The hotel owner is wonderful, super friendly and caring. The room is spacious with sufficient covers and blankets, convinient location, very close to the witch market. I Came here twice already.

I stayed at this hotel in La Paz for 8 nights, which exceeded expectations. 1. 700 meters from the cable car station, 2. Opposite the hotel is the largest commercial building in the city, and there is a supermarket on the first floor. 3. The room can cook food. I made Chinese food for a few days. Haha, I satisfied my Chinese stomach. 4. The hotel staff is also polite and very good. 5. Safety!
The hotel is in a good location, 100 meters from the Basilica of San Francisco, about 2 streets on Witch Street, and a few hundred meters walk from the Presidential Capitol. The hotel service is very good, the front desk is very welcoming, and tea snacks are served every day. The restaurant is good for breakfast, lunch and dinner and afternoon tea are good. Basically, dining in La Paz has been chosen at the hotel. The hotel is a historical building remodeled.

The room was very clean and cozy, and the view from the room and restaurant was very beautiful!
After sightseeing, I walked back from the center at night, but at night there were few people around and it was a little scary to walk alone (I didn't see any danger).

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, with a large and comfortable bed. Sheets, blankets and pillows made of good materials. The bathroom was large, clean and had everything needed. The staff was nice. I'm not too sure if the price is in relation to the hotel, especially given the location. But in the end it is a good hotel.

Breakfast is a little worse than other hotels, there are fewer choices, but the restaurant staff is very nice, the front desk staff is more rigid, and the English is not very good.
The room is OK overall but there is a better choice at this price
Perfect location for enjoying La Paz as it’s a brief ten minute walk away from the cable car station. We had mixed experience with the service. Some people were amazing, others much less so. Ever was our favourite person to speak to, but Manuel (the supervisor) made me feel quite uncomfortable. The room was amazing though, a big shoutout goes to Zdenka for doing amazing work day in day out to make our room spotless and perfect.

Good hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. Cozy room. We checked in at 6 am, for which we thank you very much. Polite and helpful staff. Of the minuses - it was cold, but there was extra. blanket. There was no hot water

GGuest UserThe hotel I stayed at, the front desk service, like the local climate, changed a lot. The night shift was snobbish. On the day of the step, he said that there was no room so fast. It took almost two o'clock to stay. Also, two days ago I wrote him clearly and asked for a package for breakfast today (because I was going to the airport at 3 am), and he actually said that he had not received the order. The reception manager of the morning shift (middle-aged people wearing glasses) is warm and hospitable. After the shift on the day of the step, the morning shift manager service is very good. I will arrange your room as soon as possible. Please wait a moment. Do you want to print the documents, send an email to my company, print for free.
GGuest UserReally very helpful staff who communicated well in English. The location is great and the rooms are beyond expectations given the modest price charged by the hotel. The breakfast was adequate rather than expansive. This suited me because I went on tours and hardly had time to have a huge breakfast.
Definitely a hotel that serves your needs as a traveler without a hefty price tag. The central location was convenient and allowed your groups to pick up for excursions

GGuest UserThis is my favorite accommodation during my trip to South America.
They refill the water every day.
I also paid for a massage.
(It's a gentle lymphatic massage rather than a strong pressure massage.)
You can use the sauna, fitness center, and swimming pool for free.
(The swimming pool was even better because it was a heated pool.)
The breakfast was also very delicious.
AAnonymous UserI like the service at the front desk very much. It gives people a friendly feeling. Among the several front desks I have dealt with, her service is definitely the best and very considerate. Hope to come again next time!
NNvshizhengThe room is small, the health is good, although the towels and bath towels are old, but clean, the front desk service is very good, thoughtful and enthusiastic, try to meet the extra requirements of the guests. Going out is the entrance of the yellow cable car. Breakfast is now ordered. Hot water is good, there is bath shampoo, the shower is a bit small, resulting in no water.
GGuest UserI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transport. The staffs was incredibly friendly and responsive, providing helpful local tips. The space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay!
