Hotel 3-Star di Kien Giang Province, Vietnam

We stayed 2 nights. We booked a family room with sea view and a king room with sea view, however they did not arrange them on the same building and WhatsApp me the day before to ask if we can changed to three king room with sea views so that all rooms would be in the same building (two rooms on one floor and the other room on a different floor). For convenience, we changed to 3 rooms as suggested. The rooms are spotless clean and look exactly as photos. The staffs are helpful and polite. They gave us complimentary cable car water park tickets for all of us for the next day. The location is great for us. It's walkable distance from the Kiss of the Sea venue and the cable car station. We can see firework of the show again from the room the next day. Breakfast is just so so, lack variety and we need to ask the staffs for hot drinks. The staffs were very busy so they could not refill food. I can't complain as the price is very bargain. Great value for money. Recommend.

Very Nice Hotel and very affordable! The room is big enough, it could be more clean tough (under the bed and in the bathroom) but the rest was just excellent! Everything is very nice maintained and the housekeeping service is working as well! It is quite far to the main parts of the island but if you like to use a scooter it quite and convenient! We definitely recommend this hotel!

The view was amazing. The shower was comfortable and there was a washing machine on the balcony, which was very helpful. Everything was new and the rooftop pool was amazing. The TV was connected to the internet and there was a lot to watch, so it was just the best. The cable car station was directly below. It's a great location, so I recommend taking a walk there once and then riding the cart. The only drawback is the staff. I tried to contact them before my stay, but I couldn't get in touch. The phone didn't work at all. Also, I was told that I could use the cable car ticket I bought here by taking a picture of the QR code with my phone, which was hard to believe, but I couldn't use it, and the staff at the cable car station were at a loss. It was pointless to go early and line up. The only male staff member who seemed reliable was someone who could speak English. However, he wasn't always there, so in conclusion, if you don't rely on the staff and do everything yourself, you'll be extremely comfortable.

What a great stay we had here. Our bungalow was beautiful and spacious. It actually exceeded our expectations. The infinity pool and the entire vicinity of this resort is amazing. It is a beachfront resort so you don’t need to walk far or go far to busk in the sun by the sea and enjoy the sea. The resort has a restaurant as well and they gave ua 20% discount of our meal on our first night.

Although the room is relatively small, you can see the fireworks directly from the balcony at night. The sea view in the morning is super beautiful. The cable car station is just opposite, which is very convenient. Breakfast is one person per person, and you can choose a different one every day. Boys may not be full. , but the food is delicious, the counter service is also great, the explanation is very detailed, and you cannot eat strong-smelling fruits such as durian, mangosteen and jackfruit in the room.

I stayed at Maison Hotel Phu Quoc and really enjoyed the beach view and the rooftop café—both were fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, but I can only give the service 4/5. I reported a problem with the noise coming from the window when it’s closed, and while the front desk assured me someone would check it, that never happened. A similar issue occurred with the room cleaning service, I had to remind them to clean the room, but they forgot again. Overall, great location and amenities, but service needs improvement.

I booked this hotel because I like the room layout with the bathtub. The open concept design makes the room feel extra spacious. Breakfast excellent for the price paid, it’s served at the cafe or at another restaurant nearby. I enjoyed the complimentary cable car ride. You get 1 ticket for every night you stay, so you need to stay 2 nights, if you want 2 free tickets. Highly recommended hotel in sunset town. It’s also near the night market.

