The hotel location is good, the service is fantastic and the facilities are good. As for the food, it is good too. The one thing lacking is there is hidden charge when checked in and felt like being cheated.

The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the excellent service provided by the staff, from our arrival to the restaurant team. We visited during the Loy Krathong event, and the resort offered a special dinner buffet at just THB 399 per person, inclusive of a complimentary Krathong for each guest. The food was delicious, although the protein options were limited to chicken. We also appreciated other special offerings, such as the resort tour and daily happy hour. The bellmen provided outstanding service, promptly picking us up from our villa and taking us wherever we wanted around the resort. Additionally, the Front Office team drove us around this expansive property, sharing the resort’s historical background during the ride. Don’t miss the chance to visit the in-resort waterfall and the small temple, perfect for those looking to enjoy a quick meditation session during their stay.

The room is very big and quiet, with one big bed and one small bed, which is enough for a family of four. There is a big swimming pool in the yard, but leaves often fall in the yard. I wanted to sweep it with a broom, but I couldn't find it. There is a river on the other side of the yard where you can fish. I didn't take the boat in the hotel, but I played archery and billiards. You can ride a bicycle when you go out. There are bicycles everywhere, which is very reasonable. The dining place is next to the check-in, and it is a very pleasant environment. The food is too bad, especially the breakfast at your own expense. It is really hard to swallow. We drove here by ourselves and drove out to 7-11 to eat. I don't know what the five-star chef did. I have been to Thailand more than a dozen times and have never eaten such unpalatable food. I strongly request that the chef must be changed. I will stay here for a few more days in the future. Only here can I feel the relaxation of vacation. If the chef is not changed, I will not come again no matter how good the scenery is. The water quality of the hotel is very good. The filter cotton of the shower head is sometimes white, unlike Phuket. No matter how many stars it is, it is yellow. But it does not affect my visit to Phuket, because the food is rich and the scenery is good. The mountain scenery in Phang Nga is not inferior to the sea view in Phuket, especially the cliff cafe in Phang Nga, which is so beautiful. A great place to stay, especially if you would like to go far away from a busy city. Relaxing atmosphere with hot spring water and an ice pool. We enjoyed the stay, and it was a memorable time for us. I suggest that the resort needs a renovation, it's quiet old but will improve once renovated. But all are good, and staff are good and helpful as well. We will surely come back and introduce this to our friends. P&R Fam

Best resort ever! So beautiful, peaceful and calming. Best for a person looking for relaxation by the beach. I enjoyed the facilities especially the Spa. 🥰 Got to also book a private Thai cooking class which was absolutely amazing and highly recommend.✨👌🏽. Pool is really big and so good. Overall the stay was really amazing and will definitely go back in future. ♥️

I'm not happy with the receptionist named ”Jenny” at all. she gossiped right in front of me with the housekeeper whose on the call while I insisted that I booked for the king bed, but she kept saying the reservation showed that I have booked twin bed. so I showed her the evidence of booking kind bed then she be like ” but the agent sent that you have booked twin bed ” ( why on earth the receptionist wanted to win their guests...) that's why she needed the call to the housekeeper to check if any king bed available... she said ” guests needed king bed instead” and I guessed that the housekeeper was also not impressed and then Jenny said ” ya ” with the big hmph sound in the end.... I know thai and I know what you were saying 😊

I loved this hotel very much. So beautiful garden and view from the chalet! Very spacious and beautifully decorated room. Very quite area and 3 min walk from the beach. Breakfast are pretty good with a lot of options. I ll come back again!

