Tran Family Villas Boutique Hotel

A Convenient and Comfortable Stay in Hoi An, Vietnam I recently stayed at the Tran Family Hostel in Hoi An, Vietnam, and I had a wonderful experience. The hostel staff was incredibly helpful and assisted me in organizing trips to My Son and Hue, which went smoothly without any issues. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed their outdoor swimming pool. The location of the Tran Family Hostel is just a 5-minute walk from the city center, making it extremely convenient for exploring the vibrant streets of Hoi An. The hostel's proximity to various attractions, markets, and restaurants allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local atmosphere. The rooms at the Tran Family Hostel are modern and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for guests. The highlight was the super comfy bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The cleanliness and upkeep of the accommodation were also commendable. One of my favorite amenities at the Tran Family Hostel was the outdoor swimming pool. It provided the perfect spot to unwind and cool off during hot Vietnamese afternoons. The pool area was well-maintained and added an extra touch of relaxation to my stay. All in all, my time at the Tran Family Hostel was fantastic. The staff's assistance in organizing trips to My Son and Hue ensured a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. The convenient location, modern rooms, and comfy bed added to the overall comfort of my stay. I highly recommend the Tran Family Hostel to fellow travelers visiting Hoi An.
Hoi An Emotion Boutique Villa

I stayed here 5 nights, using the hotel as a base for my day excursions to Hai Van Pass, My Son, and Cham Island. I like the location, just outside of the Old Town, so quiet enough, but accessible (by free bicycle); the hotel has free bicycles for guest to use. Otherwise the walk may be a bit far, especially in the heat. The rooms are a good size and good value at this price point. The staff are friendly and helpful; they asked if I wanted to switch to a large bed upon check-in as I had inadvertently booked a twin room. Cleanliness is generally good, nothing wrong with the rooms. I give it a 3 star rating only because there is some algae growth in the swimming pool. But on the upside, the pool is not overly chlorinated. Breakfast is simple but perfectly adequate; there is an egg station, normally some fried rice/noodles with some stir fried dishes, bacon, sausage, fruit, tea/coffee, bread and some pastries. I would have liked some yoghurt and granola, but that is just me. Currently there is noisy construction work (for what looks like a new wing) going on, which starts early in the morning (7AM) and continues throughout the day. This was not an issue for me as I spent most days out and about, but you should be aware if you are booking this hotel in the next few months. Also, on the issue of noise, there is no soft door closer on the guest room doors, so you can here quite a lot of door slamming by some inconsiderate guests. All in all, if I was to come back to Hoi An, I would stay here again (assuming the construction work is completed).
An Villa - 3 bedrooms villa with private pool

We came as x2 couples but could have very comfortably had a third couple as up stairs there are x3 bedrooms all with their own private shower, toilet and television. There is a 4th bathroom downstairs where you also get a large kitchen with all the utensils needed for cooking eating, a big dining room, and living room. The deck is a nice size with a small private pool outside, which has a deep / shallow end. The place is brand new, modern, clean and for us was a great location. I'd recommend you rent a scooter or car because you are more than a walk away from the beach and old town. Via scooter, you're 3 mins away from the beautiful beach and about 10mins from the old town. There are a couple of good coffee shops just at the main entrance of the villas as you walk out to the right. We only found them the last day and had to rely on Grab delivery some mornings. The landlady Rocy went above and beyond to help us enjoy our 7-day stay. My gf got food poisoning from some street food and was in major pain one night At 11pm I asked Rocy where to get medicine, and she immediately brought us some without question. She helped us stock the villa with groceries before arrival and got had scooters waiting for us as well which made everything so much easier. If you and some friends or your bigger family is planning on staying in HoiAn, I highly recommend this rental!

Vinci Villa

Hoi An Ancient Town
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vinci Villa Hoi An, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff at Vinci Villa went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even going out of their way to remember my name throughout my stay. This personalized touch made me feel like a valued guest, and it truly enhanced my overall experience. The room I stayed in was awesome. I opted to have breakfast in the old town most days, however I noticed a number of guests enjoying breakfast at the hotel. One of the standout features of Vinci Villa is its magical location. It’s situated within walking distance of Hoi An’s Old Town. The old town is surrounded by enchanting streets, ancient buildings, and a vibrant atmosphere. The convenience of being within walking distance to many of the city's attractions and popular landmarks allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local culture and experience the charm of Hoi An. I would definitely go back if I was ever in Hoi An again! Be aware that Grab can’t come into the lane, so you’ll need to order your car from the main road.
Sunkised Paddy Hoi An Villa

We recently celebrated a birthday party at Sunkissed Paddy Hoi An Villa Hotel, and it was a truly wonderful experience! The villa is beautifully situated amidst lush green paddies, giving it a serene and picturesque ambiance. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-furnished, which added to the comfort of our stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure that our celebration was special. The birthday cake they provided was delicious and beautifully decorated, adding a lovely touch to the festivities. There was a minor hiccup regarding the music playing until midnight, but the hotel staff handled it promptly and professionally, ensuring that everything was sorted out without much fuss. Their willingness to accommodate our requests made the celebration smooth and enjoyable. Overall, Sunkissed Paddy Hoi An Villa Hotel is a fantastic place to stay and celebrate special occasions. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a scenic and hospitable venue in Hoi An!
Hoian Royal Villa

The location is about one kilometer away from the ancient city. The sanitation is acceptable and the service attitude is good. It is a decent accommodation. However, the sound insulation is not good, and the sound of footsteps and construction outside is very clear. If you are concerned about this issue, you can consider it.
KA Villa Hoi An

An Bang Beach
Great villa. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast from 7-30 to 9-00. Coffee, tea, fruit and juice. And one dish to order (soup, scrambled eggs, vermicelli with meat balls) Breakfast is not very good. There is a Vietnamese cafe nearby where you can have an inexpensive dinner. 5 minutes to the sea through the neighboring villa. A taxi to Da Nang costs 180 dong.
Coco Viet Homestay
4.2/512 Reviews
I can't say enough great things about Tam and Viet's hosting of us at Coco Viet! They supported us through every step of our trip (recommendations, translation, laundry, ordering breakfast, making (perfect) coffee -- we (all 8 of us!) came home from a long afternoon touring and were welcomed with fresh local tea and cookies (!!!). While staying with Tam and Viet, we felt completely at home. The fresh flowers and classy decor made me feel like I was staying in a very expensive hotel, but Coco Viet was incredibly affordable. The views from the balconies can't be beat. I can't recommend Coco Viet enough!
