The hotel is a very nice hotel, positioned next to the river down a small lane. It’s within walking distance from bars and restaurants. Also not too far to the bridge over the river Kwai.the rooms are clean and spacious, with all the normal things you want in them. The staff are very helpful and polite. Breakfast is served either inside or by the river views.you book your choice of breakfast at the reception on arrival. There is a swimming pool which is more than large enough. Overall and good place to stay for a few days. We will go back.

We have stayed at several U Hotel branches, and this one truly stands out for its exceptional service. The staff warmly welcomed us and were very friendly, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. They were proactive in accommodating additional requests, and even the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to assist us, there was a small gap under the door where mosquitoes could enter the room, but the maid quickly addressed it by placing a cloth to seal it. We were genuinely impressed by their attentiveness and dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience. The only area for improvement would be the warm water system, as it didn’t function consistently. Apart from that, everything else was excellent

The room is clean and tidy and the Bed was big and cozy. You can either park the car in carpark or in-front of your room, which is very friendly for those while drive their own car.

Traveling with friends but it's rainy so we stay longer and enjoy the facility. Amazed with the place, and love it. We play at the pools (yes, more than 1 pool) and continue taking pictures at the river. Well, everything was so good, but the fly at the resto during breakfast. Probably, because it is the rainy season, but I believe technology can answer. Got lost at night on the way to the resort since Google Map sent us at the wrong track just next to the entrance. It was scary and dangerous. Hope it can be fixed?

I’ve read many reviews on this hotel and think some are unfair, in general the hotel is a little tired but not to the point it would effect a holiday, and although very big complex, was very quite, pool was very clean, no pool bar but phone and menus were available and staff brought drinks food out, we stayed in the royal suite for three nights this suite was amazing so much space, two separate bedrooms both with dressing rooms and en suits, two lounges and dining areas one on each floor, along with small kitchen area, and 5 balconies, the apartment could be accessed on both floors leading to a covered walkway, the view of the river was lovely. The hotel grounds are huge. There is a golf buggy that will take to you to entrance of grounds and it’s only 100mtr walk to bridge, there is a small market there and restaurants

Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and rooms are big. Its location is good as located near the famous River Kwai and the bridge. Near food stalls and restaurants. We will stay at the same hotel when we come again.

Because my son sleeps late, the service staff was willing to save a breakfast for me to bring to the room for my son. In addition, I like the yellow dog at the door very much. It is very well-behaved, friendly and family-friendly. The water in the swimming pool is very clean. It is very enjoyable to swim in the morning sunshine. When I first checked into the hotel, there was free coconut ice cream for welcome guests, which was a surprise.

This hotel is spacious with a good atmosphere. There are two swimming pools inside ,the room decorated beautifully and pleasantly. There are food and have Thai massage services. There are a lot of trees here, suitable for people who like peace and love nature. If there is a chance to stay here again.

Just had the opportunity to stay at Home Phu Toey, Kanchanaburi. The place is shady with trees, quiet, perfect for relaxation. The room is large, the bed is soft and comfortable. The management from the staff is excellent. There is a large hot spring pool to soak in. In summary, it is a place that is very suitable for families who love nature and quietness.

Lovely hotel with a serene river view, clean rooms, and friendly staff. A perfect retreat. The breakfast buffet was decent but nothing out the ordinary. Still, would come back at any time

Cross River Kwai. Luxury hotel in Kanchaburi. Nice staff, good service, glorious view, and perfect decoration. We stayed 1 night here (Type: X Float Luxe cabin) with complimentary snack bar, afternoon tea and bed time tea set. Breakfast is buffet and taste is good. Its location is really quite which is good for relax time. If you checked in here, you will love it like we did.

We had a lovely time at Campster and stayed one night in the camper van. We arrived around 1 pm and got our room at 2 pm (we hadn't notified of our early arrival). We were served welcome drink (refreshing) while we waited by the pool for the room to get ready. The camper van was nice and compact with all basic facilities. The bunk beds can fit kids only. The location is out of the town but it was easy for find a grab. We paid around THB 200 from Death Bridge Railway station for a SUV which is reasonable. The driver offered us his services in case we needed to go around town or back to Bangkok but we had already booked a car for the next day to take us to Erawan in the morning and then to Bangkok in the evening (paid THB 2800 for SUV) whereas he had offered THB 3000. There are limited options for food (especially since we eat halal only). We ordered veg pizza's which were not bad. They also have the ready to make noodles and food price is reasonable. There is unlimited supply of water free of cost. Coffee is not great. You get a drink eggs and toasts for breakfast that can be served in the restaurant or to your room. The area is tidy and they have some activities like campfire (free marshmallows and yakult), swimming pool, playground/ garden, swings, bicycles and kayaks. For an additional cost they also arrange jet ski, standing board, water bike and wet raft. The staff are friendly and helpful but many of them don't speak English. The supervisor is a nice lady and speaks fluent english. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and i would prefer it any day over staying in a regular hotel.

