It's not bad, but they gave us a room where the mattress was sagging due to broken bed frame slats. We realized it the day we were leaving, and I don't know if my partner actually said anything to them. Room 228

Very nice accommodations at the Hyatt Regency in Barcelona. Only complaints are that the bathroom was very dark and there were really no amenities for free (swimming pool you even had to pay).

The first night was bad, because you could hear everything, and the other guests on both sides were making noise, one had a dog and it was barking, you could hear the people on the street, but then the girl at reception (I think she was Russian) kindly changed our room and it was much better, I was able to sleep and rest. I will probably come back, the rest was all good.

Arriving at the hotel, the employee behind the counter was very friendly. The hotel itself has a good location for when you are traveling. It’s pretty basic but has anything you need when roadtripping. It has a supermarket next to it and also a little fridge to keep drinks cold. It also has a tv with Google Chromecast so you can stream from your phone. The airco in the room did his work - which was needed, outside temperature was about 38/39 degrees - and the room looked clean. It was a spacious room but I think the room was also for disabled given the shower with aids. It was room number 1. We went to the Monegros Festival on Saturday and the hotel is located about 30 minutes from it so a perfect base to go from here. I would recommend. The hotel really could use an outside pool give the temperatures in Lleida in the summer but it is what it is …

Room was clean, nice. Amenities were limited, like how can a 4 star hotel not provide slippers or toothbrush, nevertheless, I requested toothbrush and they gave me that. Service was good, they were friendly, cleaned the room on time. Location is a little far from the city center, but you can walk a little bit to the bus station and there’s a lot of buses going to city center. And also there’s a construction near the hotel, so expect a little bit of noise during the daytime.

The hotel is very well located and easy to access with a fantastic view, a beautiful swimming pool and a very well-amenated spa. The staff is very pro and very welcome, always laughing. The room and bathroom is clean and well cleaned.

Everything was exactly as pictured! Very convenient location; only a short walk to metro and train station and there was a local bus stop right outside that can take you to and from the airport. The pool was cool, but nice and the staff came in and changed the beds everyday even when we left later in the day.

This hotel is very good, new and clean, the food at Lora restaurant is great, the hotel is located by the sea, very quiet, the location is not in the old town, a bit biased, 15 minutes by taxi to the city.

Hotel location is good, walking is more convenient, there is a big supermarket next to it; although the hotel has paid parking, the surrounding is very easy to find parking spaces; the room is also quite satisfactory, breakfast is general but no problem.

Clean, the only thing is that the carpets in the hallways give off an unpleasant smell, but everything else is impeccable. Friendly and helpful staff.
