Budget-friendly accommodation but yet the service and the location are great. The place is a few hundred metres away from the Bund and the Nanjing East train station - which means very handy to visit the tourists spots. Also the facility is clean and comfortable. They provided a disposal towel to use as well.

I booked this airport hotel in Shanghai mainly because of its proximity to the airport and the advertised shuttle service. However, the shuttle only runs once an hour and only departs from Terminal 2. If you arrive at Terminal 1 at night, you first have to make your way to Terminal 2 and then hope you don’t just miss the shuttle—otherwise, you’re stuck waiting for up to an hour for the next one. Because of this, we ended up taking a taxi, which cost about 50% of the room rate on top of the overnight price. That definitely made the stay more expensive than expected. On the plus side, the shuttle back to the airport in the morning was punctual and even dropped us off at Terminal 1, so no complaints there. The hotel itself looks exactly like the pictures, but the rooms are not as well-maintained as they appear online. There were cracks in the ceiling and corners of the room. The lighting was pretty minimal, but at least everything was clean. The biggest issue was the temperature. It was around freezing outside, and the window was left open when we arrived. There was no heating, only an air conditioner, which was turned off. As a result, the entire room was absolutely freezing—probably close to the outside temperature. We had to struggle with the remote, which was only in Chinese, to turn on the heating. Even after setting it to 30°C, the room never really warmed up, so it was far from cozy. This was by far the biggest downside of the stay. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable, and we slept relatively well. However, the hotel is right in the airport’s flight path, so it’s quite noisy. The rooms are also very poorly soundproofed, so earplugs (which are provided) are highly recommended. For the price, it was okay, but I wouldn’t stay here for more than a few hours of sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and smooth.

Excellent Location. Good service from all front desk staffs. Laundromat was very handle for travelers who had been on the road for more than a week.

Great location, but the hotel is in serious decline. Renovations are needed. The whole hotel wreaks of cigarette smoke. The ”breakfast” is a packaged bun and milk in a carton. The staff are very nice. Lots of restaurants nearby. This should be priced @ $12/night, not over $20.

This hotel is very centrally located, nearby all main shopping and sightseeing areas, including museums in central Shanghai. It is a good value. The female reception staff was very nice and helpful during check-in, in super speed and without any fuss. Another reception staff named Xian was also extremely helpful and understanding when I extended my stay. I would certainly come back to stay there.

Great location, close to the Bund and multiple metro lines. One line direct from high speed rail station. Room was big enough for us to have space, but cleanliness is average. Sewer smell from bathroom. Air conditioning did not work, so slept with the window open all night. Interesting assortment of food for breakfast (see picture).

Exit from metro line 2, exit 3, hotel just 100 metres away from subway escalator, very convenient. All staff carry out good service, especially Xiao Lin offered help do the laundry and drying so that we can rest early. Cleaner also did well to clean room, there is a few minutes electricity supply off during the stayed at midnight and 6am. Staff stand by at the corridor to make sure guests are feel secure and ready to offer help anytime. Awesome and excellent service from this hotel, recommend to stay!

The room is very good, good price and good location. Will be back again here. Staff is very nice and can help us.There is Familymart Minimarket near the hotel.

The room, services, facilities were absolutely great and in particular the location is just 1min walk from Nanjing Xi Lu (West Nanjing road sta.) however the bathroom was not that cleaned, I couldn’t take a shower because of this but was still affordable I highly recommend this place 👍🏻
