The bed was clean and comfortable! But in the picture, the room looks luxurious and bright, but in fact there is no atmosphere that looks luxurious and the hotel is not bright. And when I went in mid-December, Vietnam itself was humid, but then the hotel had to adjust the humidity and temperature with air conditioning so that it was not humid, but the lobby was humid. And the hotel owner doesn't speak English, so the translator is a must. The location is not very bad, but you have to take a grab to get to Nha Trang city. It's good to consider that it's not completely Nha Trang city! And is there a hotel in this place? There is a lodging in an alley worth doing. I think it's closer to a motel than a hotel! But considering the price, it's not bad for a day!

The Smile Hotel is located at the end of a little quiet dead end street some 50 meters away of one if the busy traffic roads. I came in around 12 noon and although the check in was supposed to be at 2pm I could instantly go to my room. Very friendly and professional staff. The room was big enough, a window which could be opened with view over some lower buildings towards the sea. The bathroom was in a good state. Coffee making facilities (I love it) I felt very comfortable in my room on the 6th floor. There is a little pool on the roof with some chairs and wooden lounger. From the Hotel you can walk very easily to all interesting spots in Central Nha Trang. Crossing the Block opposite of the main road from the hotel you reach within two minutes the Airport Bus Stop. Perfect. I really enjoyed my stay. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Hotel rooms are very basic, but location is good. Didn’t actually stay here. We booked a room with Queen bed (1.8m) but entire hotel only has ‘queen’ beds (1.6m) - common issue here, best double check in details. After a bit of back and forth, hotel transferred us to another (nicer) hotel with proper Queen bed. Staff is friendly and eventually did get us the room we booked (in the other hotel :) .

Very good family hotel with a small swimming pool, rich breakfast, and a good location. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Chenxiang Tower. The bedding is very comfortable. It is worth recommending!

For the money, the hotel is simply wonderful. Clean and spacious rooms, air conditioning, refrigerator, everything in excellent condition. It is obvious that the renovation was done recently. However, there are problems with cleaning. It turned out that you have to ask for it, as well as for changing bed linen and towels. But our requests were not always understood correctly. The employees and owners of the hotel do not speak English, but they try very hard to understand everything with the help of a translator and help. There was a problem with the refrigerator in our room, they replaced it right away. The owners of the hotel are very nice people who helped us with everything and were very concerned about our vacation. They always asked how we were doing and gave some advice. I recommend visiting this place. Perhaps we will come back here again if we plan a budget vacation again.

The hotel is spacious, beautiful, the rooms are clean. At first it was not clear where to go, to which building. The beach has trash in some places. If breakfast is not included in the price of your room, then food will become a problem, as it is quite expensive in the hotel and around the hotel. You need to shop at the supermarket before your trip to eat properly. The hotel has a transfer from Nha Trang, I didn’t know about it, it would have been cheaper than taking a taxi. Admin Harry at the reception was quite helpful and very polite and made up my mood. Also, he helped me figure it out. Overall the hotel and service are excellent. Would like breakfast included (will be better).

For the price, exceptional. The room did not entirely match the pictures provided as the balcony provided was very narrow, so narrow in fact that a chair could only fit if placed sideways. The furniture in the room was also not well arranged, placed together at the end of the bed. All in all though, for the price, this is really an unbeatable offer. Staff at the desk were friendly and attentive, we encountered none of the issues with waiting mentioned in other reviews. The room was clean and the location was excellent. Despite a minor complaint about the balcony I wouldn't hesitate to return.

The room is quite big, and the price is worth it. It is very convenient to check in by motorcycle, and you don't have to go to the basement to park. The room is very clean. There is a small shop at the door of the hotel, which is also very convenient.