We stayed at the resort for two nights with the all inclusive package and had a blast. Everything about our stay was truly enjoyable. The check in was smooth and the staff really polite and service minded, We booked the standard room but the hotel was kind enough to upgrade us to a larger deluxe room as we had requested to be as close to the sea as possible. We were so happy with the upgrade. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had a large bathroom with a huge bathtub. The view was really nice and you could hear the waves from the beach in the morning and evenings. Perfect for me, my partner and our 2-year old. If we would return, we would book the deluxe room for sure. The breakfast had everything you could wish for and more. On top of that, the surrounding in the breakfast restaurant felt calm and relaxing so we could really enjoy our breakfast. We liked the gym. It was small but very nice and clean with everything you need. It was open 24/7 which we appreciate. The all inclusive package was worth every penny. The food was delicious and we especially loved the little coffee shop by the reception area. The staff there were really polite and sweet. During sunset we sat by the beachbar and enjoyed the stunning scenery with a glass of ice cold sparkling wine. We saw a few restaurants and massage houses close to the resort but never made a visit since we had the all inc. package.

My family and I just stayed at the JW Marriott in Khao Lak and had a fantastic experience! The rooms were spacious, with big, comfy beds and natural product toiletries. Every morning, the breakfast spread was delicious and varied, featuring freshly squeezed juices and authentic Thai coffee made with high-quality ingredients. The kid's area offered daily activities, and bike rentals were easy; I highly recommend biking around the beautiful gardens. The service was friendly, efficient, and attentive. The pool area was impressive—it's the biggest pool I've seen at any property! Plus, direct beach access was a wonderful bonus. If I return to Khao Lak, I would definitely stay here again with my family!

Disappointed by this large and impersonal hotel. The room allocated to us was dark and overlooked a wall with a huge antenna nearby. It took 10 minutes of discussion to get a room with a better view. The staff did not take into account the comments and wishes . In addition, lunch at the restaurant was mediocre (pasty shrimp) and expensive for what we had. The cocktails were average. Only the breakfast deserves a good mention. I will not recommend this hotel despite flattering articles and the price of which is excessive compared to what one has the right to expect.

1) I booked a sea view room, but was given a room on the fourth floor. It's hard to understand how this room can be called a sea view room. The lower part of the balcony is solid, and the upper part is soil and grass (actually the lobby roof). Can you imagine that when you sit, you can only see a wall. How depressing it is. When you stand, you can barely see the sea through the grass. I'm not talking about discrimination, just talking about the facts. The next day, I moved to the sixth floor, which was a completely different experience. Unfortunately, I saw an update written on the paper? ? I would like to ask, in addition to the floor, are there any differences between the upper and lower room types? . When I booked the room, I checked both Ctrip and Marriott apps just to see the sea. The next level of sea view room is pool, and there is no higher-level sea view than the current sea view. 2) The breakfast replenishment is not fast enough. I wanted to drink milk but it didn't come after 10 minutes. The fish balls in the rice noodles were sour. Coffee and tea were served by themselves. There were no paper towels on the table (I really don't understand this). Maybe it's environmentally friendly, but you say environmentally friendly, but plastic bags are used casually. 3) The bath water is hot and cold, and it is basically not constant temperature. 4) During the stay, a credit card was suddenly suspended. Fortunately, I locked the cardless transaction when I went abroad. I checked for a long time but couldn't tell what the problem was. The amount was not small. I didn't suspect it was stolen, but it was really a lot of trouble to check and refund it if I really swiped it wrong. 5) The hotel did not do a good job of mosquito prevention in places with lawns. One was at the entrance of the lido and the other was the lawn for watching open-air movies. There were mosquitoes everywhere. There were very, very, very many. This is almost never encountered in a five-star island hotel. But I have to say that the scenery is quite good and very good. It can make up for a lot. It is still a happy journey

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. My room, with its pool access, was exceptional. The breakfast offered was satisfying, and the variety of activities, including bowling, archery, lawn tennis, and badminton, kept us entertained. The long happy hour and numerous promotions were a highlight. The staff were notably accommodating, particularly those involved in recreational activities and the front office manager. Although I can't recall their names, they were always eager to help. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The hotel facilities are very new, the rooms are great, it is a good place for a holiday, the food is delicious, the service is superb, especially Tom. Looking forward to staying here again next time

Overall a fantastic holiday experience. Rooms are nicely done up, clean and relaxing . Staff are warm, welcoming, super helpful and friendly . Especially Nu who took great care of us . Great breakfast selection and super yummy. Great setup at kids room which also catered to older kids with Pingpong table , ball machine, arcade games and other selection. Staff at beach station were super helpful, all ready to help , SUP , boogie boards and kayaks available for use without charge. You really don’t have to go anywhere , just relax at the beautiful Sandy beach. Kids also played volleyball almost every evening with other guests . Impressive fire show one night We will definitely come back here .

