The hotel is very simple and old, rooms are clean but by no standards it can be a 4 star hotel or even 3. But the price is definitely not worth it. The location is downtown and near train station (walking 5-10) minutes and to barajas airport by taxi it takes 30 minutes . There are some good restaurants nearby . Because it is in crowded area so it is noisy at night . Everything was normal except the high price .

The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance to many of Madrid’s most famous attractions. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, which is super convenient. The service is good, and the staff are friendly and professional. The area outside the hotel is lively, but the windows in the room are very well soundproofed, so it’s quiet and comfortable for sleeping. However, there are some areas for improvement. The room doesn’t provide slippers, which is a bit inconvenient. The room itself is a bit small, and the glass door of the bathroom offers little soundproofing, making using the bathroom slightly awkward. Additionally, both the bathroom and the shower room have motion-sensor lights, which can be inconvenient to use. Neither can be locked, and the shower room door doesn’t fully close, which might be an issue for some guests.

Excellent location less than a 10-minute walk from Atocha station. It is an ideal place to spend the night and continue your trip or if you plan to spend the whole day visiting Madrid and are looking for affordable accommodation near Atocha, Cibeles or Retiro Park, etc. Our room was very simple with a sink, shower tray and towels. The bathroom was outside the room and shared with other guests, in our opinion the bathroom was quite clean.

I stayed here five years ago. As soon as I saw it was still in business I booked it again! I sure am glad I did. This is hands-down the best Hostel in all of Madrid. Great location next to great restaurants walking distance to everything you need to see and experience that Madrid has to offer. My personal thanks to the staff and when I am in Madrid again you know where I’m staying!

I was surprised at the price of hostels in Madrid. This one was on the lower end of the spectrum but it was very well thought out. The staff was friendly and deals very well with customer service issues. They also offered info on the city upon arrival and recommendations. There is a well equipped and well organized kitchen with free tea all day and churros/ coffee in the morning. The terrace bar is nice with a friendly bartender. Rooms have lockers under the beds and each bed has a curtain, outlet and reading light. There are fun details all over the hostel, even embroidered in the comforters. It can get a little noisy, but you are in a hostel, so manage your expectations accordingly (and bring earplugs ;)) Supermarkets, the metro, bars, restaurants, sol, and the plaza mayor are all within walking distance. Note: there is a fee to use the hot tub.

The location is great. A few minutes walk from the flea market venue in Madrid on Sunday, 10 ~ 20 minutes walk to Attocha, 10 ~ 20 minutes walk to the Royal Palace, and the sightseeing spots are within walking distance. trip.com The address and the reception location of the hotel are a little different, but when I pressed the intercom, they came to pick me up. It was a very kind staff. Breakfast was also included despite the reasonable price. The toilet and shower were very clean. I would like to stay again next time when staying in central Madrid.

The shower is broken, you can only take a shower with a shower that cannot be moved on the ceiling. There is no guardrail on the bunk bed, and I am a little afraid of falling when I sleep, which is a bit dangerous. The provided body milk thought it was a moisturizer, but it would foam when touched with water. I suspected that the body wash was put into the body milk. The location of the hotel is good, the subway station is nearby, very convenient.

The location is excellent, right at the exit of the MRT station, very convenient The space in the room is a little small, but acceptable There is a microwave in the hotel, and there is a 24-hour Carrefour next to it. It is easy to buy food and microwave it back at the hotel!

The walls are thin. Conversations of next door could be heard. No kettle, no mineral water and no coffee and tea. The curtain is too thin, and can see through from opposite room. Location is good, just a few minutes walk from Tribunal and Grann Via Stations. From airport, take the metro to Nuevos Ministerios station via line 8 and change to line 10 to get off at Tribunal station. You need to ring the bell at the front gate for the staff to unlock the gate. Then take the lift to the second floor where the hotel reception is. Room Keys are hung at the board at the reception counter for self pick up whenever you return to the hotel. You need to put it back there when you go out.
