Hotel Dengan sarapan di Lazio, Italia

Hello,  as your client who repeatedly orders rooms with you in the various cities around the world, I was expecting a different answer from you, I was expecting cooperation and help. In this case that I stayed at the hotel 2 nights after making a reservation made with you  from 8th December to 10th December (booking number ****************), I wanted to stay in one of the rooms for another night from 10th December to 11th December, while I was typing the reservation the date jumped and I didn't notice and a reservation was made from 9th December to 10th December I don’t need as I was stayed at the hotel on that date. When I found out about the mistake within an hour of booking, I contacted the reception at the hotel and they told me that they couldn't do anything and that I should contact you, and that's what I did. I am surprised and very disappointed with your answer, I was expecting cooperation and help. Sincerely yours ********

Kami mengunjungi Roma antara tanggal 27-31 Agustus 2024. Hotel bintang tiga ini memenuhi semua kebutuhan kami. Stafnya sangat ramah dan membantu, tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman. Kami sangat menikmati masa inap kami. Meskipun kami menghabiskan sebagian besar hari kami untuk mengunjungi tempat-tempat wisata, di malam hari akan menyenangkan untuk menonton TV untuk bersantai, jadi beberapa saluran berbahasa Inggris akan bermanfaat - meskipun hal ini tidak memengaruhi masa inap kami. Sangat merekomendasikan hotel ini. Terima kasih telah melayani kami selama menginap.

Sangat cocok untuk perjalanan bisnis atau liburan. Secara keseluruhan, sangat hemat biaya di antara hotel-hotel di Roma. Kamarnya luas dan memiliki balkon independen di dekatnya memenuhi pembelian dasar; ada supermarket, kafe, dan toko rokok dalam jarak 600-800m berjalan kaki. Dua kelemahan yang perlu diperhatikan: 1. Ada banyak tur grup di hotel, dan akan sangat ramai jika Anda check-in setelah jam 4 sore. Pada saat yang sama, terlalu banyak turis berkelompok menyebabkan pengalaman sarapan yang buruk; 2. Tidak ada stasiun kereta bawah tanah atau bus di dekat hotel, dan jarak berjalan kaki lebih dari 1 km -10km dari kota Relatif nyaman untuk naik taksi, dengan biaya sekitar 22-30 euro. Mengingat tingkat keseluruhan hotel dan harga di Roma, sangat direkomendasikan.

Una piacevole sorpresa vicino alla Fontana di Trevi. Bella stanza con arredamento curato e molto pulita. Ottima esperienza soprattutto grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario che ha fatto di tutto per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno! Ci torneremo!!!

Lokasinya bagus, rasio harga-kinerjanya sangat tinggi, dan sarapannya sangat enak di area sekitar stasiun kereta. Meskipun kamarnya kecil dan lengkap, kuncinya adalah sangat hangat. Lobinya sangat megah, dan dekorasinya secara keseluruhan relatif baru. Suasana di area bar lounge sangat bagus, dan sering kali terdapat kelompok besar siswa yang mengobrol dan bersenang-senang.

Hotel Caravel berjarak beberapa blok dari Stazione Garbatella. Stafnya berbicara dalam bahasa Spanyol, Inggris, dan Italia (mungkin juga bahasa lainnya). Saya senang menginap di Caravel selama tujuh hari bersama ayah saya dan mereka sangat membantu memenuhi kebutuhannya (seperti menjaga laptopnya tetap aman dan menyediakan ketel listrik untuk secangkir teh di malam hari). Mereka juga menyediakan adaptor colokan listrik, dan menawarkan layanan binatu dari pihak ketiga. Hotel ini memiliki jalur landai yang dapat diakses, dan tempat ini memiliki toko pakaian, bar, bar sarapan, dan restoran. Prasmanan sarapan sangat bervariasi dengan beberapa makanan yang dibuat sendiri. Saya harap saya bisa menginap di sana lain kali saya mengunjungi Roma. Sarapan favorit saya (yang saya makan hampir setiap hari) terlihat di gambar ini.

Kamarnya kecil, tetapi cukup untuk pelancong solo. Lokasinya bagus; akomodasi di Roma mahal. Terletak 10 menit berjalan kaki dari stasiun kereta, dan dapat dijangkau dengan berjalan kaki dari Colosseum, Pantheon, dan Piazza Venezia.

We stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

We got here at 11h and check is was only at 3pm ; without even asking they decided to upgrade our room so we would have 2 rooms as we were tra Eli g with our kids AND the upgraded room was ready immediately ! There is a lobby to check in but the hotel room was actually a few streets away. The bellman walked with us to our room and showed us where everything was super nicely. - the mini fridge was stocked with Coca Cola, juice water beer and wine (2 of everything !) we were there 3 days and used everything. Surprisingly the extra charge was only 15 euro ! - great location about 50meters (exactly 80 seconde walk) from the trevi fountain. - the street is really buisy with all the restaurants and merchants and shops but being on the 3rd floor we heard nothing and felt very safe. Would recommend 100% and would go back here if we came to Roma again.
