We came for one night to shop Costco Windsor and then head back to the US. Location was convenient, hotel was quiet, Not many people were checked in the night we were there. Check in was fast and convenient. The only downside was there was no elevator so we had to walk upstairs to our room with all of our luggage. When we got there, the room was adequate and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast the following morning was pretty basic. We had toast with peanut butter and jelly, always a safe option. The best part of this hotel is that it is located immediately next door to Tim Hortons. Price was good and I totally would stay here again when I need to come back to shop Costco again.

The Four Points by Sheraton in Sarnia is a modern, new hotel with fantastic amenities. The fitness center is great, offering a wide range of machines and treadmills perfect for a solid workout. Breakfast is included and served at the adjoining Boston Pizza, where guests order from a menu—standouts include the classic breakfast with eggs cooked any style, a choice of bacon, ham, or sausage, three toast options, and crispy home fries. The rooms are clean and modern, and the open-concept lobby provides lots of comfortable seating. Staff throughout the hotel were consistently kind, thoughtful, and extremely helpful. Guests can also enjoy access to the second-floor pool, though it can get a bit noisy in the evenings due to people passing through the halls. The only drawback was the air conditioning units in both my room and a friend’s, which were noticeably loud at night.

I stayed here for a quick overnight layover and found it super convenient, especially the shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, which I really appreciated after a long international journey. The room was clean and comfortable, though the shower area felt a bit like a hockey locker room. I’m not sure if I was put in an accessible room. As someone who lives in Asia, I’m used to hotels offering a few small amenities like a dental kit, slippers, or at least a bottle of water in the room — none of those were provided, so that was a bit of a surprise. Still, the overall experience was great for the price and convenience. I’d definitely stay again for a short airport stopover.

Hotel location is very close to restaurants and supermarkets. Also, it’s convenient to drive to some famous spots for sightseeing, like museums and the ferry to the Lift Lock. The staffs were very nice and friendly. We were appreciated to have a quiet and comfy room to stay on 3/floor. Since we overlook the breakfast time which ended at 10am and we were late for 5mins, the server was tidying up the food counter. However, she was nice to let us grab some food to eat. To avoid her waiting us to clean up, we ate very quickly and was not able to take pictures. Breakfast was okay with muffins, pancakes, toasts, fried eggs & sausages, fruits, coffee and juice. In short, a good place to recommend.

TTamuThis hotel is very clean and the location is close to all the main attractions. The facilities is good, I was able to use their swimming pool and other entertainment facilities. I would staying in this hotel again next time in Ottawa.

TTamuKarena saya telah tinggal di hotel ini sebelumnya, saya tahu apa yang diharapkan. Konon, hotel ini menunjukkan umurnya dan harus dikembalikan ke status aslinya. TTamuThe hotel is ideally situated of the front of the lake with the ferries to the islands just outside. An underground stop is just across the road with links to Union station and elsewhere. There are also a selection of buses that pass and a hop on hop off stop is about 10 mins walk. You can walk most places in central Toronto from hotel if you wish and are happy walking. You can choose which street suits you best on your walk and change route for variation as only a block apart and will all get you to central Toronto. You are maybe about 15 mins from the Blue Jays and CN tower so hotel is in a great location. Billy Bishop airport is about a 20 min walk and would be convenient if you can get flights to or from there to your destination. The communal areas in the hotel look very nice, as is the entrance if being dropped off by car. However there is work going on around the outside of the hotel and if walking to and from the hotel it isn’t so pleasant on the eye. My bedroom was spacious but felt dated and would be nice to see a more updated look. However the view onto the lake more than made up for that minor irritation. The staff were all great and helpful when asked. There was various things going on from regular activities in the leisure area to free ice cream and wine ( not together unfortunately ) and music in the afternoon. The leisure facilities were great with a pool, sauna, steam room and gym as well as an outside area (5th floor) for sitting outside while the kids could play. There was a tennis court and a basket ball hoop. There was also an oppertunity to use cycles and go for a run possibly with a guide. We didn’t eat at the hotel so couldn’t comment but the did have a restaurant on the top of there south tower that would give great views. We did grab a coffee and snack from across the street and would enjoy sitting on the benches just along from the hotel looking into the lake in the morning. All in all one of the older hotels ( I think) in a great location with great views and facilities which met our needs.
