This is a hotel with a high cost-effectiveness. Its location is particularly good, near the entrance of the Iguazu Falls scenic area and close to the bird park. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and serious. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, and the price of lunch and dinner in the hotel is reasonable. If I come to Brazil to visit Iguazu Falls again, I will still choose this hotel. The video below was taken in front of the hotel. As soon as you go up this slope, you will see the bird park, and 50 meters away is the gate of the waterfall scenic area.

The hotel is very simple, very very clean But ask the front desk how to go to Iguazu, Argentina, think that recommend a taxi, let ask a bus, do not answer

O preço sei o café da manhã é um pouco alto, porém o que chamou a atenção foi a funcionária que fica na parte do bar. Não foi por mal, acho que falta treinamento, mas não tinha numa atitude empática e gentil com os clientes, por outro lado o barman era muito simpático e percebeu a situação meio chata. Pedir para os clientes mudarem de lugar no bar pois estavam atrapalhando o caixa para os clientes pagarem?? Só estávamos nós?? Falta treinamento e noção.

Tudo excelente! Limpeza, pouco ou nenhum barulho, quarto, banheiro, café da manhã, hall de entrada, serviços oferecidos, tudo muito bom! Único ponto a melhorar que encontrei é o processo de limpeza das toalhas de banho. As toalhas que recebi tinham forte odor de suor, logo após o primeiro uso. Resolvi testar. Peguei uma toalha limpa na recepção, apenas MOLHEI a toalha (sem usá-la!), e mesmo assim foi nitidamente perceptível o forte odor dos usos anteriores. Por fim uma observação: não possui estacionamento coberto.

Positive points: - we arrived before the check-in time and we managed to access the room, because we were tired and hungry - you have some accessible and good food restaurants near the hotel (but in weekends you don't open) - quiet place - if you want cleaning in the room, just leave the key at the reception - air conditioning worked well - TV worked - we could use the freezer without problems - we could ask food for the ifod and wait for delivery without problems - 24-hour reception - very sympathetic hotel team - excellent breakfast - bus point next to the hotel that goes to the centre and the terminal - by car, stay at about 15 minutes from the center - is close to Paraguay - down the street on the left side, you have a few shops, a wide-split shop is a good access Negative points: - We complained three times because the shower was leaking water without stop, it was rugm to sleep in the night and left the whole bathroom wet. We understand that the problem was great ( that we had to break the wall in the register area and so on) but they did not help us to threaten the problem. - sometimes the internet fell in some points of the hotel - TV wasn't smart and was very small - very small towels - the pool was only with clear water on the first day of arrival, on the fifth day we decided to enter the pool, but it was already with very dyed and green water. - one of the single beds that formed the couple bed had a big drowning and we were turning the bed - We saw a cheap restaurant and four deaths in the poison box in the kitchen - at weekend you have no opening nearby.
