Nice hotel and close to everything! Staff are very attentive and take good care of us. Miss Air assisted us very well during breakfast. Mr. Max and Mr. Neil at the reception helped us a lot with directions and communications with taxi drivers. Staff here don't speak English well, but they have their ways to communicate with us well, where we see very helpful and appreciated. If we visit Harbin again, we will definitely stay here again for sure! Nice hotel, nice staff, good location, fantastic breakfast, and reasonable price.

Pros:  Very helpful reception staff. Especially Yuyue and Jiaqi. It is not 100% certain that my spelling is correct since they do not speak English (along with the rest of the staff at this 5 star hotel in a city of more than 10 million people). Comfortable beds and decent pillows. Clean bathrooms. We had a free upgrade - see Cons! Cons: ”Non-smoking” room is a joke. The guests DO smoke everywhere. There are a lot of fabrics used in the rooms for the decoration, and smoke penetrates them to a great extent. In order to find a room with decent air quality, we had to change our rooms twice. See Pros! There was only a very limited selection of biscuits and fruits available for the advertised ”luxurious afternoon tea.”.

Excellent experience. Good location, good breakfast and tea. All staff especially manager Lin Jing, Fong Dan Dan and Wang Tao provided top notch personalised services. This is by far the best staying experience we had. They even made an ice frozen bucket for us. Thanks for the excellence services. Our family really enjoyed ourselves here. Will definitely recommend my friends to stay with Junyi 😍😍😍

Excellent hotel! Superb location for visiting attractions! Spacious rooms with great bathrooms! Excellent Breakfast spread!!! Housekeeper placed humidifier in our rooms without us requesting when she noticed that we were affected by the dry weather ! She even wrote us a note to express concern! Wow! She gave us extra oolong teabags when she noticed that we favoured this tea! Peter , F and B manager and chef Dean deserve special mention for going out of their way to meet our request during our last breakfast today! Thank you Ritz Carlton Harbin!

Overall this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Rich cultural history and uniqueness. I shall put the negative part first before I put the positives at the end. Cleanliness I marked down because someone before me put flowers into the bathtub and there were random roses petals coming out of the knob that controlled the drainage of the bath tub. There were stains on the bathtub too. Location I put 5 but actually I would rate it 4.5. The street that the hotel is on is extremely crowded and jam in the late mornings to night. It is highly likely that you will be dropped off near the entrance of the street and need to walk in if you cab. We decided to use public transport and walk in instead on the second time we came to the hotel. But early in the morning it was relatively empty and the cab could come in to pick us up. It is very near the walking streets / zhong yang jie. There was an event literally outside our hotel area. Got a chimney bread plus ice cream on the same street as the hotel but is diagonally on the opposite right. This booking is for a lower tired room. But when we went there we were offered discounted upgrades. Not free but at least it wasn't the price stated. We upgraded to the highest tier, a suite with dedicated sitting area and bathtub. Celebrated my birthday here. They prepared a cake. It was delicious 😋 Many costumes to try but most were too big. For reference i am 152cm 48kg. I managed to find a blue and white costume with a matching hat that was more fitting so I could wear it out of the hotel room to take photos in the reception area. The toilet staircase, the chairs in the reception, outside the elevator, a backyard and the restaurant are nice places for photo taking. The ancient elevator closes at 5pm. I am not sure when it opens. The restaurant had a promotion on dianping or douyin. Recommended for 4 people. But portions are typically huge and if only 2 people come likely to waste. We met another couple on our trip and we decided to share. Non hotel guests can eat in the restaurant too. Just before we left, we had a door gift too^^

The hotel is located just 150 meter far from the walking street. We are not happy with the room we stayed. During booking, we found that the room has a window. We then understand that there should be a view to be seen. The view is completly blocked by other big building which is located just 2 meter far from windows. The hotel should clearly indicate that. As foreigner, we need 3G 5G signal to connect to google facebook youtube using international sim. Unfortunately, rhe signal is very poor. Wifi is ok. Using wifi, google is blocked in China. We not happy with the room. Not recomend for foreigner.

I'm sure that during normal times this hotel is much better then what I experienced. Due to the current covid situation the breakfast selection was quite limited, the room although large and quite comfortable was somewhat dated. The carpet around the bed was damp as if there was a water leak somewhere. I have always had good experience with Wanda hotels so I will not hold this against them and will continue to stay at their hotels in the future.

Indoor swimming pool temperature was enough to swim, hotel staff was all kind and sorted out everything quickly. We even could enjoyed the Lion Dance at the hotel lobby on the first day of ***** New Year. 交通：Hotel is just next to Wanda Mall so we could go LaoChangChunBing branch and big supermaket easily. 卫生：Pleasant stay except for some smoking smell.

The hotel is in a great location, the guest relations department is professional and considerate, and I am very satisfied with the room I arranged in advance. The hotel is very close to the airport, and there is a shopping mall and bath next to it. It is very convenient, and there are many delicious foods. Next time I come to Harbin, I will choose here again

Location: The hotel is conveniently located 3 mins walk from Central Street, making it easy to explore the heart of Harbin. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. However, note that the road is one-way, which can result in a longer taxi ride. Room: My room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed. I appreciated the complimentary fruit, milk, and mini souvenirs provided upon arrival. Service: The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests, even in the middle of the night. I am very grateful for their help, especially at 3 AM.

Russia is across the street. You can take photos of the other side with your phone. It's an extraordinary experience. There are many people fishing downstairs, very leisurely. Heihe is not big, and it is very convenient to drive anywhere. The hotel breakfast is relatively rich, and the overall is much better than expected. In particular, the bed in the hotel is the most comfortable in this self-driving tour of Harbin Yichun Heihe.

Visit Wudalianchi and stay at Wendu Shuicheng International Hotel. The hotel is located in Wudalianchi City. There is a large parking lot at the door, making travel very convenient. The hotel room is large and spacious. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are clean and easy to use. The front desk service was very good, warm and thoughtful, and they also gave me fruits, which was nice. The disadvantage is that the breakfast has few varieties and average taste.

Wanda Hotel in Qiqihar is the best hotel in Qiqihar. It is very honorable to arrange friends to stay here. The lobby of the hotel is decorated with red-crowned crane elements, which is luxurious and magnificent. The service quality is excellent. Especially Manager Liu at the front desk. When checking in, my friend asked about the background wall, and he introduced it to us very professionally. I have stayed at the five-star Waldorf Astoria, but in my opinion it is not as good as Yufeng in Qiqihar! The main reason is that the price/performance ratio is too high! I chose a standard room. Since I have a child over 3 years old, the hotel offered to combine the two beds. 1.3*2, that's quite spacious. The mattress is moderately soft and firm. Each room has a bathtub. Take a comfortable rose petal bath. Disposable bathtub bags and disposable towels are provided. I ordered one that included breakfast and afternoon tea, which was perfect! The most important thing is that there are free drinks and coffee machines on the first floor. Drinking in the room is also free! I have given Amway to many friends, and I will choose this store next time I come! (I was very attentive and the children had slippers and small gifts when they left)
