Very nice hotel that combines western and eastern culture, also we paid 2 nights for staying 3 nights with the incentive. The bar in the hotel is awesome and it’s one of Top 50 in Asia.

Hotel is located conveniently at Tsim Sha Tsui area. There’s many eateries nearby. Keep in mind that this hotel shares the same lobby as Empire Hotel, but Empire Prestige is at the other end of the hotel. Hotel does not provide toothbrush / toothpaste, drinking water etc. There’s a supermarket called ‘Wellcome’ just opposite the street, buy everything you need there and save at least half of your money (comparing buying from 7-11 😉

The experience at Prestige was excellent. The staff, especially Karen, were informative, very helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. Couldn't ask for better service far away from home. Loved it.

Absolutely Outstanding Stay! Our experience at the Hong Kong Empire Hotel Wan Chai was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful staff who made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. The room exceeded all expectations — it was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly quiet. We couldn’t hear any noise from the street or neighboring rooms, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy a peaceful rest. The bed was extremely comfortable with soft linens that made it hard to get up in the morning! One of the highlights was the breakfast, which truly surprised us in the best way. It was included in the room rate and offered an impressive variety of delicious, high-quality options — plentiful, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. We left feeling completely refreshed and very happy with our stay. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Hong Kong. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in the very central and center of the city and the hotel upgraded my room to one of their signature rooms on the high floor with a very good view. The amenities were very good and allow me for late checkout as well. The only thing is that check-in is quite slow, but the lady was quite courteous so that was fine. Just a simple check in hotel

My best friend and I recently stayed at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour and had a fantastic experience! The hotel itself is beautiful, with an amazing view that really enhances the overall atmosphere. What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the staff. I want to give a special shoutout to Joy at the check-in desk. He went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect, helping us make reservations at local restaurants and checking in regularly to see if we needed anything. His attentiveness and friendliness made a significant difference in our stay. I truly appreciate all the effort he put into making our experience special. I will definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Eaton Hotel Hong Kong, and it exceeded all my expectations. My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed – fast Wi-Fi, a cozy bed, and a great view of Nathan Road. I especially appreciated the eco-friendly touches and the calming atmosphere after a day of exploring the city. The hotel’s location in Jordan is perfect – just a short walk from the MTR, Temple Street Night Market, and many delicious local eateries. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the wellness center, which added a relaxing touch to my stay. What really stood out was Eaton’s focus on community and culture. The live music, film screenings, and art exhibitions brought the place to life and made it more than just a hotel – it felt like a creative hub. I would highly recommend Eaton Hotel Hong Kong to travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly memorable experience in the heart of the city.

The room is quite spacious. Location wise, it’s also kind of central - about 15 mins to causeway shopping area. Appreciate the effort on sustainability and reducing the use of plastics. However, the aircon is hard to control - the fan is really strong although switched to the lowest speed, which is still very loud. Overall, I had a good experience staying here.

Room is comfortable we paid extra for a bit more space the shower pressure was very good. The bed was very comfortable mattress, soft pillows, decent size fridge you get the amenities teas and coffees of jasmine tea and sugar and the powdered creamers. The toilet is clean a little dated. It is rather small Hotel is in a very good location. You can get to most of the shopping centres and eateries and places of interest. I would stay here again

Our stay at the hotel was mostly pleasant the rooms were clean, and the location was excellent. However, we faced an issue during checkout when we approached the concierge (Tiffany) to arrange a car to go to Shenzhen. Without even checking availability, she outright refused to assist, saying it was ”too last minute.” Thankfully, the manager stepped in, was very helpful, and successfully arranged transportation for us. While we appreciated the manager's assistance, the concierge's attitude was disappointing and not professional. With better customer service in all areas, this hotel could truly excel.
