TTamuThe workers were friendly for the most part and the facility was not bad. My boyfriend And I stayed reserved a room for three nights. I guess since we were staying three nights, housekeeping wasn’t supposed to clean our room, which was fine. We didn’t mind, but I went down And asked a staff member for fresh towels, and sheets. As I was changing the sheets, I spotted a huge bedbug!! So I got to looking In the Mattress found three Iive bedbugs. I killed them myself and showed them to the lady at the desk. Obviously, I got really freaked out and could not sleep for the rest of the night. I finally gave up trying to sleep and just checked out at 5am. I would’ve left early than that, but I did not want to be out in that part of Nashville so early in the morning so I waited Until daylight before I left. The staff member did not offer to give me a new room or refund my money. She said she Let her boss know. She Didn’t even try to apologize on behalf of the Hotel. I’m very disappointed in the way The employee handle the situation. As disgusting as bedbugs are, I would’ve understood if she Would have even acted as if she cared. All she said was that it was probably because they Had had an exterminator out there Earlier in the week And it was probably just leftover from the exterminator spraying and stirring things around. I’m going to Call and speak to the manager Monday to Make sure he’s aware of the situation and let him know that his Employee did not handle the situation properly. Honestly, I feel like I should be refunded for the last night. The only reason I stay there is because I could not leave in the middle of the night and also because I did not want to pay for a room at different hotel room when I had already paid for that one. Times are hard and My husband and I were just visiting family. We could not afford to throw money around And go to a different hotel room.

TTamuDo not stay here! The good = room was big and clean and jacuzzi was nice Bad outweighs the good = pool does not feel heated at all, the jets on the hot tub do not work, one jet only makes a few bubbles, when pointed it out, we were told that’s how it should be. Stayed 3 nights, every day we went out, came back and key card wouldn’t work, had to get a new one. The toilet was clogged and would not flush. Maintenance came and said it was fixed, he smelled like alcohol. Went to bathroom in the middle of night and it would not flush, was afraid it’d overflow. Called in the am, was told we could just use the bathrooms near the desk 😳. Said maintenance would come after 7. We left at 8, but when we came back it was fixed. The breakfast is awful and the same every day. Watery eggs, burnt sausage, a casserole, little potatoes, biscuits, cereals, bagels, a little refrigerator with a gallon of milk, pitchers of juice, cream cheese, and butter. No oatmeal, yogurt, bacon would’ve been nice. The coffee maker in the lobby poured out grounds, told us it was broken, my husband told her, try cleaning it out and get all the grounds out - then it worked later when he went back. Hard to find a parking place when you come back at night, because of restaurant & bar. Only 2 handicap spaces near entrance to rooms. Outside garbage overflowing (but it was bagged). Some of the staff were very rude. *The manager was nice and did come to our room to check on us.

TTamuLocation was a little hard to get to since there is no warning about the drive way. Get in and the parking lot is tiny and couldn't find a place to park for check in or check out. Room was WAY smaller than we thought and pictures shown! Was actually blown away by how small the room was! The bathroom was dirty, dead bugs on the floor around the tub and dirt everywhere. The bed was horrible! No box spring or support other than a metal frame that made sonic noise it kept us up most the night! The bedding was thin and we froze most the night, even if we turned the AC off we died from the heat! The sheets were nasty, covered in diet and hair! I don't know if it was from the housekeeping or just never got switched! Tv was ok but barely worked so watching anything was basically a joke and the water pressure was horrible! Speak of the bathroom, forgot to mention that black mildew on the walls and the rust and white crust formed on the shower, it made us panic! The room also had various bugs and spiders in the room and it made us super uneasy! Were were celebrating our anniversary and it was the worst experience! We didn't even bother with the breakfast because the juice machine was out and the fruit and cereal looked questionable. Overall I'd give this place a 1 star only because the service at check in was really nice.
