Great for those who come to the concert at the impact arena. Going to the apartment for the first time is a bit scary, but the room inside is very nice. the owner did a good job to create a comfortable atmosphere inside. In general, there is everything you might need. There is a large shopping center nearby, 7-11, and the arena is about a 7-minute walk away. I will book again!

Admin responded very quickly. There's a lot of food. The room is clean, there are no smells or strange characters and the bathroom is very good.

The hotel environment is very good, the only problem is that the transportation is very inconvenient, there are no restaurants and shops nearby, but the service is very good.

Best Budget Hotel Chains. Location near Central Wattana and Train station is very close.

The rooms I got were connected, the twin bed room and a king bedroom. The rooms were spacious and clean. I liked the beds because they were not too soft or too hard.The parking lot were safe.The staffs were nice and helpful. I really appreciate the upgrade rooms. Absolutely recommend 1.great location 2. The price was worth 3. The cleanliness was great. 4.the staffs were nice.

Great for introverts as you're able to just rock up straight to your room and that's it. Used this hotel as I was going to a live concert at Impact Arena. It was only about 300m(?) away which isn't bad at all considering price too. There are little restaurants and cafes outside on the first floor, which is convenient for on the go. You have to find the room yourself according to the info you're given; building (C2~C9) (there are big ass signs on the top of the buildings so easy to find once in the area), floor number, and room number. Had trouble finding which corner to enter the building (A~D), so had to make a call but the staff had very good English so was very reassuring (for future reference, find the corner with the security guard-looking ppl inside that are there 24/7 apparently and ask to be let in. Keys are hidden at the entrance of your room and has a key-card attached which can be used to beep yourself in and out of building too.) The room is within an apartment complex that other thai people live in too (with security) so it's also a very good place to get a little slice of life of Bangkok.

A clean cheap hotel. The service of the staffs are good. They speaks English not very well, but enough for hotel services.

Good accommodation, comfortable, lots of amenities, although the entrance to the building is a bit scary. But everything is very okay. Walking to see a concert at Impact is very easy and comfortable. I've gone to sleep many times. Near 7-Eleven, near Amazon, very easy to find food to eat. If the room is available, you can check in early as well. Very impressed.
