Clean, new room. Convenient location near the bus terminal, including international. No breakfast, all communication through whatsapp and overall remote. Good mini bar with drinks. Thank you!

ホテルから横断歩道を渡るとショッピングセンターがありますので、何も困りません！ バス停も目の前、Uberもすぐつかまります。 急なお願いもスタッフはフレンドリーに対応してくれました。(アルゼンチン行きのタクシー手配ありがとうございました😊) 朝食も美味しかったです！ヘアドライヤーはフロントから借りることが出来ました。

Já me hospedei outra vez com a família inteira, muito bom desde a entrada atendimento, acomodação, restaurante tudo beleza. Nesta última vez tudo ótimo. Chuveiro top acomodação etc, elevador rápidos, hambientes higienizados top, funcionário café simpático e recepção top. Valeuuu

This is a hotel with a high cost-effectiveness. Its location is particularly good, near the entrance of the Iguazu Falls scenic area and close to the bird park. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and serious. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, and the price of lunch and dinner in the hotel is reasonable. If I come to Brazil to visit Iguazu Falls again, I will still choose this hotel. The video below was taken in front of the hotel. As soon as you go up this slope, you will see the bird park, and 50 meters away is the gate of the waterfall scenic area.

O preço sei o café da manhã é um pouco alto, porém o que chamou a atenção foi a funcionária que fica na parte do bar. Não foi por mal, acho que falta treinamento, mas não tinha numa atitude empática e gentil com os clientes, por outro lado o barman era muito simpático e percebeu a situação meio chata. Pedir para os clientes mudarem de lugar no bar pois estavam atrapalhando o caixa para os clientes pagarem?? Só estávamos nós?? Falta treinamento e noção.

Tudo excelente! Limpeza, pouco ou nenhum barulho, quarto, banheiro, café da manhã, hall de entrada, serviços oferecidos, tudo muito bom! Único ponto a melhorar que encontrei é o processo de limpeza das toalhas de banho. As toalhas que recebi tinham forte odor de suor, logo após o primeiro uso. Resolvi testar. Peguei uma toalha limpa na recepção, apenas MOLHEI a toalha (sem usá-la!), e mesmo assim foi nitidamente perceptível o forte odor dos usos anteriores. Por fim uma observação: não possui estacionamento coberto.

We were welcomed without delay. The room TV was not with the channels working, we asked for help and quickly a official found that the problem was in remote control and everything was solved. The air conditioning worked but the temperature could not be changed. The breakfast is good, I had the necessary for a good meal. The room and the clean bathroom and the very good shower. The quick checkout and excellent service of the officials. Recommendation

The room is very cramped! My daughter slept in a bunk bed! For those who need an overnight stay, it's great! I missed shampoo and a hair dryer. Good breakfast!
