We called this the 'Grandma Hotel' because you're truly taken care of. Breakfast is a feast of all the fruits plus eggs and bread, almost more than you can eat. Motorbikes are only 100k per day to rent and they're well looked after. She goes out of her way to make sure you're comfortable and happy, without charging you loads of money for everything. The rooms are spotless and big, with good amenities. The location is good, walking distance to the main high street. I really have no complaints, truly a great hotel!

The hotel is right on the roadside, easy to find, and very close to the long-distance bus station. This is a family hotel with affordable prices, very clean, and the surrounding area is quiet, making it easy to sleep. The whole family was very hospitable. They took the bus in the evening and even helped me call a taxi to take me to the station. Thank you. I will stay here again when I come to Ninh Binh in the future and it will feel like going home.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The swimming pool is simply incredible and perfect for cooling off at the end of the day. The boss is super nice and always ready to help. The breakfast is top notch, offering a variety of delicious choices. The hotel offers a multitude of services such as bicycle and scooter rental, which is very convenient for exploring the surrounding area. In addition, they advise you on the routes to follow in Ninh Binh, which is a big plus for discovering this beautiful region. I recommend this hotel 100%!

I really liked this place, the service was really good and the owners daughter was an excellent translator to English. The location is good because it is in the middle of the tourist attractions (either stay here or Tam Coc AREA) and in the middle of Tet they had one of the few restaurants open in the area. At the time I was staying they were doing a little construction so the view from the room did not match the website exactly

Greenlands is a great place to stay. Comfortable beds, lovely restaurant, homely and quaint with great food selection. (Vege and meat options available), bikes, and mopeds to hire (bikes are free) also. The hosts are very attentive, helpful, and accommodating. We stayed 2 nights. Quiet location and only 2km from Hang Mua and Trang An. Thumbs up on everything we experienced at Greenlands.

We had a lovely stay here! The family is so welcoming and always had a chat with us. The room was big and very clean with an excellent view out of the window! The internet was very good- I was able to online work fine. At nighttime it was very quiet and I slept very very well! Would 100% recommend!

A beautiful hidden homestay in the village. Lovely host Annie made the stay really enjoyable. The breakfast was very nice too, I loved her banana pancakes. They have a cute little puppy and a funny cat and it's quite fun to be around them. The location is great for exploring the area. Definitely recommend it to anyone who likes a peaceful place.

Best hotel in the area. The villas are located in a quiet location alongside the mountains, 2 minute drive from the main part of ninh binh. Views are gorgeous and the breakfast was delicious.