The atmosphere is very good. The food is delicious. The rooms are by the pool. The rooms on the edge have a smell inside the bathroom. The bed is noisy. The room is a bit old. I'm not sure if the other rooms by the pool are the same. I was impressed with the area, but I wasn't very impressed with the room.

Since you have to go inward from Kanchanaburi and transportation is very inaccessible, I recommend using a rental car to get there. I went there along with Erawan National Park and Rock Valley Hot Springs. We recommend staying on the water amidst the sounds and scenery of nature, as this is an experience you cannot easily experience anywhere else. We recommend that you reserve a massage in advance. The accommodation is really pretty, and you can have a perfect day in nature, from the sights and sounds you see when you wake up in the morning.

If you love nature, this is the place for you! However, the hotel needs refurbishment. The villa looks tired and needs freshen up. So, no matter how good the room attendants clean the room, it still looks unclean. And the bonus is they have their own museum!!! The spa house needs an upgrade, the view is beautiful but inside needs renovation, no privacy esp when you do oil massage. Dinner buffet is good but should have different choices on the second night. Staff are helpful though

Suitable for nature lovers 3 swimming pools But can only play in one pool, the slider is open, dirty, the room is spacious, the view is beautiful. What I really like are the 15 hot spring ponds, the price is not expensive, the breakfast is basic. But the fried rice tastes good. Lovely breakfast staff, good service The front lobby is also recommended.

A chic location on the Quai River right across the bridge on which the train is riding over the river. Very picturesque, especially in the evening when the diverse bridge lighting is turned on. The territory of the hotel is large, we lived on water, breakfast in the main building, there and the recipe, we went there and back on the car).

The hotel does not have a lobby, the room does not have a refrigerator, the room is small, the quilt and sheets are very thick cotton, it is uncomfortable to fall asleep, not suitable for vacation, the booking price is higher than the price given by the local, and the price is poor. The only thing that feels good is the outdoor environment of the room.

Rooms stunning, on the river, everything needed yet still maintains an air of authenticity, lots of wood and traditional materials. No tv, which was great. The resort itself a little tired and staff a little jaded but breakfast ect and overall staff pleasant. If you’re travelling by train make sure to continue to NamTok rather than get out Kanchanaburi. Place has a lot of charm.

We stay for 3days 2night . On first day , we enjoy raft which arrange by hotel need to pay 100 bhat each if more than 4 ppl and above more cheaper if more people. Hotel kitchen and nearby restaurants are closed at 6pm due to low traveller on weekdays . There don’t have money exchange so better do exchange at town are. The breakfast is American breakfast come with set but hotel arrange buffet style if more people. We order lunch and dinner from hotel before 6pm . Price are reasonable with large portion. We take grab app book taxi to go Erawan waterfall . The place 15-20 min far from hotel. Overall , we so much enjoyed incredible with view. Staff are so friendly she explain us in details. We will definitely come back again .

A magical stay at Raya Buri Resort Kanchanaburi I had a wonderful experience at Raya Buri Resort Kanchanaburi, a floating hotel in the Sinakarin Dam. Eat with a view of the lake in front of the room. I went to rest and really didn't want to go home.

Kind of service mind from staff. The south room is small around 20 sq.m. but can eat anything in the room without charge. There 2 activities free both of kayak & surf board. Recommended breakfast that many kind of food with sun raise view. Very nice view around resort all day and night.

Beautiful hotel on the river, the room is clean. I ordered a la carte food for dinner, it's not expensive. Breakfast was served cold-egg, salad and sausages. There is no tea or juice, there is only coffee. Entertainment options include slides, kayaks, and catamarans. The kayaks were not distributed among the rooms, whoever took them first went for a ride, a Thai family lived in front of us, they took them for themselves. The view of the river is very beautiful.

I recommend the hotel. Clean, calm, a water park for children - just a delight. In the evening, dinner at their restaurant on the water with a beautiful view. In the morning there is an excellent varied breakfast.

Новый отель, до Эравана 10 минут на машине, что очень удобно. Просторные комнаты, все чистое, ухоженное. Зубные щетки, гель, кофейные принадлежности- все есть. Классная безопасная парковка во дворе . Очень приятная хозяйка, сама приносит завтраки по утрам, можно попросить постирать вещи. Сначала остановились на один день, потом забронировали еще один, так как вокруг много достопримечательностей.