The accommodation was excellent, the pool-access room was perfectly designed and maintained and offered an excellent experience during the hot weather. The hotel is perfectly and conveniently located, a short walk to the streets where good restaurants and shops are located. It was a lovely leisure stay. Perhaps the resort could work on bettering customer service, as we were rarely greeted or acknowledged (although my husband and I did) whenever we entered or exited the restaurants (Malila, Cocos) for the whole 7 days. We had to physically approach them in order to get service like ordering food or drinks.

The place is beautiful The beach is amazing The service is poor. The cuisine is average. We had a romatique dinneron the beach - everything was messed up - the service was long, the food was not good. The hot dishes for breakfast were ridiculus - very small and looking unappetizing. As we understood the main chef is italian, but the only once when we had good meal, it was for lunch. The pasta was amazing and it was cooked by the Thai chef. We have booked a pool suite with ocean view. The room was big, beautiful and clean. The pool was big enough, nice, with jacuzzi. But there was no ocean view at all. The room was very far from the beach. When we asked why we didn't get the room we have paid for, the reply was ”we are fully booked”. No refund was done. The staff doesn't speak English. Not easy to ask or order anything.

Totally and utterly amazing…..one of our favourite stays anywhere in the world. 2 night wedding anniversary surprise for my husband and they decorated the bed with stuff from the garden and made it look beautiful. The pool villas are huge and stunning, so peaceful and private, we barely moved from there as it was just so incredible. The main pool area and beach was beautiful too, and sitting at the restaurant overlooking the pool and beach at sunset was perfect. All the staff are so so lovely and sweet. The gym was great and had all i needed, running and cycling in the area is fantastic. Will stay here again for sure. Best decision ever to come here

Room is gorgeous! We stayed in the grand deluxe pool villa. It’s located across the street of the main villa. Loved the decor of the room, how comfy the bed and pillows are. Tv is smart so there’s YouTube and Netflix. The beach is amazing but the waves are scary so we didn’t really spend time there. Our kids loved the pool in the room! We enjoyed time at the kids club too!

in general, if fruits and massages are not followed, then the place is super the prices in the restaurant are reasonable, the place itself is very beautiful

I have wanted to come to this hotel for a long time. The scenery is really charming😍My wife likes it so much💕I really wish I could stay here. The service here is also very good and I feel like home👍🏻 It’s just that the traffic here in Wonderland is relatively remote. You must have a car to follow the surroundings There are no stores. But the hotel will try its best to provide it to customers. Because it was the rainy season, it was a pity that the date I booked happened to be raining. It rained heavily and I didn't see the sunrise. But the beautiful scenery in the rain also has a general flavor.

Good accommodation, beautiful view, quite steep climb, must have good engine and experience. The resort area is not paved, quite dusty, but the atmosphere is very good, million-dollar view, there is a viewpoint to see Samet Nang Chee and Phang Nga Bay. Quiet at night, there are 5 villas and the rest are tents. Food, tea, coffee, there are many to choose from, but the price is quite expensive. Breakfast is a choice, not a buffet. Choose between American Breakfast and rice porridge --- If you eat a lot, you won't be full. As for our house, we had to order additional food and pay for it ourselves. The staff took good care of us. If there was anything missing, they helped with everything, very impressive. The price of accommodation in a house is quite expensive, but compared to many places in the area, it will be cheaper. Or if anyone wants to be close to nature, sleep in a tent, there are many places, not expensive, and there are activities to go on a boat, see various islands, there is a car to pick up - drop off with snacks and if you want to go anywhere, you can inform the accommodation. There is a service, including a pick-up at the airport, it is considered complete. Recommended.

