這是第一次選擇萬達，應該也是最後一次，正常出行都會選擇高端酒店，因為服務，因為不會有麻煩，這次真的有點讓人失望。首先入住之前，第一次給我打電話，問到達時間，對房間有什麼要求，這個很好，然後我回答了時間，要求陽光好的房間，留了我手機號。之後沒有兩個小時，第二次電話，一樣的內容又問了一遍，我不知道你們為什麼沒有溝通導致一直給我打電話，我説打過電話了，又強調了一次，陽光好點的。然後入住的時候第三次強調，最後房間是一間朝東的，早上九點到十點多有太陽，就再也沒有了。 我知道找前台一定可以換房間，但是太麻煩了，選擇好酒店就是為了輕鬆舒服一點，而不是一次次換房間，如果你們不能提供相應服務，前面就別一次次打電話。 另外也有想定酒店的朋友一定注意，這是兩家萬達在一個樓裏面，事先知道我就不會定了，早餐時間人流多到我真的沒見過，很影響體驗，房間按金其實我很久沒見過了，但是也無所謂，但是退房半天了，按金還要我自己打電話才退也是真可以了。 總之我現在不確定萬達是不是五星，不過這些服務真的顯得有點不專業了

Wonderful stay during the holidays! The room was high end with everything remote controlled, hand crafted cultural art as decors, and many local fruits and drinks as welcome gifts. We are basically staying in a museum itself, and they do sell tickets to visitors who do not stay here. My wife and I really enjoyed their hospitality. They pick you up from the train station/airport with a luxurious mini van, and offer you free breakfast/afternoon tea. All the staff members are very friendly and welcoming, they check your trip details with you beforehand to make everything smooth. 艾克 and 小孜 were assigned to us and they made our stay a great joy!

We loved the Urumuqi Conrad! For our entire stay, the service was superb and attentive. We always felt very welcomed. The room was excellent and impeccably maintained. The executive lounge offered both afternoon tea and light dinner service. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered many made to order items. The bell men and housekeeper all performed very well. Overall, we highly recommend the Urumuqi Conrad.
