I had a wonderful stay here. The staff was very friendly and got us the room we wanted with no issues. The rooms were very nice and clean. The large pool and hot tub area was a great place to relax after a long day of hiking. Would recommend!

The hotel was a great choice. It is close to the airport and the fairly close to the downtown. The room is wide and includes amenities as described when booking. The bathroom is wide too. Cleaning is done on a daily basis, if requested. We tried the breakfast and would preferred if it included a wider variety of options (cheese options for example, olive, vegetables as cucumber and tomatoes).

We stayed here 2nights while waiting for the winter tires to get installed.. that is saying that we did not have a car for two days but the location of this lodge was great so that we were comfortably able to stay :) Everything was walking distance and lots of great food options around us! The TV was huge and we enjoy google Chromecast (brought ours) all day long! The hot tub was right beside our room so We just quickly run into the tub but there is no changing room so it would be inconvenient to someone if their room is far from the tub. Only complain I would have is that there was no microwave for the room of selection we had.

The hotel was great , the room was big, staff was friendly, breakfast was good but everyday the same. Overall my experience was fantastic, i would stay there again. My only complaint was parking. I chose this hotel because parking was included , but spaces are very limited 2 out 4 nights i had to park on the street and wake up very early to move the car.

The hotel is a newly opened resort hotel at the outermost part of Banff Avenue. You can choose to take the bus (free bus tickets are given at the front desk) or walk (15 minutes) to downtown. The room is large, the view is great, and the facilities are complete. It is very comfortable and warm. When I woke up, the terrace was covered with snow. It was so beautiful. There are also hot springs and SPA in the hotel. Next time I come to Banff, I will definitely choose these newly opened resort hotels. The price-performance ratio is very high!

The hotel is old, the location is convenient to walk to the downtown. Few restaurants around the hotel but the convenience shop downstairs only open few hours. The room is average so not too big. Our water was not hot enough so the manager changed another room for us, so the issue resolved on spot, thank you so much. Overall experience was good.

I liked the room that it had a tub in the bathroom and microwave and fridge as well. Very convenient for me. Breakfast was self serve with choices of cold and hot drinks, lots of fruits, yogurt in the fridge, cereals and choices of bread with a toaster at the end of the counter. The dining room area is large and sunny. Relaxing atmosphere. The checkin counter person was very helpful and at check out took the time to help me find my Wyndham membership account so I could earn my credit for staying there. Very pleasant experience over all.

2 storey hotel . We were allotted the upper room located directly above the kitchen of the restaurant. Fumes from the grills entered the room and it smelt bad. The floor felt warm too . They couldn’t do anything as the rooms were fully occupied. My opinion is that they should not use this as a guest room . Beds are queen-sized so it’s a bit tight for 2. Nearby town so it’s a short drive to supermarket & eateries.

Amazing hotel! Super comfy, clean and new. 15min drive to calgary airport, under $100 a night for 2 queen beds at level 8 with unblocked view. Best we could find in the area. Wish there was a hot tub though! Restaurant below had fantastic food and service. Only less than satisfied part was the check in process - pretty troublesome to have to provide hardcopy ID, hardcopy credit card with name that matches your ID (debit not accepted) for incidentals. Will be better if they could use the card which was used to prepay the hotel room.

My stay at Hampton Inn by Hilton Calgary Airport North was fantastic! The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it perfect for travelers. I booked this hotel on a whim right after canceling my reservation at a hotel near the airport because I wanted a more convenient location for getting around and exploring downtown. I actually enjoyed my stay at this hostel. The staff are very accommodating and welcoming. I stayed in a room with mix men and women. I was surprised at first if I am in the wrong room because when I went in the room there were women. I just confirmed that it was the right room when I saw another male. So, 2 males 4 females. They were actually very kind and they respect each other for example they do not disturb another person because he/she might be resting. It is also good to meet other people of different nationalities. They have a kitchen that we can use. I had 2 breakfasts and it was pretty much a bonus for me. Breakfast was good. They also have their own bar where you cane eat and drink. Overall, amazing!

Very good, we arrived at the hotel around 11 o'clock in the morning. According to the request, we could check in in the afternoon. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic to check the rooms to see if there were any rooms that had been cleaned. At the same time, she also suggested that we keep our luggage. After that, we planned to go to Banff town first and wait for the check-in procedures in the afternoon. When we left the hotel, the lady rushed to the door and told us that there were rooms that had been cleaned and could be checked in. After we checked out, due to time issues, the hotel was also willing to keep our luggage for us. (Not every hotel is willing to temporarily keep luggage for guests, whether before checking in or after checking out, really.) In the future, when I go to Banff again, their hotel will be my first choice for accommodation.

The location is about ten minutes' walk from downtown. It is a historic hotel. The facilities are not very new, but they are quite complete. There is a mini gym, so you can keep fit during your vacation. There are also saunas and bathing facilities. Although it takes a 10-minute walk to reach Downtown, you can see the Rocky Mountains from the terrace and outside the hotel, which is a pleasant view.

The hotel is located in the city center of Banff town. The surrounding business is very prosperous. The bus stop is right next to the hotel, which makes it very convenient to go out and take a bus. The room is very large. Living on the second floor will not be noisy. The hotel also gave earplugs to prevent the noise of cars on the road from disturbing guests. I didn't use them at all. The hotel is relatively cheap and should be a good choice for cost performance in Banff town.

Very satisfied with the family travel experience. There are food facilities around. A Yunnan rice noodle shop is a five-minute walk away. It is delicious. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. The hygiene is very good. The facilities are good. The surrounding environment is within walking distance of the city center. Very good hotel, you can order omelettes for breakfast, which are also free. I spent a night here, and I was generally satisfied. I highly recommend it, and it is cost-effective. It is a quick drive to the largest West Edmonton Mall in the past. The mall is worth visiting. In addition, you can go to the River Valley Park, where there is an iron bridge that is more than 100 years old.

Front desk were kind enough to loan me an iphone charger while I was there which was very much appreciated. The room was comfortable, nice view. I don't normally stay in the hilton hotels so I'm not a member of their little club that gives you access to ”basic” wifi, and I just don't like dishing out all my details so without much of a phone charge to tether off, I resigned myself to reading a book on an evening.

Because it is a suburban location, you can only use a taxi. The nearby downtown is West Edmonton Mall, where we tried to take a public bus, but it was limited time. Uber might be useful if you go. Hotel facilities are great. The image is an elevator, but it does not work unless you insert a card key. There is an indoor pool, with water rider !! There is also a free self-service breakfast, but the grill restaurant next to the hotel is not that expensive and is rather good. I wonder if the amount of money at the front stall is not so much. I am glad that the ginger ale I sold was Schweppes

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I called down for extra bath towels and they were delivered within minutes. The hot tub was out of service during our stay but those things happen and can’t always be controlled by the hotel. The kids absolutely loved the slide and spending time in the pool. Only complaint I’d have there is that the pool towels were super small, we just doubled up and made it work. Not really a big issues. Breakfast was also included in our reservation and it was great. Good variety and included bacon/sausage and eggs. The space for breakfast was nice and open and lots of seating. I would definitely stay here again.

It takes about 20 minutes by Uber from Edmonton Airport. It cost about 33 bucks. There is also a Korean restaurant nearby... It is not a walkable distance. All schedules were handled by Uber. The sound of the air conditioner in the room… . It's so big... I turned it off when I went to sleep.
