Hotels With Bar in Zuid-Holland, Netherlands

There were some issues with the card that opens the room door. Every day or every two days you have to go down to reception to have it activated. Some days I've gone down 3 times. It's a bit annoying because I was working long hours and at night. When I came back after 12 hours of work, mostly at night, the last thing you want is to have to go down from the door to reception because you can't open it. I hope more people complain and this is fixed. The staff is mostly friendly. You make good friends there from all over the world. Overall, I liked the experience.

Very clean room and amenities. Lovely design of the whole place. Bit lack of space but expected. Really chill and comfy place to stay. Really clean toilets&bathroom as well.

Location is good. But something strange happened that I asked the receptionist to get a pair of slipper, the staff said it was out of stock and would be available the next day. When I asked again the next day, he said it would not arrive until next week, i don’t know if this is real or not, but this is odd for such a level of hotel. Moreover, bottle of water provided only once no matter how long you stayed.

My 2nd time to book and staying in this hotel. as good as before. Good in location, 5 min. walk to Rotterdam central station. LRT just in front of the station. Good in services, we arrival at early morning 10:00, no room available, the front desk lady can keep the luggage for us, and offer free breakfast to us. Clean and tidy room and public area. Recommend this hotel to you.

In general I am satisfied with the service in the hotel. However, I requested a quiet room and the hotel staff placed me next to some very noisy guests. Cleaning staff were very noisy in the morning too. I was not able to have very good rest due to noise. Windows and walls were not sound-proof. Art and decorations were nice in the hotel. Location was very nice and carpark price is Ok though slightly expensive. Mix of guests were not too nice the days that we stayed in.

The hotel is just a few steps from the beach and a tram to the center is also very close. The staff is really friendly and always courteous and always concerned about the well-being of the guests. The double rooms are bright and clean. Always happy to stay at the Hotel Andante.

The reception is extremely disrespectful. As a businessman traveling around the world, I think I have experience in many hotels. The hotel is a 4 star hotel. It definitely does not deserve 5 stars. The rooms are small and simple. The beds are mediocre. The breakfast is Cafe style. They take a deposit of 100 euros at the entrance. I was satisfied with the room the next day. I asked for a change because I couldn't stay. They asked for a second deposit for a new reservation. I said there was a deposit included. It was for the first reservation. We will refund it to your account after a week. The same hotel is disrespectful enough to ask for a second deposit for a different room and arrogant enough to treat its customers as thieves. I definitely do not recommend it. In terms of hotel standard, it is really 4 stars at most, definitely not 5 stars. The rooms are 3 stars.

After booking one extra night they didn't allow me to stay at this room. But has to check out before 10 and come back again after 15. Than I try to cansel the reservation but the stoburn administration didn't accept. I'm not pleased with this nonsense.

The hotel lobby is very splendid. It is the most beautiful hotel I have stayed in during my trip to the Netherlands. It is very relaxing looking at the sea view. The toiletries are also very complete. There is a Ferris wheel by the waterfront. It is very comfortable to ride at dusk. However, please note that it only accepts cash. When the clerk changed the change, he changed it into two very old €1 euros. As a result, many places will not accept it. It is highly recommended to see it. Be clear before accepting. The seaside restaurant ”La Galleria Boulevard Scheveningen” is not recommended. The food is mediocre, but the staff is too small and the service is poor. I had to rush the waiter several times, and I had to stand and wait for 10 minutes for the waiter to pay the bill before he was ignored.

It was a very pleasant experience - staff is very friendly and supportive, atmosphere is welcoming, CORPUS museum is just in front and might be a great place to visit with children, breakfast is delicious, the absolute highlight of the breakfast is the Chef who made my omelette with a big smile :) room was not big but fits well for 3 guest - the bed and the sofa bed both were comfortable. I stayed at this hotel for business purposes and i really enjoyed it, the details are very well thought out, decoration is amazing, room is big, and location is perfect to walk around the best restaurants. I will definitely come back. The only comment is the breakfast is not “spectacular” as some seem to say, it’s a self service with food that you choose and pay for depending on what you get. It’s not homemade or anything but it’s ok.

The breakfast is really something to highlight at such reasonable price for this stay. A glass of Prosecco to begin the morning is something super nice. Room is bit small, and just good enough for two suitcases opened on the floor. I slept very well with comfort on that bed, which looks bit tiny in the picture :-P. Location is very good and I could take metro line E direct to De Rotterdam, Central station and The Hague!

I decided to treat myself and my son at the end of our trip and the Rotterdam Marriott certainly did not disappoint. As a disabled person with limited mobility, I wasn’t sure how far away from Centraal train station it would be. I was pleasantly surprised that even on crutches, it was a distance that I could manage. The reception staff were all very friendly and welcoming and could not do enough to make our trip even more pleasant. The room was beautiful and spacious, plenty of charging outlets and even the tv was personalised by using your keycard upon entry to the room. The bathroom not only had a spacious walk in shower, but also had a large bath. Both the bathroom and bedroom were very clean and the housekeeping staff were excellent. The room service was fantastic and absolutely delicious food. We will be definitely looking forward to booking back in on our next visit to Rotterdam!

The location is very good, only 8-9 minutes drive from the sea. But the hygiene of the hotel is not very good. Hotel breakfast utensils such as spoons, cups are not fully washed. I can still see the stain on the inside of the juice glass lol…

I found the best location with great free parking space from the hotel, which is very rare. The hotel room was excellent, and the price was very, very economical.

I reserved a hotel with bath inside the room. When we arrived it was farely busy in the hotel due to the check in times. We waited for 20 minutes to check in and were told we got upgraded to a wellness room with a sauna. We took a walk along the beach which is litteraly in front of the hotel and we enjoyed a nice jacuzzi and sauna the rest of the evening. With a stunning view along the beach and city. Yes it was pricey! And parking in front of the hotel is 25€ per day or 6,50€ per hour which is really expensive (the hotel cant do anything about the parking fees because of the government, but maybe public transport is an option for you) Pricey, but absolutely worth every penny. And dont forget you get access to their own wellness included with your room!

The hotel is close to maurits museum. A bit of walking from den haag central station. It took us more than 10 minutes since we had luggages with us. The breakfast was good and the servers were friendly and accommodating.

Good hotel around the center area of The Hague. Good service and helpful staff at the reception. Parking was really overpriced at like 42 euros per day so we had to park at other lots nearby. The room was good, but found several finger/toe nails left by previous guests on the floor around the bed, which means that the floor probably hasn’t been cleaned well. Honestly a bit disgusting and disappointing for us.

I stayed here for a week on a business trip to the Netherlands. I felt good. There are many choices for breakfast. Compared with local consumption, it is still very cost-effective. I will choose here next time I go on a business trip. The transportation location is very advantageous.

Great hotel Stayed 1 night, clean, good location, friendly staff

Cosy, small-scale hotel. Very neat and very friendly staff but above all fantastic location! You walk out of the hotel, cross the street and you are on the boulevard. Spent the night with my daughter but will definitely come back here.

The Pier is very close to the beach. There is a parking lot nearby. It can be parked in the parking area of Area A. It is close to the hotel. It costs 19.2 euros a day. The breakfast is delicious, but the room is not very soundproof.

De gordijnen zijn te kort waardoor er licht tussendoor komt. Vond ik minder prettig. Verder goed. Super locatie en kwam schoon over.

The location was good because it was right in front of the bus stop, and the windows were so tilted, but there was no garbage can in the room. So I prepared a plastic bag and threw it there. And the room I stayed in didn't close well when I closed it outside. The staff were very friendly.