1. Missing amenity: NOT all rooms have washing machine inside, even though it is clearly stated that this is included in the room amenities. The host/reception staff did NOT specify this information before OR after check in. Even if the machine is there, the host/reception staff does not provide any token amount of laundry detergent. So remember to “Bring your own detergent” 2. Vague communications: Questions emailed to the host via Trip.com are not always answered by the host (ie either no response at all or very late reply). Trip.com was helpful in advising me to email directly to the host (**************************) when the host failed to respond to some of my emails. However, it seems like the host does not check it’s own email box so I never get any response from that mailbox 3. Tedious check in process: There isn’t any clear information about the exact location of their office. Check in information is given ONLY via Chatting apps (eg Zalo, Kakao, Line or Whatsapp) at exactly the check in time, 2 pm (rooms are highly unlikely to be ready before that). I went directly to their physical office for assistance. Their office (with blue signage “Rosie”) is shabby and dubious-looking and totally incongruous with the given “Luxury Hillside Apartment” name). You MUST have mobile data roaming at that point to receive the room access code. The security guards based at each building’s beautiful reception floor have nothing to do with the rooms managed by this tiny “Rosie” office 4. Minimal staff: Cleaning staff hired by this Rosie agency seems unable to cope with the large number of room cleaning prior to guests’ check in. In the end, I think the limited manpower could only manage very basic, superficial cleaning of rooms. Ants seem to have built a colony in hidden crevices in some of the units as there’re always some crawling around the kitchenette/clothes-hanging cabinet every now and then 5. It’s a 50/50 chance of whether you are assigned a fairly new and really nice apartment or a worn-out one with some broken down/missing fixtures. You just have to risk it, in return for a stunning view of the fireworks (in rooms facing the Kiss Bridge) 6. The agency staff are okay and they do try to help. Unfortunately, I find them somewhat inexperienced and their services and expertise are a mismatch for this fine category of apartments. The Rosie agency staff have a tendency to give routine, generic answers when dealing with feedback and complaints. They probably can do well in operating guest houses or backpackers’ lodge where expectations from guests are much lower

The receptionist was so helpful. We ordered 3 room and got the 4 free ticket for Hon Thom island. Its really worthy price for breakfast included room and free ticket. Breakfast was in other small restaurant but it was nearby. They drove us. Hotel was in good location near to night market of sunset town. You can exchange and rent a bike from this hotel. Next day we visited to the Hon thom island

Amazing hidden gem of a hotel. Great Service, great staff, beautiful pool, private beach, massage on the beach service all at very reasonable prices. A great lobby service gal, named Dung (pronounced Dzuung…) with a smile that is so Big, she literally melted my heart. She was very helpful with all my needs. One suggestion for hotel management. Please reduce plastic waste, by eliminating daily “shampoo” and “body gel” little bottles. Please replace them with large individual, refillable dispensers. Be kind to our environment.

We chose this hotel for its close proximity to the ferry. All was well-being, the hospitality was very sympathetic. The room was clean, hot shower, good mattress, ideal for a step. A swimming pool and a sports centre are available, as well as taxis to go to the city centre; all for a bundle of 300000 VND. And there are small Vietnamese restaurants around for dinner.

Cool hotel with beautiful territory. The staff is friendly. You need to drive to the hotel on a dirt road. It gets very wet when it rains. There was a lot of water in our room when we arrived and we were given a room with a direct view of the pool. The room is clean, but due to the dampness there is mold on the walls. There are a lot of mosquitoes here in the evening, close the doors as soon as you enter and close the window in the shower. It is very difficult to swim in the pool in the evening because of the huge number of mosquitoes. But the water in the pool is very warm. We arrived at the hotel in the evening and asked the staff to provide a menu, they said that there were only a few dishes left. We ordered rice, scrambled eggs and coffee. The rice was old and dried out, we did not eat it. The scrambled eggs were ok. But they did not have bread. They did not bring me coffee. The next morning we ordered coffee - very tasty.

Close to the airport, far from the beach, breakfast is a bowl of fixed powder, the decoration is relatively new, the hygiene is also relatively clean, but the price is high, not too close to the hotel

Very good, live in a big bed, a small bed, three people live very well, not far from the pier, five minutes to go. Very quiet, the small hotel closes at 10 o'clock, let Ctrip contact the hotel in advance, wait for us to be more than 11 o'clock.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Fully equipped. Clean and fragrant room, comfortable space. Very enthusiastic. Later, I'm here to go to Ha Tien.
