Location was perfect (one crossing away from metro entrance) to get to The Bund and other iconic sites located on line 1 and 2. Service was excellent. As a foreigner I had many friends use Taobao to deliver before I had even arrived and the lady at the reception was able to confirm some of my deliveries had arrived before I even arrived at the hotel. They explained clearly where all the amenities were located and were very patient with all enquiries. Obviously the bunk room single room is cramped, however for the cost and other aspects I would definitely book again. For context two large check in luggage inside room will be cramped. I had to flip the chair upside down onto the table to make space for one of my bags while I used the other.

Cons: Room Size: The rooms were quite small, which might not be ideal if you’re looking for a lot of space, but they were clean and functional. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for an affordable place with a good location and friendly service. Great for a short stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This hotel had a great location within 15min walk to the Bund, great eateries nearby including a range of shops with drinks like milk tea and fruit shops. The hotel is a little dated, the rooms have great space but need some modernisation. There's no lifts but the staff will help you in taking luggage up the stairs. Cleanliness requires abit of improving, there were also no utensils provided for our stay so we weren't able to use the kitchen as we'd liked. For the price its worth the stay.

Good for solo youth who is looking for a small private room similar to capsule hotel but more facilities. You get to have a small sort of desk and chair to work on your laptop. The place is quite well-equipped with shared bathroom, soap, hair dryer, small towel, waching machine+dryer. There's a limit time used of hair dryer and washing machine due to loud noise as well, around 9am-10pm (check the sign again). You might wanna prepare your own shampoo, conditioner, and slippers for bathroom. Toilet and trash can are cleaned every morning, so at night time will start to be a bit dirty. If you're sensitive about toilet might need to manage your time again. Overall this place fits my personal needs as a solo digital nomad traveler. Walkable to a giant shopping mall where you can find plenty of food, walkable to metro, basic facilities provided. I give 4/5!

Great hotel with nice location less than 1 minute walking distance from subway station. Bed & pillow are comfortable,staff also friendly and they let me check in early before 2 pm. The issues for this hotel: 1) Hotel at level 7 inside mall.To go this hotel need share lift with a lot people inside mall especially during weekend.A little bit annoying when you need to wait 2-3 round to enter lift just to go to room because lift always full of people from inside the mall not hotel customer. 2) Amenities also great only lack of cotton bud Overall experience i will repeat to stay at this hotel if i come back to Shanghai.

Hotel is quite good for the price and location. Right in downtown I was happy with the location and ease I could go to different places. The room was neat and spacious, bed large and comfortable. Very good hotel stay!