My family and I stayed at Santhiya for 3 nights! We were amazed with how big this resort was and the many different activities you can do here including paddling, free yoga, and Muay Thai! We loved both the beach and the pool at the top of the resort. The pier is a major plus at this resort as it was beautiful to lap out and watch the sunset! All the staff were very friendly and accommodating! The only downside of this resort is that the rooms were a bit musty and dark since we had garden view rooms. But they did help my parents to relocate room :) While there are multiple restaurants options the menus seem similar and a little overpriced for Thai dishes. There are some cheaper restaurants down the beach that we enjoyed! Overall, we would definitely go back but we would try to get a room that is higher up or facing water. The room is quite large, there are three swimming pools, and the exclusive beach around it is very nice. It is convenient for catching sea babies and I like it. It is very suitable for a leisurely vacation. I bought a two-day package and the hotel is responsible for picking up and dropping off from Chong Lard Pier. The staff's service attitude is good and they can remember every resident. I stayed for three days and two nights. I didn't meet any Chinese tourists. Most of them were white people. There are local restaurants nearby. It was quite a lot and the price was reasonable. Unfortunately, the family was a little acclimated and had a poor appetite, so they didn't eat much. The sand digging tools for children in the small shops around are a bit expensive, so it is recommended to bring your own

The hotel is nice but I should have realised from the photos it would be over-run with screaming kids! The beachfront location is stunning and the beach is lovely and clean, walk down to the beachfront early if you'd like one of the hotel loungers brought onto the beach, it's very peaceful until the loud families and Russians turn up a bit later! The breakfast was basic, I would like to see more choices, a bigger selection of fresh fruit and better coffee machines (they were constantly breaking during our stay). The restaurant menu wasn't that great, and the staff in the restaurant were not very attentive. There are a selection of lovely local restaurants and cafes nearby that have much better food, I'd recommend trying some of them, all walking distance. the room was good, although nowhere near enough shower gel, shampoo etc for two of us to use, thankfully we brought our own. No sound proofing from other nearby rooms which was annoying when we had to sleep early and the neighbours were awake until 3am on their balcony. The lagoon style pool around the resort is a great idea but not great if you don't want screaming kids splashing around outside your room all the time, even late when the pool was supposed to be shut. All in all it was a nice stay for families but as a couple we would not book here again as we prefer more peace and quiet!

The breakfast is complete, the Western restaurant and Japanese cuisine are delicious, and the cocktails can be delivered to the room and the waiter will mix them on the spot. Very nice hotel on a quiet island. We had a villa away from the road, so we felt completely at one with nature. I think if the house is next to a busy main road, you will not feel such peace. Amazing and varied breakfast! Friendly staff. The rooms themselves are shabby, but in this climate they are perfectly preserved. There may be stains on the walls, furniture. The staff is not very focused on cleaning. They will change basic things, but they will not wipe away the dirt in the corners. And it is there, because you literally live in the forest. Very important! On this side of the island there are very strong low tides and you can swim for a couple of hours a day. But you can take a scooter, the island has calm traffic and few cars. On the other side there is a great deserted beach without low tides.

This hotel lives up to it's name, absolute paradise! It is so peaceful and relaxing with many activities on offer if you want. The daily yoga on the beach was a highlight! The food at the restaurant was lovely and the staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast had everything you need and more. One small thing to know is that it is very remote, so if there are any snacks you would want, you might want to stock up before you arrive.

I recently stayed at Niramaya Villa & Wellness, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, always ready to assist with booking boat trips and providing useful information about the island. The room we stayed in was huge, offering plenty of space for families with kids, which made our stay comfortable. One of the highlights was the private pool in our villa, complete with an outdoor shower—such a luxury! Despite the premium feel of the villa, the price was very reasonable. This combination of luxury and affordability makes me want to return again in the future.
