The location was very good as it was about a 3 minute walk from the airport. There was a big bug in the bathroom, and the staff came and took care of it.

Excellent hotel! Only a year old. Clean, good price and a $6 taxi ride from the airport. The malacone is right across the way for morning exercise. The AC was fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel. Great bed. Great pillows. Nice stay for going to the airport.

The service attitude of the staff is very good, and the hygiene is also very good. Except that the road noise is a bit loud, everything else is fine.

The location is not bad, the Cocoa Museum is downstairs. Opposite is malecón 2000, and you can take a walk at night. The infinity pool on the roof should be a net red punching point, and the scenery is not bad. There are not many types of breakfast, the rooms are average, and the river view is not very nice because of the cloudy day. Before arriving in Gua, I contacted the hotel in advance to arrange a pick-up by email. After leaving the airport, I could find myself holding a sign. The pick-up fee was paid to the front desk of the hotel at $10, and the driver gave a tip of $2. The superior twin room booked is large in size, and the room is also equipped with a small refrigerator and a table, and slippers are not provided. There are wall-mounted air conditioners. The front desk of the hotel can speak English and has a very good attitude. After arriving, I found that the business center was closed due to the epidemic, but the front desk could still help with printing. There is an open space with a roof on the second floor of the hotel, with tables and chairs, and a swimming pool next to it, which coincides with Christmas and a Christmas tree. The hotel provides a free breakfast buffet, which is changed every day. The beef there is very good. There are a lot of people in the breakfast room on weekends, so pay attention to protection. The customer and the front desk are very good. The hotel is located in the old town of Guayaquil. There is basically nothing around, but it is close to the riverside walk, close to the city hall and the park. But I am not interested in going, the surrounding area is relatively shabby and not safe, it is best not to go out. Stayed for two nights or changed to the rich area business district, safer and prosperous, travel is not recommended to live here.

In the old town, the surrounding area is more convenient, supermarkets, shopping, eating, and then it is also close to several attractions, within walking distance, sanitary conditions are not bad, I feel quite clean

I think breakfast is bad and the way to serve inside the restaurant doesn't take air doesn't take anybody and if someone comes out of the kitchen gross to say that there only has the eggs broken there and not there any more bad breakfast

We stayed for one night due to the plane. Late check-in at midnight was fine. Wifi was late and unusable when I was in the room, so I used it on the sofa in the common part, but it was uncomfortable to be bitten by mosquitoes. I didn't have a hair dryer in the room, but I told the front desk to lend it to me. The room was dim even in the daytime and I didn't want to stay for a long time.
