Considero iniciar bajo el comentario que el hotel se encuentra ubicado en un zona hotelera muy buena, cuenta con suficiente espacio en todos los lugares, parqueadero, restaurante, lobby, piscina y otros espacios que pueden funcionar para empresas y como esparcimiento en familia. Puntos interesantes, todos los días te hacen limpieza y cambio de elementos de uso personal, las personas de este oficio son amables y atentos. El restaurante para su desayuno, cuenta con una amplia variedad de productos y muy alertas por si se agotan o hacen falta, incluso atentos para orientar y ayudar. Lo único que está un poco negativo y que considero fundamental para mejorar, son los encargados del área de recepción; allí no te miran al rostro, encuentras personas que hacen su trabajo como deber pero no expresan cordialidad, comunicación afectiva o empatía. Mi estancia fue de varios días y no existió un buenos días, buenas tardes o buenas noches; se interpreta que están cumpliendo con lo que les corresponde dentro de sus labores pero ese rostro amable inicial, está totalmente perdido. Con esto ya le daría un 100 completo.

The hotel is in a good safe location the staff was good the hotel is clean it is an older looking hotel by the looks of the inside there are lots of families at the location and a nice pool . I would recommend bringing your own soap as there is extremely drying .
