Hotel ini benar-benar melebihi ekspektasi saya, sungguh luar biasa! Pertama-tama, pelayanannya sangat luar biasa; setiap anggota staf sangat ramah dan sopan. Kami tiba pukul 9 pagi, dan resepsionis dengan penuh perhatian menyiapkan kopi dan teh untuk kami. Kemudian, resepsionis menyediakan penitipan bagasi gratis, dan *****tara kami pergi menjelajah, bagasi kami sudah ada di kamar saat kami kembali. Resepsionis menunjukkan kamar kami dan menjelaskan fasilitasnya secara detail, termasuk air minum kemasan dan sandal gratis. Kamarnya bersih, luas, dan tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman. Hanya sekitar 8 menit berjalan kaki dari stasiun kereta pusat, dan ada banyak restoran lezat di lantai bawah. Kami mengunjungi Roma antara tanggal 27-31 Agustus 2024. Hotel bintang tiga ini memenuhi semua kebutuhan kami. Stafnya sangat ramah dan membantu, tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman. Kami sangat menikmati masa inap kami. Meskipun kami menghabiskan sebagian besar hari kami untuk mengunjungi tempat-tempat wisata, di malam hari akan menyenangkan untuk menonton TV untuk bersantai, jadi beberapa saluran berbahasa Inggris akan bermanfaat - meskipun hal ini tidak memengaruhi masa inap kami. Kamarnya unik dan bersejarah. Telah direnovasi, mempertahankan nuansa vintage-nya sambil tetap mempertahankan fasilitas yang luar biasa. Staf kebersihannya cepat dan teliti, membersihkan kamar setelah sarapan. Sarapannya cukup enak. Suasananya nyaman, dan mereka memberi kami kamar dengan pemandangan indah gratis. Meskipun ini perjalanan bisnis, tetap sangat nyaman, dan pemandangan indahnya sungguh melegakan. Staf resepsionis sangat sopan dan membantu kami memanggilkan taksi, jadi semuanya berjalan lancar. Ada juga restoran di lantai bawah, tapi sayangnya, kami tidak mencobanya kali ini. Sangat puas.

Kami menyukainya, lokasinya bagus, kebersihannya bagus, tenang nyaman... terasnya bagus.
Kamar mandinya sukses hehehe, saya jelas sangat merekomendasikannya, satu-satunya hal buruk adalah resepsionis yang kami ajukan pertanyaan dan akhirnya melihat bahwa dia tidak punya keinginan untuk membantu kami sama sekali, tetapi itu tidak akan merusak hotel yang sempurna.

Perfectly located near the train station and business district, yet far enough to avoid any station noise. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. There is some typical street traffic noise, but it’s quite manageable and doesn’t affect comfort. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Highly recommended!

AAngevildSangat cocok untuk perjalanan bisnis atau liburan. Secara keseluruhan, sangat hemat biaya di antara hotel-hotel di Roma. Kamarnya luas dan memiliki balkon independen di dekatnya memenuhi pembelian dasar; ada supermarket, kafe, dan toko rokok dalam jarak 600-800m berjalan kaki. Dua kelemahan yang perlu diperhatikan: 1. Ada banyak tur grup di hotel, dan akan sangat ramai jika Anda check-in setelah jam 4 sore. Pada saat yang sama, terlalu banyak turis berkelompok menyebabkan pengalaman sarapan yang buruk; 2. Tidak ada stasiun kereta bawah tanah atau bus di dekat hotel, dan jarak berjalan kaki lebih dari 1 km -10km dari kota Relatif nyaman untuk naik taksi, dengan biaya sekitar 22-30 euro.
Mengingat tingkat keseluruhan hotel dan harga di Roma, sangat direkomendasikan.

TTamuLokasinya bagus, rasio harga-kinerjanya sangat tinggi, dan sarapannya sangat enak di area sekitar stasiun kereta. Meskipun kamarnya kecil dan lengkap, kuncinya adalah sangat hangat. Lobinya sangat megah, dan dekorasinya secara keseluruhan relatif baru. Suasana di area bar lounge sangat bagus, dan sering kali terdapat kelompok besar siswa yang mengobrol dan bersenang-senang.

DdisasterEXEHotel Caravel berjarak beberapa blok dari Stazione Garbatella. Stafnya berbicara dalam bahasa Spanyol, Inggris, dan Italia (mungkin juga bahasa lainnya). Saya senang menginap di Caravel selama tujuh hari bersama ayah saya dan mereka sangat membantu memenuhi kebutuhannya (seperti menjaga laptopnya tetap aman dan menyediakan ketel listrik untuk secangkir teh di malam hari). Mereka juga menyediakan adaptor colokan listrik, dan menawarkan layanan binatu dari pihak ketiga. Hotel ini memiliki jalur landai yang dapat diakses, dan tempat ini memiliki toko pakaian, bar, bar sarapan, dan restoran. Prasmanan sarapan sangat bervariasi dengan beberapa makanan yang dibuat sendiri.
Saya harap saya bisa menginap di sana lain kali saya mengunjungi Roma. Sarapan favorit saya (yang saya makan hampir setiap hari) terlihat di gambar ini.

TTamuWe stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options.
The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find.
Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna).
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

AAobfoodieWe got here at 11h and check is was only at 3pm ; without even asking they decided to upgrade our room so we would have 2 rooms as we were tra Eli g with our kids AND the upgraded room was ready immediately ! There is a lobby to check in but the hotel room was actually a few streets away. The bellman walked with us to our room and showed us where everything was super nicely.
- the mini fridge was stocked with Coca Cola, juice water beer and wine (2 of everything !) we were there 3 days and used everything. Surprisingly the extra charge was only 15 euro !
- great location about 50meters (exactly 80 seconde walk) from the trevi fountain.
- the street is really buisy with all the restaurants and merchants and shops but being on the 3rd floor we heard nothing and felt very safe. Would recommend 100% and would go back here if we came to Roma again.

TTamuAn Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Service at Starhotels
Hello, I’m a traveler from Korea who recently stayed at Starhotels during a family trip to Italy.
Our 4-day stay in Rome was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this heartfelt review as soon as I returned home.
This trip was our very first family vacation to Europe — with my mother and my son — and we spent the first three days in Rome at Starhotels. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations: the excellent location, the spotless rooms, and most of all, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were so satisfied that we decided to return to Starhotels for our final night in Italy. However, due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked the wrong date.
After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel.
It was a stressful and overwhelming moment… until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us.
Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference.
Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter.
Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for.
As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out.
They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise.
Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can.

TTamuService from staff was excellent. We were always glad our room was clean and had fresh towels daily. Breakfast choices were also awesome. Two things I’m not 100% glad with was the absence of AC in the room which was uncomfortable at night even with 2 windows open. We came first week of April and it was hot. Also the start of breakfast could be earlier like 6am as we had to leave the hotel for activities around 6am in some days of our stay. But overall I still would say this is a great hotel especially for the location.
