Great hotel and service for small budget.
Super clean, good breakfast. If you are not too fancy this hotel is for you. Great location, we rented a car so we haven’t experienced the transport but we went to Annecy, Geneva and Chamonix so perfect, right in the middle.
The hotel is a different hotel, although it is a formula 1, because the toilets and the shower are inside the room, which is one more. The room is a little small but well-organised. The heating is perfect. It's a bad thing that there is little light inside and only a small window.
The only concern of this hotel is that the parking is too small.
The location is a bit off, not easy to find, the yard is large, the parking is very convenient, the gate is closed and managed, it is safe, the rooms are not big, and the facilities are quite complete. Just one night.
+ Clean, functional room and pleasant decor.
Breakfast of choice and quality.
- Unpleasant reception in the dining room when they don't let you choose a table even though it's off-peak hours.

GGuest UserHello, I booked this hotel for the good location to the place I had to visit, however it is far away from the city center. But there is a tram stop and a big shopping mall very close to this hotel. First of all the reception is NOT open 24 hours, and they close late at night(check the hours) and also 13-15 on weekends. the staff are very very nice, all of them they changed almost every day and all of them were nice. The room and bathroom is spacious and they provide soap and shampoo. The downside for me was that the room was smelly, my guess is the smell comes from pets' pee because pets are allowed in the hotel. The carpets were old and full of stains. There is a mini kitchenette in the room with a well functioning stove and good utilities. An electric kettle is missing in the room. the Wi-Fi works well and the speed is good. the heating system works perfect and the room had good temperature. The mattress lack the necessary firmness but its okay for a few nights.
LLoris LombardiI stayed at this hotel for a work trip focused on the university, and it served its purpose perfectly. The hotel is very clean, and the receptionist was incredibly nice and helpful with all of my requests, which made for a welcoming experience. The breakfast was very good and offered a great start to the day.
The primary advantage of this hotel is its location, which is ideal if you need to be at the Université Grenoble Alpes. However, be aware that the surrounding area is not very pedestrian-friendly and is built more for cars. There are no supermarkets within easy walking distance, so it's best to plan accordingly if you need to buy anything.
Overall, it was a very good stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a night or two, especially for anyone who has business to attend to at the university.
GGuest UserSimple without more practical near road access
phonic isolation is not very good otherwise the water room is clean and the comfortable litre
MMarcia GattoAmazing view, but a bit of a trek if you walk up the hill on foot. The beds are super comfy, larger, and wider than usual. Had a very good nap after a long trip and before tackling the city by night and on foot: lively and safe. Toitels and shower rooms may benefit from a bit of TLC :)
Will be back.
GGuest UserOur 3 ppl room is very small, need to manoeuvre luggages to open up the luggage. Despite its size, room is very clean and bed is comfortable.. it’s got every we need for the night.
There is construction nearby so we had to go around by foot to get to train station.
JJVermathe budget hotel that offers everything you could want or need during your stay.
Next to centre city and train/bus stations are available just around the corner.
JJames AllenLyon is a city of stairs and hills, and this hostel is near the top of one, 15 minutes from any metro stop on foot. Lyon is a city for walking, though.
The shared kitchen was nice, but often very crowded, especially around dinner time. The capsule beds in the dormitory were fine, comfortable and quiet. My locker's door didn't quite work, so I had to stow my valuables with the front desk during the day.
Staff was young, pleasant, and helpful.
While most of the guests were backpackers, there was a minority of older travelers, often staying in rooms.
GGuest UserIt's an easy 5 mins walk from Perrache Bus station. The room is clean, except for flooding at the shower area as the drain is choked. There's also no lift in the hotel. Receptionist are friendly.
MMickey MausuThe hotel exceeded my expectations. It is a new hotel and room is maintained very clean and tidy considering it is a budget hotel. The beds were comfortable and I like the design of the bathroom. The best part is the location as it is within short walking distance to the Part Dieu Shopping Mall, the railway station, TCL Metro and trams, the Rhone Express to the Airport. This makes settling your stay in Lyon a lot more convenient!
