Hotel Bintang 5 di Xinjiang, China

Wonderful stay during the holidays! The room was high end with everything remote controlled, hand crafted cultural art as decors, and many local fruits and drinks as welcome gifts. We are basically staying in a museum itself, and they do sell tickets to visitors who do not stay here. My wife and I really enjoyed their hospitality. They pick you up from the train station/airport with a luxurious mini van, and offer you free breakfast/afternoon tea. All the staff members are very friendly and welcoming, they check your trip details with you beforehand to make everything smooth. 艾克 and 小孜 were assigned to us and they made our stay a great joy!

We loved the Urumuqi Conrad! For our entire stay, the service was superb and attentive. We always felt very welcomed. The room was excellent and impeccably maintained. The executive lounge offered both afternoon tea and light dinner service. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered many made to order items. The bell men and housekeeper all performed very well. Overall, we highly recommend the Urumuqi Conrad.

Fasilitas: Kamarnya cukup luas, tapi peralatannya jelas sudah usang. Sulit untuk mengisi daya (charge), dan kualitas gambar TV-nya serasa kembali ke abad lalu. Kebersihan: Lihat saja gambarnya, saya malas berkomentar banyak. Ditambah lagi, tercium bau apek yang menyengat. Lingkungan: Di sekitar hotel ada pasar material bangunan. Pelayanan: Harus proaktif bertanya untuk segala hal, kalau tidak, hak kita seolah hangus begitu saja. Tamu hotel seharusnya mendapat diskon 12% untuk makan, tapi staf restoran tidak tahu dan harus bertanya kepada atasan mereka. Ini adalah satu-satunya hotel di perjalanan saya ke Xinjiang yang bisa dibilang 'salah pilih' atau 'mengecewakan'. Sangat tidak direkomendasikan! Hotel-hotel lain yang kurang bagus hanya karena 'value for money'-nya kurang, tapi yang satu ini benar-benar 'zonk'!
