Hotel Sabana is in a great location! The service was great! BUT there is no warm water, feels are as rough as sand paper and the sheets as thin as they can be. Our room specifically had a broken faucet that kept randomly squeaking and we had to play with it several times to make it stop. We were also charged 200 quetzales more than our reservation said.
Hotel room was on the top floor which would give good views although the communal terrace is right outside your window. For me, it was never a problem, but I can imagine if some rowdy guests were talking or drinking on the terrace it would cause disruptions.
