles for the second night. Very generous.

The hairdryer is one of a kind, can't imagine if someone with long hair and have to keep holding the button till the hair dry, findgers should be all numb. No usb socket, well, it's understood that the hotel was built a while ago, however, a multiple socket plug should be supplied in each room, i think this is a basic requirement.

Had a staycation for 1 night at Pullman Ciawi. Great Hotel with great service & Facilities. Multiple Swimming Pools, Gym, Kids activities, Spa (pay extra) and very Lush with Green plantation. Highly recommended for Family getaway.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and courteous staffs. Our room was clean, and we would receive surprise desserts daily. The breakfast buffet had extensive choices & was delish! Would definitely be our go to hotel in Bogor.

A very memorable experience during our stay at Hotel Indigo began with check-in at the receptionist, where we were surprised to be informed that our room had been upgraded to the King Suite City View by the receptionist's staff (sorry, forgot to ask his name, a young man with glasses and polite words), and ended with check-out at the receptionist. During our stay at Hotel Indigo, the service was excellent; there was welcome food and snacks in the room, and the service continued at our breakfast meal, which received a warm greeting and service from the personnel (particularly Mr. Lucky) and the restaurant. The pleasant position is relatively far from the city center, so it is quiet to rest, but if you want to explore Bandung, it is also close to fascinating attractions. With this experience, we want to make another trip to Hotel Indigo Bandung Dago Pakar, where we hope to find more surprises and kind and attentive service for hotel guests. Hopefully, this Indigo Hotel will be more profitable and continue to be a desirable place to stay for vacation, rest, or meetings.

Nice clean hotel with comfy beds. Breakfast spread is wide but less tasty actually. Strangely, the pastries are yummy instead. Nice pool, koi fish pond, green house and kids playroom. The best part is the mini bar is free and you can replenish them upon consumption

I recently stayed here where the staff went above and beyond to make my birthday memorable. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. I’m so surprised with the hospitality from each division of the hotel. They are very humbled and have a quick respon to all my request especially when I said that I brought parents. Very well mannered The only thing that I really hate the most is the location and of course it goes to the traffic I literally need 24 hours from the hotel to Jakarta due to the super stuck traffic, I know it’s a long holiday but I think they need to figure better way to avoid this situation, and hopefully they can fix it in the near future Overall, I love it! Thanks
