The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right.
The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing.
I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.

I'd originally booked a few days, but a change in plans immediately after I arrived at the hotel meant I'd have to leave the next morning. When I informed the hotel, the staff were super friendly, supportive and very accommodating. Booking in had been easy, too, and throughout my stay, language was no barrier at all. The next morning, the staff helped me get a taxi to the train station. I'd have loved to stay a few days because--besides the greats ervice--the room was a top notch value. A very sleep-friendly bed, a beautifully designed bath and sink corridor, and a separate shower (if I'd needed it), plus comfortable chairs and a useful desk. In short--a really good room, and at a great price. No question at all: if I'm ever fortunate enough to return to Anyang. I'll be staying here.

Kaifu was a lovely hotel. We got a taxi from the airport (about 5 minutes) and were met by a member of staff who helped us into the hotel and took our bags to our room for us. Our room was big and comfortable and the bathroom was great (very good shower!). The staff were so friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and the food was good. We wanted wine, which was expensive, but it was very good too. I'd recommend this hotel.

Di hotel pinggiran kota, ruang di depan pintu dan lobi sangat sempit.
Saya memesan 2 kamar superior twin, dan menebus kamar elegan yang diupgrade di Ctrip. Ujung-ujungnya, saya enggan diupgrade ke satu kamar, tapi yang ini tidak sebagus kamar high double lainnya. Kuncinya saya terlalu malu untuk berbaring di tempat tidur selama proses menunggu, karena hanya ada satu kursi di kamar, dan itu adalah enam jam yang sulit.
Kecepatan internetnya relatif lambat. Saya mencoba lantai tiga dan sembilan dan keduanya hanya sekitar 10M. Namun ia memiliki satu-satunya antarmuka HDMI definisi tinggi untuk TV eksternal yang pernah saya lihat di hotel!
Tips: Dilengkapi dengan WiFi seluler dan kotak TV untuk mentransmisikan layar!

SSeet-HutterGorgeous lobby and spacious room decorated in an elegant classic style. My partner celebrated his birthday during our 5 night stay but didn't receive anything from the hotel - in other 5 star hotels of this calibre all around the world, reception staff would have paid attention to this detail when they photocopied our passports at the point of checking in. That was a tad disappointing. However, special mention must be made of Wang Fei (王飞）at the concierge/porter division on the ground floor - he was extremely helpful and congenial, and a true asset to the hotel.

MMeianan1204清明節出遊，在網上接受了衹有河南的反覆洗腦後決定前往。一家四口，第一天去的鄭州方特夢幻樂園，第二天，第三天都在衹有河南幻城劇場。反覆看攻略，最後其實都沒用上，衹有一個攻略絕對是正確的選擇，就是入住衹有河南劇場酒店。😊我們選擇的是可口可樂家庭房，兩個孩子上下鋪，大人睡大床，房間不大，但是絕對精緻，如果沒有親子要求也可以住普通親子房。💕整個酒店以麥子為主題，大堂吧的燈是麥子造型的，牆上都是麥穗造型，過道寬敞乾淨，有很多藝術酒店獎牌陳設，門口有停車場。晚上看完表演回酒店有深夜粥吧，可以簡單補充體力。😊這個酒店最大好處是在衹有河南玩完以後從側邊小門出可以一分鐘回酒店，對於逛了一天精疲力竭的人太友好啦。❤️在這裏，先感謝前台接待我們的小易還有小李美女，沒記住叫個啥（第一張圖片哈兩個美女），很熱情，很快捷！🙏第二感謝是走的時候酒店送的露華濃小蛋糕卡不見了，和前台説明後，男經理要給我們補做一個，但時間來不及要趕車沒吃上，略有遺憾，最後給娃娃裝了一桶爆米花，非常感謝🙏還把我們送上出租車，幫忙開車門放箱子！忘了問名字😔，表示感謝（中分頭，有點像年輕的郭富城那樣）！最後感謝lemon，上了高速少拿了一個包，前台幫忙給聯繫叫車送高鐵站起了，拿包的時候反覆確認✅貴重物品，非常嚴謹，送到後還詢問是否拿到。再次感謝！去年我們一家去了洛陽，今年來的鄭州。方特和衹有河南都給我留下深刻的印象，河南人質樸，好客，真誠，熱情❤️整個景區規劃也好，門口交通也很好！在劇場中有景，有戲，有購物，有美食，兩天的時間太短，火車站、李家村、幻城，紅臉蛋兒，蘇軾的麥田，天子六駕都令人難忘！這些戲和在河南遇到的人們都會在2026年裡的每一個日子一點點治癒我們疲憊的身心，讓我們有力量持續好好的奮鬥、生活下去。2026年4月6日圓當家族發佈於西安。

TTamuWe booked this hotel for 2 nights because it is new and next to the Luoshenfu performance next door. Excellent hotel. So beautiful and spacious rooms with separate bathroom and toilet. Way beyond our expectations. Nice bath tub, shower room, projector TV, coffee machine with complimentary cookies and fruits and complimentary drinks in mini-bar. Robot delivering bottled water when requested. Absolutely love the hotel and wish we stayed longer. We will book this hotel again if we visit Luoyang.
Chinese Restaurant had tremendous value. Delicious 9 course dinner including steam fish and lobster, taste really good. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on both nights. The first night we were thoroughly impressed with the private dining room with ensuite toilet.
Breakfast with good international selection of Chinese and Western options.
Definitely the best hotel of our 2 weeks stay in China. Now we have a great impression of Luoyang because of the hotel.
Only feedback is that it will be good if the toilet and bathroom lights can be separate so that at night when sleeping, guests can just switch on the toilet light and leave the rest of the room dark. Current dim light switch leaves bathroom still quite bright and glaring when sleeping. Other than this minor point, this hotel really wonderful and definitely a great hotel to stay in Luoyang!
